They made the kids feel so welcomed and comfortable. Even our youngest (6 years old) noticed and commented on how nice they were. The planning and explaining at the consultation was better than I could have imagined and we left with everything planned out. Negative experience: I started my Invisalign journey at this dental clinic with high hopes. The doctors themselves were professional and skilled , no complaints there. However, my experience with the administrative side has been incredibly disappointing, especially after I had to relocate. First, scheduling was always difficult. I had to drive in from quite a distance, and the staff didn’t seem to take that into consideration at all. The real frustration began when I moved and requested my records be transferred to a new provider. Despite multiple calls and voicemails over several months, the process dragged on with no urgency from their end. It took them nearly three months to transfer my case, and now that it’s finally in motion, I’m still wearing the same Invisalign tray from three months ago. I even asked for a replacement tray while I wait, and was simply told it’s “not their problem anymore” even though I’ve been in limbo because of their delay. Once you’ve paid in full, it feels like you’re no longer their priority. The lack of communication and empathy from the administrative staff has been incredibly frustrating. If you’re someone who may have to move during your Invisalign treatment, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with GO Orthodontics! My permanent retainer became loose after 10 years and they got me in to fix it within a day! I wasn’t even in their system anymore! Jill was amazing and fixed it in under 15 minutes! The staff are so friendly & accommodating. I highly recommend GO Orthodontics!

Negative experience: Ms./Mrs. Natalie (Insurance adjuster) was very rude all because maybe I have switched insurances. I have no problem paying but my daughter will be respected as a patient as will I as the person providing payment. Just because the insurance isn’t up to your standards does not mean you can throw accusations and try and stop treatment. Discrimination at its best.

Negative experience: I was not happy with my most recent experience at all. I drive almost an hr one way to see them. Get to the visit just for them to tell us they needed him to bring in his retainer and scheduled us another apt. They don’t mind waisting your time or your money.
