Fantastic experience: From Amanda at the front desk, to Noah (who is absolutely amazing!), to Dr. Symone Jaques—everyone at Frankfort Urgent Dental Center has been kind, compassionate, and completely judgment-free. I never once felt embarrassed for coming in with badly broken or decaying teeth. Instead, they gave me hope. I've been to many dental offices over the years and often left feeling worse about myself. This office changed that. My dentures have truly given me a new lease on life. Updating my previous review: I wish I could give more than five stars! I'm only 72 hours out from having all of my lower teeth extracted, and the only pain I have is from one injection site. My dentures are beautiful, fit great, and Noah deserves a Nobel Prize for the craftsmanship behind the adjustments that made all the difference. Yesterday, for the first time in over 10 years, I ate a cold popsicle without pain. Soon I'll be able to go out to eat with friends without studying the menu ahead of time for soft foods I can manage. This office has changed my life for the better. People don't realize how much your teeth affect not only your physical health, but also your confidence and self-esteem. Thank you to everyone at Frankfort Urgent Dental Center for giving me my smile—and my confidence—back.

Negative experience: This place was very unpleasant and unprofessional, very all over the place seems like they recently swapped to new management and could barely get the scheduling right. never had clear communication with me about what was being done while they were operating, horrible experience with the failure of numbing and drilling on my teeth with full feeling of the right side of my face and knocked one of my old filling loose during a cleaning and wont take responsibility for it expecting me to pay for a filling i paid for already. Only nice thing i have to say is about Dr Jordan & Michelle at the front desk were super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Front desk was so very nice. My phone was dying and she charged my phone for me. When I went back to the treatment room, the lady doing my xrays was very polite and so very nice to me. She knew I was in pain and was very gentle to me. The Doctor was also very nice. She told me everything that was going on, and answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I had a great experience here.

Fantastic experience: Got 3 teeth extracted today and 2 fillings. Always nervous going to the dentist but today was a different level with the extractions. Glad I choose those dentist, so far healing up just fine and still have yet to feel much pain.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing first visit! I brought my 6 year old in and they treated her with so much care and compassion, like she was one of their own! Every single staff member was extremely friendly and polite. The inside is extremely clean and well organized too. I highly recommend for kids!! **Edit 6mos later and I brought my other daughter in which is 12 and they treated her just the same! The staff was nice as always and very welcoming! Still highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: I’ve never had any issues bringing my daughter here until today. Unfortunately, they recently changed their policy to only allow the patient back, even for young children. I strongly disagree with this. Young children should not have to go back alone or be expected to advocate for themselves without a parent present. After expressing that both my child and I were uncomfortable, they did allow us to go back in a separate room, which I appreciated. However, it was clear they were not pleased with the request, and the friendliness noticeably changed from when we first arrived. This policy should also be clearly communicated to parents ahead of time. I don’t know many parents who would feel comfortable leaving their young child alone in that situation. Because of this experience, I will not be bringing my child back.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in Everyone greets you in a nice way. The Dr. and the assistant were both amazing and they went above and beyond to figure out what was causing the pain. they both had a Welcoming attitude and good sense of humor that made it easy for me to feel comfortable during the visit. You can tell the staff actually cares about what they do!

Negative experience: Today we had an appointment to remove my 5-year-old son’s tooth, and to be very honest, it was a very bad experience. They gave him laughing gas, which never worked, because my son felt everything they did. They had to inject him several times before the anesthesia took effect. My son suffered a lot — he is not the type of child who cries or pretends, as the doctor suggested. They did tell us that we could stop the procedure if we wanted to, but we decided to continue because we didn’t want him to go through the same pain and fear on another day. I strongly recommend checking the effectiveness of the laughing gas, since it didn’t work at all and it’s an extra service we paid for. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very kind and attentive — they were checking on my son and on us during the visit, and we really appreciated that.

The Dentist was remarkably kind and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything she was going to do. I would highly recommend this Dentist office.

I have never heard a negative word. The dental work was as you expect, but with very little pain! I almost dozed off while having cavities filled. I highly recommend their services!

