Fantastic experience: Dr. Wall & his staff are incredible! They're always so friendly, his assistants are always helpful and very nice! Dr. Wall is a magician with fixing crooked teeth, I'm 33 years old & my teeth were jacked up over a year ago when I came to them, multiple mile accidents, hitting pavement a little too many times, chipped teeth. He and his staff literally re-shaped my teeth, not only straightening them but moving the chipped teeth around so that he could straighten them up and essentially remove the chip! These people are the real deal, wish I could give them 10 stars, I actually enjoy smiling for once without being self-conscious. Terra & Gracie are the best! Very knowledgeable and sweet assistants! They made the journey much less stressful than I anticipated.

Everyone is always so nice, helpful and professional. I have two children in (braces and Invisalign) and have had zero issues with the service we receive from the office. Kids enjoy the fun vibe and hospitable atmosphere. I am thankful for the expertise of the staff along with their fun loving and down to earth demeanor.

Negative experience: Very friendly and welcoming staff. If you wish for long term results this is not the place to go. I have had 3 rounds of braces and have followed to post care instructions to a tee and am still having problems with my teeth. I will not be going back for the 4th time for them to attempt to fix what should have been done the second time!

Fantastic experience: Today was my daughter’s first visit, and I was blown away by the friendliness and kindness of everyone we encountered. Even the initial call to make her appointment was unlike any other office I’ve ever called. They seemed to truly care from the start. I am amazed by their hospitality, from the welcome new patients sign with my daughter’s name on it, the drinks and treats in the waiting room, and the welcome gift. The whole office goes above and beyond, and makes your time there a pleasure.

Negative experience: Horrible! This place ruined my smile. All I needed were my bottom teeth pulled back just a little. They reshaped perfectly straight teeth and made them crooked. Then tells me that's how people in 'Hollywood' want there teeth. Totally dismissed my dissatisfaction. The assistant asked me which tooth was she supposed to work on because she said she wasn't paying attention because she was too busy looking at her smartwatch. I went to a dentist who told me it would cost me approximately $27,000 to fix the mess that I was left with. If you are middle-aged or older... Do not go here! This guy does not care. Never in my life have I been so embarrassed to smile!

Negative experience: I completed my Invisalign treatment 6 months ago (March 2025). I paid $6,680. From the beginning, Dr. Michael Wall communicated very little with me or nothing about my progress or next steps. On most occasions, he only talked with me because I requested it. One of the invisalign attachments/buttons came off the first month, and when I comunícated with the technician during one appointment, she said that “it was fine”, and it was never replaced. I believe that it was necessary for best results, and not for “decoration”. My concerns about being unhappy throughout the treatment were brushed off as if they didn’t matter. On the final day of the treatment, once again, I requested to speak with Dr. Wall to express my ongoing dissatisfaction; gaps, spaces, etc. His response was; “the records indicate that you were happy and satisfied,” I asked who had documented this, as I had never communicated that sentiment. He just told me that was what my record said and made no effort to clarify or address my concerns. His only solution was to tell me that to achieve my desired results, I needed to pay for additional treatment. I sought a second opinion from another orthodontist, who examined me and told me that I needed conventional braces to correct the gaps, spaces, etc., that Dr. Wall had not corrected. Last week, I began re-treatment with conventional braces under the care of a different orthodontist. Unfortunately, the cost of this additional corrective treatment is now my responsibility due to the issues that Dr. Wall’s treatment failed to resolve. Patients pay a lot of money for orthodontic treatment, but Dr. Wall seems to be more concerned with getting his patients through their treatment and less about their outcomes. Being honest, up front, attentive to patients should be the bare minimum. Anything less results in very unhappy patients of which I am one.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love everyone at Wall Orthodontics! The whole team is so kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming, but Ms. Ashley is our favorite! She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter is comfortable during every single visit. She takes the time to check that nothing is poking or bothering her cheeks and truly makes her feel cared for. Dr. Wall and his wife, Marie, are both incredibly sweet and helpful. They’re patient, easy to talk to, and always take the time to answer every question or concern with care. They’ve made the whole process of improving my daughter’s smile such a fun and encouraging journey. It’s been amazing to see her smile get brighter and her confidence grow with each appointment! We are really grateful for the whole Wall Orthodontics team they not only create stunning smiles but also make every visit feel like being part of their family.
