Fantastic experience: Since I moved to levelland about 2 years ago I was looking for a dentist for my child and we found one here in Levelland Texas the name of the dentist place is Abbeville Dentistry there really good with my daughter they take their time and explain to her what they're going to do I'm really proud of this dentist place. The two receptionists up front they're really welcoming ladies

Negative experience: I've been dealing with this dental practice for over 2 years now. It started out with billing not being able to read an insurance card, then lying about an extraction that was not authorized by my insurance & getting a surprise bill a month later. I then did their job for them & got all preauth details on my own to ensure that didn't happen again. My insurance covers 100% of pre-authorized procedures & Abbeville Level and wanted an extra $2000 on top of it. This year they have decided they want $2300 plus the insurance total pay. Communication & return calls of any kind are non existent. The lack of professionalism, job training & knowledge, the blatant lying done by business staff is unreal. I do not recommend Abbeville dentistry in Levelland at all. No one working there has any clue on how to do the jobs they were hired for.

Negative experience: The Levelland location is the absolute worst experience we have ever had. My wife went in for a denture. The dental work was poor in quality, we were repeatedly misinformed about what the next step in treatment was going to be. On 3 separate occasions we were told that our bill had been paid in full and now they are trying to make us pay $1200. They are very unprofessional, and very dishonest in their business practices.