Negative experience: Never go here! My son and I had the worst experience here! The one and ONLY reason we went here was he had chipped three of his teeth! They only took back my 14 year old son and end up cleaning his teeth and finding out he had cavities! They focused more on the cavities and very little on the chipped teeth!! I could hear him from the waiting room crying out in pain and never once did they inform me what was going on! Finally after hearing him cry out several times I got up to ask the staff if he was ok!

Positive experience: The staff was great, but the office and building is less than desirable. Tall grass and weeds outside. Inside is outdated and in need of many repairs. Open floor with no privacy for patients.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. The doctor SHREDDED my gums for a cleaning and I have had bleeding hours after my appointment, all of my teeth are sore and painful. I was saying trying to get out of the cleaning due to the pain and she kept going, I now have receding gums and can feel the ridges and see the spots of where she has shaved down my teeth going too far. Then followed up with a polish to finish it off they didn’t even cover my whole tooth, was swallowing the gritty bits. The only pleasant experience that whole visit was Emily and if she was smart she would find a better dental office to work for!!!

They got her in immediately and we had such a positive experience that our whole family has now become patients of this office for everything from major dental work to routine cleanings. They are fast to get you appointments, they are very efficient, & great with kids! The staff is always so friendly and caring. I recommend them to everyone!

Negative experience: Do not waste your time here..Terrible customer service!! and front desk lady is very rude.. they tell you walk ins available over the phone but then tell you sorry the doctor has to leave before they're closed..They don't care If you have an emergency or dealing with pain/infection.. zero stars isn't an option unfortunately!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at the Frankfort location, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at any dentist office. I had been in major pain since Sunday and originally had an appointment scheduled at the Lafayette location (which is just minutes from my home in Lafayette). When I got there, I was told my appointment was actually booked at the Indy location — and when I asked if there was any way they could help me, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. I left in tears, still in pain and completely defeated. Out of desperation, I called the Frankfort office — and thank goodness I did. The woman who answered the phone was so kind, so understanding, and told me to come in right away. I was instantly relieved. When I arrived, the whole staff treated me with such care and compassion. Everyone was gentle, patient, and genuinely kind. The doctor was amazing and helped me feel calm throughout the process — even though I ended up needing a tooth pulled, they made it feel like no big deal. I would drive the 30 minutes to Frankfort any day over dealing with the stress and lack of compassion at the Lafayette location. This team truly cares. I’m beyond grateful. THANK YOU FRANKFORT TEAM!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Zero stars. My teeth were better off before going to Frankfort urgent dental. Several fillings were put in. I went back 4x hoping the fillings would stay in place or that they’d fix the issue. They came out while brushing my teeth. Now they want to charge me 1200 for a crown. out of pocket… Wouldn’t have this problem if they didn’t drill holes and fail to apply fillings correctly in the first place. But… the staff was nice. Hope this helps anyone looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: My with this dentist was absolutely phenomenal! She kept me calm, in which I suffer from very high anxiety! Procedure was done in less than 10 minutes. Actually it took longer for my gums to get numb than it did to do the extra extraction. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anybody who has had severe anxiety towards dentists!!! Fantastic experience: Urgent Dental doesn’t seem to operate like the other commercial dentist offices tend to, but they treat me like a good old fashioned family practice. I had a wisdom tooth extraction yesterday that was extremely quick. And I haven’t even needed a Tylenol for discomfort! Love the folks at both the Lafayette and Frankfort offices!

Negative experience: Took my autistic son there for a tooth extraction, his baby tooth wouldn't fall out and his adult tooth keep pushing through, they didn't let him numb completely and they pulled his tooth anyway. Told him he was fine but he clearly and vocally said he could feel it and it hurt.

Negative experience: I’ve been going here for two years now. I have had four routine visits in that time. Today I arrived before my scheduled time and had a fifty minute wait. My bill increased over one hundred dollars as well. (It’s always cleanings and X-Rays nothing more.) I’ve never seen the same dentist twice. When I am attended to, visits are quick, usually fifteen minutes. I will give them one more try but I would recommend finding another dentist for your oral care.
