Negative experience: I have had my teeth whitened here previously, and unfortunately, this experience was completely different from my last one. The woman who performed my previous whitening was exceptional. She made the entire process so comfortable and relaxing that I actually fell asleep during the treatment. This time, the experience was quite uncomfortable and at times painful. The mouth guard kept being pushed further into my mouth and was hurting me. I also repeatedly felt like I was choking on my saliva, which made it very difficult to relax. Even some of the smaller details that made my previous experience comfortable seemed to be missing, including the chair setup, the room temperature, and having the TV on. I eventually had to ask for the TV to be turned on. I want to be fair because the gentleman who took care of me was a very nice guy and was pleasant personally. However, from a patient-care and comfort perspective, I was not impressed with the experience. Having had such an excellent experience previously, the difference this time was very noticeable. I would absolutely come back for whitening again, but I would specifically request the woman who performed my previous treatment.

Negative experience: My boyfriend made an appointment for 11am on a Friday. They told him to come 30 min early because he was new. When he arrived at 1030 am the doors were locked and lights were off. We called only to be told they don’t open at 9am even though that’s what online and their door states, they open at 11. And the person who showed up said it’s my first day I forgot the key. Very disorganized and not a good impression on a potential first time client. We did not stay for the appointment and will not be rescheduling

Fantastic experience: I just had my teeth cleaned at All Smiles Dentistry by Carol! She was Super Nice, Professional and Understanding! She did Such a Great job on my teeth, I cannot be more Happy! She also cares about her patients and has a Back Message with Heating Pad for patients with bad backs, which I have a Very Bad back, so that was Definitely Amazing! I Definitely recommend this place for any Dental work!! Everyone, from the Receptionist all the way to the Dentist is Super Nice and Understanding!

Negative experience: I travel a lot for work and set up an appointment specifically for the day I was available. I was a new patient and went in for X Rays and a Cleaning. They take me into the office and do the X Rays and then tell me I have multiple problems wrong with my teeth. They said I have a cavity and will need a bite plate, which is false. They are trying to scalp as much as they can from insurance. Then they tell me the hygienist isn’t in and they’ll set up a cleaning appointment a different day?? If my appointment says cleaning for that time and date, I want a cleaning for that time and date. Complete fraud office and will never come again. I never leave reviews on anything but this was embarrassing and needed to be written. The only redeeming thing about this place was the desk receptionist was a sweetheart and very helpful.

I came in for a dental implant and was nervous, but the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr. Khawand is truly a master at his craft. His expertise and precision were remarkable — he explained every step, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I was comfortable throughout. Absolutely no pain during or after the procedure. I was amazed at how smooth the entire experience was. It's rare to find a dentist who combines outstanding technical skill with a warm, compassionate bedside manner, but Dr. Khawand delivers on both. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Khawand and the entire All Smiles team, especially for dental implants. You will be in the best hands possible!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this location are amazing Dr.K is great and he truly cares I came in feeling defeated and in pain due to my previous dental office telling me I needed a root canal when I only had a cavity and needed a filling they are HONEST and have INTEGRITY they don’t try to oversell you with services you don’t need and with that alone they will always get my business the front staff are great as well always smiling with a positive attitude book your appointment you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic experience: After my dental insurance changed, I visited a new dentist and was told I had multiple cavities and needed extensive dental work, even though just six months earlier my previous dentist found no issues. That office was also rude and dismissive, which made me uncomfortable. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Khwand, and I’m very glad I did. He was extremely polite, took the time to introduce himself, shook my hand, and genuinely listened to my concerns. He was very personable and never rushed the appointment. After reviewing everything, he explained that most of the treatment the other dentist recommended was excessive. In reality, I only had one cavity. I truly appreciate Dr. Khwand’s honesty and professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust. I left with an ear to ear smile on my face and trust in humanity.

Negative experience: The lady that worked on me was super nice, super sweet no hate on her as a person but she destroyed my mouth. She cut up my gums I joke about it now because she asked me "anything bothering you at the moment" no. Not until after the visit. I'm still sore almost 2 days after. Update: they filed down my canines during a cleaning ‍♂️

My hygienist Yovanna was outstanding. At age 63 I have seen quite a few dental offices and the operation there is a well-oiled machine. They understand the true meaning of good customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Perelli has a state of the art x-ray machine which shows decay gum in color and he explained to me the best procedure for me to extract decade tooth and to use a crown and save one. He’s very knowledgeable and shows care for the patient. I would recommend him to any. The tooth that he extracted Before last time was almost painless, almost!

Fantastic experience: As usual, very pleasant experience Dr Piroli as a dentist is very experienced. But the people who handle their finance department very unreliable I will explain now. I have dental insurance and get two cleanings a year free. Last year I had a cleaning in March 2023 and made an appointment for my second cleaning October 30, 2023. Before my appointment in October 30, 2023, Dr. Piroli change the name of Dental practice and also moved. February 2024, all of a sudden I'm getting a bill for $200. Another words when I had my appointment October 30, 2023 I was not insured because this office never informed my insurance company that they changed their name and also moved. Long story short, my insurance company would not pay the $200 because I was not insured when I seen them October 30, 2023 and I had to pay the $200 not very happy. I hope the doctor reads this because in all honesty they should have paid the bill for $200. I should not have to pay for this. It was not my fault.

Fantastic experience: Dr David Piroli has been my family dentist for over 40 years. He is very professional and I travel to his location at All Smiles Dentistry in Palm Beach Gardens because of his expertise. All Smiles has a very up to date office and equipment which is a plus. The other staff members I have encountered are professional and caring.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money these people create problems that are not there when you originally come in for treatment!!!!!! Oh and the fast braces patients they will intentionally keep your braces on longer for more $$$$$$ spoken from the office manager and Dr. Sharon herself !!!!!!

Negative experience: My appointment was at 2:50pm and they didn't call me back until 3:35pm. Sure I got an apology but they could have called because they have a policy that is a patient is 5 or more minutes late the appointment has to be rescheduled. We'll if the hygienist is going to be that late they she have a policy that they call patients to let them know so they can come in later. And not ruin their schedule. Then then hygienist was so rough on my gums and I could not understand most of what she said as she didn't speak English well. The only reason I made my next appointment was because I really like the dentist. He is nice, funny and comfortable.

Negative experience: Follow up on this post, I had my crown prior-auth done and was assured as long as the initial work was done it would all be covered by that years insurance. What a bait and switch job that was pulled on me. Just received a bill for $1,200. When I questioned them I got blown off and told it was the fault of the prior office manager. They got about the same amount from me in co-pays. One tooth $2,500? This place is a scam.

Negative experience: Our experience with All Smiled was extremely frustrating. Our daughter had to have a cap put on her tooth. She needed it fixed 3 times. When the services were complete we paid it that day. All Smiles sent her insurance company a bill. The insurance company paid it. 6 months later we got a bill from All Smiles saying we still owed $45. They said insurance paid it but took it back. Yes I know this sounds crazy. Even Shenera who I spoke to at all smiles said it sounded crazy but we still had to pay it.We paid $1384 the day of service and now they are hunting us down for $45 that they gave back to the insurance company. We have happily moved on to another dental company. After 3 weeks of emailing and calling Shanera she finally answered the phone. She definitely changed her tune from day one. I am paying the $45 so it doesn’t go to collections and ruin my daughters credit but this is absolutely ridiculous that a dentist would treat a client like this for $45 when they received $1384 already. (Not including other patient services from years past)
