Crowley Family Dental

Fantastic experience: After getting the run around from various Dentists offices throughout the years, I started going to Crowleys, now Infinity about 6 years ago. I couldn't be more happier. From the front office staff, to the hygienists, to the dentist, these individuals really care about your quality of care and go the extra mile to help you. As far as I'm concerned, there is not another dentist office around that will give you the service that they do.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Herman and his team does excellent work! I highly recommend Infinity Dental.

Fantastic experience: I am not a regular patient here BUT with that being said my regular dentist couldn't get me in for an emergency appt for months so I called them and they got me in same day and explained everything so well. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone who needs someone who cares about their patients (and even someone they have never met before) Dr. Doel has wonderful bedside manner

Fantastic experience: It’s nice to finally have found a good caring dentist. I would highly recommend them for anyone. This is a dentist that actually fixes cavities. They don’t just say oh you need a root canal on every tooth. They actually take pride in the work they do and they do it right the first time. You are not just a paycheck to them and that is a rare quality to find in this world. So if you have ever had a bad experience at a dentist office or been told you need 3 root canal’s I highly suggest you get a second opinion and give these kind folks a chance.

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice with an excellent and professional staff! Infinity Family Dental provided me with a very pleasant and relaxed experience. It was clean, well-organized, and had advanced equipment. The dentist was both knowledgeable and patient, giving me quality service. I thank them for great care and will definitely refer Infinity Family Dental to those seeking dental care.

Negative experience: If I could give this zero stars I would. I went to the dentist because I had a Filling that broke on one of my molars. So the dentist at first suggested a root canal, And then in the same Sentence suggested a crown, and said a crown would probably be a better option. So I went with the crown. When I had my temporary crown I could barely eat because it hurts so bad. So I waited the two weeks, then I went and got my permanent crown and told the dentist about how bad it hurt to eat and that’s when he mentioned they had to basically shave my tooth all the way down to the pulp of the tooth. Which I thought was strange so I asked Someone I went to school with who now cleans teeth for a living and they said that the dentist should have definitely done the root canal with knowing how far down they had to shave the tooth. So essentially, I got charged full price for the crown just to turn around and get told that I would be charged full price for a root canal, even though the dentist had to have known how uncomfortable and painful crown sitting on top of the pulp of the tooth would be. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. To be honest quite traumatizing. Because now I don’t wanna trust any dentist!

Fantastic experience: Love the new dentist, Dr. Herman Deol! He’s great, very informative, down to Earth and very understanding! He listened to my concerns and solved them! Enjoyed going in and talking to him! Staff is great as well, enjoy them every time I go. They’re very understanding and work with you financially! Tara, at the front desk, is GREAT! Definitely recommend!❤️

Fantastic experience: When my insurance changed, I was nervous about finding a new dentist. My son and I had an excellent first visit! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were great with helping schedule our appointments and navigating our dental insurance. Our hygienists were both phenomenal! Very thorough, yet gentle with cleaning our teeth and explained everything each step of our visit. Dr Herman Deol is very professional and made me feel comfortable. He took extra time to go through our xrays and answered all our questions. The whole office made me confident we chose a great dentist!

Fantastic experience: They were great. My son needed 3 teeth pulled and they were efficient and got the job done with no problems.

Fantastic experience: I stopped by the office at 8:00 Monday morning and and ask if they had any time to fix a tooth that had broken off during the night. The tooth didn't hurt but the jagged edges were aggravating my tongue. They already had gotten busy so she asked if I could come back at noon and the doc would take care of it. I did and just a few minutes he had a temporary filling and there was no more pain inflicted by the tooth. As always I was treated well and they did a fantastic job for me. I was able to come back 2 Days Later and had my teeth cleaned. That too was a very good experience.

Fantastic experience: I just walked in to the office this am as a new patient. Not knowing what to expect or if I would even be able to make an appointment. But I was blessed to have gotten in. I saw a Dentist who thoroughly and with care and compassion attended to me. Going to a Dentist hasn't always been an easy thing for me but Dr Herman made this experience one of the best I've ever had. He and his complete staff are all great at what they do. I never once felt like I didn't belong there. Many thanks to the ladies up front who took me in right away. It all started with them.

They were all very pleasant and professional even though my granddaughter has Buckeye insurance. She was treated with respect and sincerity. Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Edit: Dr. Deol called me and explained that there was misunderstanding with scheduling. And got my wife scheduled. I personally am glad because they do a very good job of taking care of my wife and I look forward to my family being patients here. Everything was great up until today. My wife had an appointment for a teeth cleaning leading up to a prosthetic tooth implant after a few more appointments. Well over the weekend my wife, our 2 year old and I came down with a cold. I mean should we have come in scratchy throat and runny nose and all? I called to reschedule because it was the first day they were open and was told they wouldn't reschedule her but we could do a walk in sometime and we would be put on some cancelation list. It seems a little hypocritical when they've called us on one of our appointments in the past to reschedule same day with no push back from us. How long do I wait to see if they are going forward with the implant?

Dr. Krista was my favorite ever, but after she moved and left I was not sure I would like the new doctor, but Dr. Herman is awesome too! The girls are always so nice and professional and Tara is the best too!

Fantastic experience: They are very nice and they was very helpful and they looked out for my well-being checking into the insurance and making sure Insurance would pay before they did anything that really means a lot and they didn’t try to price gouge and say that I needed a lot of things done I really appreciate that.

Negative experience: Crowley family Dental I hope they change their name because the crowleys do an excellent job. But this Doctor Herman Deol. Does not listen to their patients and the dental assistance that I had. She was awful! I'll never go back there again. I miss the Crowley's.

Fantastic experience: These people are Wonderful. I need extensive work done and haven't seen a dentist in decades. Every person I had to deal with was fantastic. The Dr explained everything to me even answered all my questions and then asked me what I wanted to do. She didn't just tell me what to do or what they were going to do. I wasn't sure so she told me I could go and let her know what I decided when I decided and they would do what I wanted, when I wanted. For a guy afraid of the dentist this was such a great experience. I have decided and going back soon to get the work done. If you are even Thinking about seeing a Dentist make this your first stop. You will not regret it.
