Fantastic experience: I give DR Matt and his staff 5 stars and a 10 for being the most welcoming dental office I have ever experienced. Visiting from NC and in need of a Dentist was a little scary until I arrived at his office. They go above and beyond with their kindness and compassion…Dr. Matt will definitely make you fill like he has known you forever.This office is highly recommended for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: These are the most professional and courteous people I have ever dealt with, I have worked in the medical field for 46 years and they are by far the best ! A shout out to Dr Matt and Deidra ! Hope spelled her name right , she is the most polite and caring. You can’t beat the front desk staff for polite and courteous care. Negative experience: They don't tell you they or not in network an they have a certain workers that see you an then talk among the other employees that work there an talk about other patients teeth you supposed to be professional.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done here and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The person who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was so kind, professional, and made everything really easy—which I appreciated so much in a stressful moment. The dental team was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which helped me feel comfortable and confident in their care. I never thought I’d say this about a root canal, but it was a smooth and surprisingly positive experience. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality care and great customer service!

Fantastic experience: I am 68 and this is absolutely the best Dental center i have ever been in very friendly and knowledgeable staff,every dental procedure I have had done elsewhere it always took the maximum amount of deadner and several attempts to work, but here T C had it done in one attempt it was absolutely easiest procedure I have ever had and Dr Matt treats you as an equal and doesn't put himself above you or his staff

Negative experience: They will happily tell you that they accept your insurance, but seem to purposely omit that it's not in network and you will not be charged according to your insurance schedule because of that. This was mentioned only after my appointment where I was told I was "getting a deal" when having to pay. I don't know why they don't just tell you they're not in network when you ask them on the phone. Dental hygienist was great as was the dentist himself. Just the whole omission of certain insurance pieces soured the entire experience and will cause me to not return.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't ask for nicer staff, time you walk in till you leave, the Dr. Even call at 8 that night checking to make sure everything is good and if i needed anything.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!! The staff is professional, friendly, and caring. They’ll file just about any insurance, and they’ll even call and check on you after your procedures. Worth every penny, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Everyone there was pleasant and eager to help. All my questions were answered and my appointment went ahead without a hitch. The dentist even found an issue in my throat that I was not aware off which his nurse reported to the VA so I could get an ENT appointment.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dental assistants and Dr. Ganey is very nice and personable. I have no dental insurance and Dr. Ganey was compassionate and understanding and made me feel much better

Positive experience: Very nice front desk, however BEFORE u arrive confirm they accept your insurance SPECIFICALLY. Because this office was out of network we were not covered. We did not know until we arrived at the appointment that we waited a month to get.

They go above and beyond to provide time and assistance to their patients at the chair side, after, or by phone. From the front desk, assistants, hygienist, billing/insurance, all the staff seem to go that extra step!! Dr. Matt is very thorough and patient with his care and I have never had a procedure done that he did not call that evening to follow up. You do not get this care just anywhere!! The staff is very knowledgeable and keeps you informed on what they find and the best way to handle it even if that means sending you somewhere else to get specialist treatment. They are always very friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: They charge you and your insurance an arm then bill you again for the leg. Not worth it just for a damn teeth cleaning and check up.

Positive experience: We appreciate the kindness and understanding of our situation from the Doctors and staff during our visit. Little did they know, I have been in the dental world working with some of the top dentist half my life. I appreciate the referral to those who can care best for my son. Thank you specifically to the dental assistant who seemed to feel my absolute frustration and heart break. She must have children, too! She scheduled us an appointment to the referral AND made sure to maintain eye contact while explaining the details. She was very professional and seemed genuine in her kindness! She did not contradict her statements and was careful how she chose her words. Every word she said was truth! You have a gem working magic for you Doc! *)

Fantastic experience: Had a dentist in another town so I changed my insurance so I could come to one in Leesville. I was scheduled for an appointment in July but thankfully someone canceled yesterday so they called me in. The x-ray machine is great! I have a small mouth so usually the x-rays hurt, this is so much better! Dentist, assistant, hygienist and front desk were all super nice and did a great job.

Positive experience: I was so disappointed that I was not able to get the help that I needed due to the type of sleep apnea I have. Dr. Gainey and his assistant were very courteous, caring, understanding and concerned with my condition and gave me courage not to give up. I thank them very much.

Fantastic experience: I am 66 and I am terrified to be at the dentist. I went in for a consult for a broken tooth that was extremely painful. They were able to extract my tooth that was cracked to the gum line. They kept talking to keep me calm. And they were AMAZING. The shots were not painful and the extraction went smoothly. The aftercare went well and I will be going back for the other tooth. I Highly recommend West Louisiana Dental. Thank You Very Much.

Fantastic experience: This is actually Colburn not Pinson, but I just went there this morning. I was a walk in. They got me in immediately. I’ve been in pain all weekend and they immediately pulled my tooth and I didn’t feel a thing! Definitely making this my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to West Louisiana Dental Center for about a year now. I moved to this area a little over two years ago and I thought I had a good dentist in Houston but this place is far better. Dr. Matt is fantastic. I’m 73 and terrified of the needles but Dr. Matt is the most gentle dentist giving shots that I’ve ever been to. Him and his dental assistant make you feel like a friend not just a patient. The entire staff from the front door to the back door is extremely friendly and helpful. I totally recommend this dentist office.

I have issues that need a specialist (which I did not know), so instead of just cleaning my teeth and taking my money, they referred me to the place that I need to be. Once my issues are corrected, I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency with swollen gums and tooth pain. I was seen quickly and everyone in the office was very friendly ! I was taken care of and the dentist found the problem and gave me meds for my pain and infection. I go back for a cleaning and to have a tooth pulled!
