Positive experience: Mixture of friendly and unfriendly staff. What I found most interesting is, they have a plaque in waiting room that reads only one person in room with patients due to hipaa. Although they will come out into the lobby full of people and tell us all that's wrong with the patients!?

He has found issues with my teeth that Calallen dental missed, I totally trust him. Much more reasonable prices than Calallen dental too. They don't try to collect your money and rush you out the door. When the Doctor is woon my mouth, he's so gentle that I always fall asleep. Thank you Dental world for being so Great!

Negative experience: dental assistant was so sweet and amazing. doctor was kinda aggressive because i hadnt gone in years due to no insurance and had some things i needed done. i had tried getting an appointment months earlier but they cancelled it. finally made it in and doctor kept saying i need so much done and was very agressive

Negative experience: I Did not feel comfortable with the overall experience, for my sons. They didn’t explain/share anything about what was being done, neither before nor after. My sons said they were explaining things to them, while they were using loud instruments in their mouths. One of my sons asked for them to repeat what was said and they did but still while loud dental instruments were being used, in their mouths. My sons said they did not feel comfortable and were weary because they have been to other dentist appointments, at Kennedy Dental and this was nothing like that experience. They told me they didn’t feel as if it was a normal dental experience. So, over all, the experience did not instill confidence in what was happening. Even after their appointments were finished they didn’t explain anything to us, the parents, either. They just scheduled follow up appointments, saying they needed more work done. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also, when I had to cancel the appointment, they were very rude and threatening about rescheduling. They are the Temu of dentists, it seems!

Negative experience: This office has never once honored our appointment time. It is almost an hour behind every appointment we have been to. This is 100% our last visit. Not only did we see a cockroach crawling up the wall, it ended up falling on my son and another patient ended up stepping on it. I would avoid this office at all cost! The only thing nice I have to say is the dental assistants are very sweet and the delays and cleanliness is not their fault.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and explained everything to me really well. I wanted to give a shout out for Dr Chaitra aka Dr A. My previous experience getting a crown at a different dentist office had been a nightmare for me and I was really nervous about getting another one, but Dr A and the staff really treated me with such kindness and care that I was able to get through the procedure without any problems. Dr A caught a really bad tooth decay that had gone undetected by 2 other dentists and this tooth was a source of a lot of pain for me. I was hurting some after the anesthesia wore off the first day, but the second day I had no pain! The crown before this one hurt me for weeks!!! I am so grateful for the care Dental world gave me and I am recommending them to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I was early to my appt. They called me pretty quick. Check up and ex rays done. Everything was explained. They did make me smile.

Negative experience: This was my second visit ever with Dental World and unlike the very pleasant experience I had the first time around, when it came time to do my fillings it was a completely different story. Wait time was terrible (~1 HR 20 min) and when I eventually got a doctor to start on me I already knew they were running behind, but then I overheard the doctor stress out due to the scheduling. I was already very nervous since I’m scared of needles and at first everything was going well-ish (you could tell the doctor was on a rush) they told me to put my hand up if I needed a break but when I did the doctor asked me to keep my hands down. In the middle of the procedure they asked for permission to go ahead and add $15 for an additional treatment since they found a small cavity they’d like to take care of, and I agreed. During the treatment the doctor was working really fast and some of her syringes with medication (blue and transparent) kept grazing my lip and it began burn really bad, but I assumed it was my chapped lips at first. The burning got worse and I told them once they had finished and after seeing it in a mirror I told them that was not chapped lips and I think it had something to do with the medication on the syringes. Doctor said it was a cold sore coming in, the manager said cracks on chapped lips was normal, and I was able to get the tech to look at it closer and she saw the same little bumps I did. THEN, I was informed that the $15 I agreed to was now $47 (I had already paid $101, this is the additional amount), so with everything that happened I asked to talk to a manager and not only did she have an attitude from the beginning and didn’t let me speak first regarding my concerns, but she was also extremely dismissive. To clarify both the tech and doctor tending to me were very kind, but the doctor was not set up for success today. This is so unfortunate since a lot of the people I had met were very kind and helpful.

Everyone at Dr. Loftin‘s office seems to appear like you’re bothering them. Including the doctor. I will never return there. But, believe it or not I’m looking forward to going back to dental world.

As my name was called by the dental person and she greeted me and said 1st door to your left and I took a chair and she asked me a couple of questions as she proceeded to take X-rays I knew for a fact that I was at the right place surrounded by honest professional people that are all outstanding, professional environment and friendly staff that thoroughly explained part by part about what they are doing. I was amazed by their excellent service from first till I walked out the door. No wonder there was only standing room only as I sat there. I've never been treated that nice anywhere I've been..,. Dental World thank you for your excellence from every hygeinest to every dentist present at that office, I will be going there on a more frequent basis than have been before at other locations I've been bouncing around with......thanks, Domingo Morin

Negative experience: My experience was horrible. It’s now after 10p.m. and I am in so much pain. I asked the assistant if I was going to be in pain. She said I would be sore - but, not in pain. I replied I can deal with being sore - but, I don’t want to be in pain when this wakes up. She repeated I would not be in pain - I was told to take Tylenol or Ibuprofen - not good enough. A simple extraction went wrong. The doctor should have known he should refer me to an oral surgeon. It took him more than 15 minutes to remove the tooth - in pieces. Then he went to the other side and did the same thing. Shame on you!!! And why would you pull two teeth on opposite sides of the mouth? Did you not mean for me to eat??? After all the pulling to remove the tooth - he should have known he was creating trauma. He told me it was hard to pull the tooth because my bone was so strong and it didn’t want to let go. Really?? Every time he pulled, I felt it in my head. I pointed to my head and said hurts - nothing changed. Perhaps if he had paid more attention to his patient and less attention to his attendant - he wouldn’t caused me so much unnecessary pain. The visit ended with him referring me to an oral surgeon. It should not have taken him that long and caused me so much pain before he came to that conclusion.

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit there. And I had NO complaints. Arika always takes care of me when it comes to booking and making sure the dental work fits my budget. And all the rest of the DA’s are all sooo sweet! Thank you Dental world !!! I will continue going to you guys
