Fantastic experience: Very efficient and competent staff. Not much time in the waiting room. The dentistry is kind and compassionate. My husband has Parkinson's, so the dentist trips are always a little challenging, but kudos to everyone, including Dr. Yerger. We've been there many times over the past 6 months in the process of getting dentures, and we've never had a reason to complain about anything.

Negative experience: Worst dental experience of my life. I was in for a root canal. Half way thru the procedure the dentist left to exam other patients. He did not return for more than an hour. Leaving me alone with all hardware ect in my mouth along with a rubber dam, which is very difficult to swallow. Once returned dr yeager stated the tooth was not viable and stated we would need to extract it. I was completely traumatized by that news and the procedure . During the extraction he fractured the molar next to the one he was extracting. Which will now require an implant. He was completely unprofessional with zero empathy as to what he was doing to me and what I was going thru.. I was shaking and crying the 2.5 hours while he was pulling yanking and crunching pieces of my molar trying to extract .. I hope sharing this will help even one person avoid what I have endured by this individual.

Fantastic experience: Excellent skills! I had a minor filling replacement but for the first time in decades of having dental work done, the initial shot to numb me up was totally painless. That's usually the worst part of any procedure, I've had shots done so badly it brought me to tears before the drilling even started. The process was the same but it was an amazing experience to NOT feel it. If you want to avoid excruciating protracted stabbing and burning injection, I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Yerger family dental COULD be pleasant but it depends on who you get. ○ Dr.Stuart is a wonderful person, very kind and has done procedures on me that have went great. She has been very patient with my anxiety and is most definitely great with young kids. ○ The dental hygienists are great people always kind and gentle if they are working on you. ○ Front desk staff is always kind and helpful with booking or questions ● Dr. Yerger is a bit less than just mediocre. While his work seems to be good his bedside manners are VERY poor. He has absolutely no patience for people with who have anxiety over dental visits or needles that are required for numbing before procedures. ○ Dr.Yerger MIGHT be a okay choice for you as long as you or your child don't require any patience or consideration.

Fantastic experience: If you aren't going to Yerger Family Dental you better start! They went above and beyond when I visited them yesterday. I made an appointment with my original dentist for a broken tooth that was giving me pain. They told me they couldn't get me in until January but would put me on a cancelation list. I decided to reach out to Yerger since that is where I take my son. Even though I wasnt a established patient they got me in yesterday at 11 and even pulled the tooth that was broken. Chase was amazing. I have really bad dental anxiety and I felt none. There whole staff is pretty amazing. Let's just say I have switched dentist's and will be going to Yerger Family Dental.

Negative experience: I was treated incredibly poorly by the male doctor at this office. I was in incredible pain from a tooth extraction and was scared I had a dry socket and this dentist dismissed me entirely and said, "Everything looks fine. You had a tooth pulled. There's not going to be ZERO pain. I don't prescribe narcotics." I immediately left and called my oral surgeon who got me in and informed me that I do, in fact, have a dry socket and repacked it which took nearly all the pain away. Dr. Yerger could have packed the SAME STUFFin it in his office but instead treated me like some pill seeking junkie and told me I was fine when I wasn't. Going to the dentist is already hard for me I'm not sure why this guy had to actively make it harder. I do not recommend them.

Negative experience: These guys are great! We have a few more appointments to go to, but they're very nice and very thorough. I also love how the x-rays are automatically in front of you, so you can look at them. They also will look up insurance information and let you know exactly how much things will cost and if your insurance covers it. Which is great for budgeting and a more transparent pricing! Thanks!! Update! They went downhill when I had kid. They won't let parents go back with their children!

Negative experience: This is the worst one ever don’t take your kids there if you expect to go back with them. THEY WONT LET YOU! Then they come out in the waiting room to tell you how your child visit went with others out in the waiting room. No privacy at all!!! Everyone there is so rude..

Positive experience: It's 5 stars for the dental work and 3 for the paperwork. I've been in twice and very happy with the work both times. A covering had to go over one tooth on my first visit and it's so well matched and shaped I can't tell it's not completely natural. The second time I had a tooth that was pressure sensitive and assumed it would need some kind of drilling but was told it's probably a temporary condition in the surrounding tissue rather than a flaw in the tooth. Triple points for not trying to upsell unneccessary procedures. My only complaint is having to fill out a five page form asking for all the info they already had from my first visit, including several repetitive questions. Would be 5 stars straight across if all they changed was printing out the existing info and asking for any corrections.
