Had to get someone else to call and they were called immediately back three days calling three or more messages left Terrible customer service and patient care love this place before but now absolutely not Absolutely a giant waste of my time in pain thanks so much Main Street dental

Negative experience: Have tried for months now to contact them to make an emergency appointment. Put pain level at 10/10. Told them they could contact me any number of ways. Not a single word back from them. They don't care about people in pain. Maybe after enough infections something serious will happen to me and my family can just sue them.

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Racz and the team at Main Street Dental. I’ve had a bunch of work done including two fillings replaced (they were literally decades old and failing) and Invisalign to realign my lopsided underbite. Over the course of the past year and a half, my teeth are the best they’ve ever been. In addition, Dr. Racz is so skilled with the Novocain injections that I never even feel the needle! He has taken a lot of the fear of dentists away from me. The dental hygienists and front office team are great too. From appointments to reschedulings to billings, everyone has been friendly and helpful. Thanks to the entire team at Main Street Dental!

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient to this practice and this review is based on my first experience. The location is easy to find and provides parking for patients. The building was clean and inviting. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me right away. My hygienist was super friendly and thorough. What amazed me most though was the dentist. He was very sweet but what impressed me most was he complemented my prior dental work and my teeth. It was a great experience and I recommend Main Street Dental to anyone looking for a new dental group.

Fantastic experience: I wrote this review (below) several years ago. Still applies (Nov 2025). From a guy who avoided the dentist for 25 years, I now never miss my semi-annual cleaning with the same Main St Dental hygenist that I’ve been seeing for the last 15. I know that I’m in good hands with professionals whom I trust, who know my worries, who never over-treat, who have never hurt me and who know when to refer out on the rare occasion when I need someone else with a specialty skill.

Positive experience: I have been with MSD for years, today I declined having gum pockets measured. Why? Because I didn’t want to and I have the right to refuse. “This is done yearly.” “Was last done in 2022.” My teeth and gums are healthy, the dentist was brought in to ? Pressure me into complying?/telling me I can sign a release of information & give the receptionist the information for the dentist office I want my records forwarded to. I’m all set. If you only want your teeth cleaned, you should have that option. No one should feel pressured into accepting services they would rather not receive. I’m all set, I’m ready to go holistic at this point. Good bye MSD.

Fantastic experience: Professional yet personable! I always feel like I’m in good hands!

Positive experience: The staff were more than welcoming. The actual service was excellent also. However, at least 3-4 of my scheduled appointments were cancelled on their end the morning of the appointment. We are caregivers and have to pay extra staff to fill In for us when we are out. So that cost us some money. But the most inconvenience was how long it took just to get one upper replacement denture. It took 4 months to the date!!! Seems like a long time. But the end product is excellent and the staff were wonderful!!!!

Fantastic experience: Pain free dental! I haven’t been to the dentist in 7 years because I had no insurance. I had a crown and a few fillings it took a couple years, but I’m back to just maintaining! They work with CARECREDIT so you have 6 months to pay with no interest, very helpful. Thank you Main Street Dental very happy to have found you❣️

Positive experience: Very personable staff, very knowledgeable staff. I transfered here on a recommendation. I made an appointment for a cleaning and dental record update, I thought. When I arrived I filled out the extensive paperwork & had my blood pressure taken, a panaramic was due & completed. I met the dentist who did the record update of what I will need and then when I asked about my cleaning was told, sorry we don't currently have a hygienist & we usually do this first before the cleaning. This was the wrong time to have this conversation, I should have been told prior to my appointment date. This will make me take an additional half day off because the closest in network dentist is 45 minutes away.

Negative experience: One star for friendly staff, but not recommended due to lack of personalized service and poor dental work. Procedures caused weeks of pain afterwards, suggesting potential need for redoing costly work. Billing and insurance claims process frustrating, with lack of communication and unexpected escalation to collections without prior notice (while I was initiating communication to resolve and working with insurance provider to resubmit the claim). Additionally, experienced appointment cancellations and inflexibility (by the practice). Overall, while staff is pleasant, dentistry quality is lacking, and management is unprofessional.

Positive experience: Staff are all super sweet. Just make sure you call your insurance beforehand because the office ladies don’t always get the coverage right and you end up paying more. Other than that I love going there.

Negative experience: August 2023 a filling broke. Getting the replacement was a bad experience. I switched to Dental Arts of Plymouth. They had photos from a prior visit. Comparing them with present-day photos, we saw that only part of the cavity had been re-filled at Main St. Dental, and some of the original silver filling was still there. A center area of the tooth surface, which had originally been filled by the old silver filling, was unfilled and decaying. Thankfully, today Dental Arts of Plymouth removed all the previous filling, drilled out the decay, and re-filled all of the cavity with new material.
