Positive experience: Both receptionists were rather sullen and the woman who checked us in never smiled and was clearly not happy to be at the practice today. In contrast to the front office personnel, Dr Asha Amin was friendly, professional, and outgoing. I felt reassured that my teeth health was in good and capable hands! Please work on improving those “first impressions” when patients walk in the door!

Fantastic experience: Always prompt and friendly staff! Never have issues scheduling an appointment or rescheduling of the need may arise!

Negative experience: Terrible experience had to go to another dentist to get my teeth pulled your dentist told me there was nothing wrong with my top tooth the dentist I went to seeing the fractured tooth and extracted them all the same day

Negative experience: Absolutely would not recommend this place due to their billing department. Dr. Morrow and staff is phenomenal but they are overcharging and not refunding in a timely manner- then trying to charge more for a procedure when there was already a credit on the account.

Fantastic experience: If things don’t improve I will be moving elsewhere. The dentists often seem backed up and overworked. I believe I was overcharged from the printed estimate I was given but will address next visit. The office processes is definitely not organized. I do love the dentist but the rest is not worth it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rangle is an awesome Dentist! I like the way he explains what he is doing and continuously ask, "are you okay". The office staff and dental assistants are warm and friendly. I feel very comfortable in this faculty and extremely confident in the Dental team.

Positive experience: Beware of disorganization and misleading information. They initially confirmed to my partner that they were “in-network.” However, when the bill arrived, insurance refused to cover it. After following up, we were told that the doctor who treated my partner was actually “out-of-network.” This kind of bait-and-switch is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. UPDATE: Thank you Hope! for resolving the issue. Honestly this could have been resolved when my wife approached the front desk upon receiving the bill. Anyhow resolution is much appreciated and I hope this is not repeated for other customers.

Fantastic experience: This place is so awesome. The doctor is very, very good. Also, the people who work in front of the decks, they always be smiling, always be helpful whenever you need it. They always be there for you and the services inside a doctor all are very best.

Fantastic experience: Sweetest front desk staff, so informative and helpful. All staff that I've talked with have been so nice and easy to talk to and very patient My son literally disnt even know his tooth got pulled until I told him afterwards! My daughter gets severe anxiety with the dentist and they talked her through everything and comforted her the whole time. Holly was so imformative, understanding, and realistic. She really helped me understand things with my situation and gave me solutions. I literally cannot thank their whole office for just genuinely being so great!

Negative experience: I hate to leave a one-star review because of one specific doctor, but I am truly livid with Dr. Amend. I do want to thank the rest of the team who tried to make up for her mistake with their apologies and support. About a month ago, I went in for a filling appointment and was told, after X-rays and their AI technology, that I needed two additional fillings due to new cavities. That was fine. However, I expressed concern because my teeth had been very sensitive since my previous filling. Dr. Amend mentioned they would be using a new polymer material that had just come into the office. I was hesitant because I did not want to feel like a test subject, but I agreed. After the procedure, I immediately told her that my bite felt off and did not feel normal. She gave the usual response to “give it a few weeks and call if it does not improve.” I went home in pain, which was concerning because I had no pain prior to the appointment. I have never experienced pain like that after a filling before, but I tried to trust the process. The next day, my mouth was in severe pain. Still, I followed her advice and waited. After a full week, I still could not eat on that side of my mouth and had extreme sensitivity to hot and cold. It was miserable. I finally called back and was seen today. I explained my frustrations to the technician, who was very understanding. Dr. Redding and her tech listened to me, created a plan, and initially scheduled me to come back, but then decided to try to fix the filling the same day. As soon as she touched my tooth with the drill, I jumped involuntarily due to the intense pain and sensitivity in the tooth that had recently been filled. The pain was indescribable and brought me to tears. Even after numbing, I could still feel it. At that point, she had to refer me to an orthodontist because of how severe the sensitivity was. Now I am writing this review in tears, sitting next to a bottle of Tylenol, still in pain. I am extremely concerned that this may now require a root canal or even extraction. While I am not a dental expert, I strongly feel this situation stems from Dr. Amend not taking my concerns seriously and possibly rushing through my fillings, especially since she was very adamant about completing them all in one visit. When I asked Dr. Redding what may have caused this, she explained that my bite combined with grinding could have contributed, but this does not change the fact that my concerns were not properly addressed from the beginning. Dr. Redding and her technician did everything they could to comfort me, and I truly appreciate their care. However, I am extremely upset that I now have to spend my spring break in pain due to what feels like negligence of my concerns. On top of that, I am now facing additional costs for specialist care. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I would not want anyone else to go through this experience.

Fantastic experience: Skyler is amazing (I hope I spelled her name right). I love that she makes sure that everything she does is right and gets the proper help if she needs to. Dr. Redden is going me of the best dentists I’ve had and I would recommend her to anyone. I keep trying to get my family to come to her lol so happy to have found this place

Fantastic experience: First time visiting Westown Dental and I had a great experience. I was greeted right away by the front desk, and everyone was very friendly. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and very kid-friendly, which made a big difference. I was taken back right on time, and both the dental tech and the doctor explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I felt informed and at ease the entire visit. Overall, it’s a really nice practice and I’m happy we’re now a part of it. Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Do not use this dentist. They will cancel your appointment time that you have confirmed even when you click the link to confirm. If you do not physically call them and confirm your appointment they will cancel it. This is the most unprofessional practice ever. I will be pulling my family from this practice and I highly recommend you do the same so you don’t waste your time.

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety at the dentist (like taking panic “rescue” meds (Xanax) prior to visits) and they were nothing but kind, understanding, supportive, and encouraging during my last two visits. Previous dentists have shamed me for not going in as often as I should which made my anxiety worse. I’m probably not going to be happy for my next appointment but I know I’m walking into a place that sees me as a person who struggles and just needs a little extra support and distractions.

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service, comfortable waiting room wven tho I wasn't waiting long. My hygienist Tammy was gentle, considerate and knowledgeable. Dr. Redding is the best dentist around in my opinion!

Dr Ranga explained and provided instructions along the way during my examination. He has excellent bedside manner. It took me a while to find a new practice since relocating from NJ. I made the best choice!

Negative experience: My brother had one cavity and they removed the wrong tooth. My expander has gotten loose too many times to count. My rods were terrible quality, broke more than my expanders. I highly recommend NOT going here.

Negative experience: Only giving 2 stars due to the helpfulness/kindness of the front desk (Bree) and dental assistants. I am new to this practice and a very anxious dental patient so had it not been for the nurses I would have felt very uncomfortable/unseen as a person in the chair. I found Dr. Redden’s bedside manner to be very poor. I was never asked if I was okay during multiple cavity fillings or explained the process of anything she was doing/what to expect or after care. She appeared to be much more focused on her conversation with the assistant than she was making me feel seen/comfortable. She was pretty much out of the room before the chair was raised and I caught my bearings. It was all very unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: The BEST dental hygienist ever - Tammy. If not for her, I would be looking for another dentist. I am 67 years old, disabled and use a walker. I called the day before my visit and asked if I could use the back door because it would be easier for me. The office manager HOPE said no. So, I had to use a wheelchair to get into this office from the front entrance. Tammy listened to me once I managed to get onto the dental chair. She said I could use the back door for my visits. Otherwise, I would be looking for another dentist with better handicapped access. There is no handicapped door access here. Another patient helped to hold the front door open. The staff kicked in once they saw my predicament. You need MORE handicapped parking spots at this site and better curb access. The ramp is 2 stores down from this dental office. The Thursday dentist was also wonderful and helped me get in/out of the dental chair. Hey Westown Dental- get your act together!

Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd visit to this practice with Dr. Redden and her hygienist, Kristen. They are both great! She got me in for an ortho consult same day and give great advice to my questions. My daughters see Dr. Morrow for their 2nd visit next week and have been looking forward to it for the past 6 months. They are so excited to bring the bears back from their initial visit for their checkups. It is such a relief to have my kids excited and not scared to go to the dentist!

Even after multiple follow ups, west town dental didn't shared the right information with my insurance. It's very difficult to work with their billing department. Also my last deep cleaning appointment was not satisfactory compared to my previous deep cleaning experience. I think it's better I start looking for a different dental service provider. Thanks.

Everything was great. Everyone is so friendly and Dr Morrow is the best. I ended up switching my daughter to this practice. They’re the best.

They get to know you individually as your are family I am just so please to know that my kids are actually happy going here.

Negative experience: I had my son‘s six month cleaning/check up scheduled for 2/18. I get a call two weeks prior asking to reschedule the appointment due to the dentist is out of town. The appointment was rescheduled for March 24. I get a second call two weeks prior asking to reschedule the appointment again because the doctor has a medical appointment. The appointment is rescheduled a second time to April 18. I called today 4/3 to cancel the appointment because we have found a much better Pediatric Dental practice for my son. Come to find out that they didn’t even have him on the schedule for April 18. I did receive a confirmation text message stating the appointment was scheduled for April 18 at 8 AM on march 13th. Not sure what’s going on with the pediatric dentist over there at West town but something is off.

Positive experience: Dentist very kind but unprofessional staff, Tall lady dressed in all black just sitting in the back office having an attitude with all the girls working infront of patients. One of the techs I think was saying goodbye and the lady was like “why ? Is all of your stuff done” and the girl said “yes you said I could leave early” and the Tall woman admitted to telling her that but had a shitty attitude with her the entire conversation. No one should ever be belittled in the workplace like that (it’s never that serious)

Again, front desk staff was extremely kind. They greeted us with a smile and checked us in promptly. Welcome teddy bear gifts were given which made my kids happy and excited to be at the dentist. Dr. Morrow was very thorough with her exam and answered all of my questions regarding my children’s dental care that previous dentists could not answer. Very happy with Westown Dental :)

Negative experience: Over me in and out the hospital with my dying child told me I couldn't get another appointment because I "missed " a couple due to me getting a c section I was in the hospital 10 days son passed away 4/10/23 WOW GREAT NO EMPATHY AT ALL ...that's just so crule

Like some other people, for a while, I saw dentistry as kind of a scam & like anything else, there are some bad apples. Negative experience: Friendly staff but sketchy billing practices. I have never recieved so many bills for dental "treatments." Usually, a dental office will provide an estimate for dental plan outlining what insurance pays vs. out of pocket costs. I have good dental insurance but this practice is too pricey so I will not be returning. Also, don't have an urgent issue and have a small balance. You will not get scheduled until those pennies are paid first. Have pain, oh well, pay up in full or no appt.
