Fantastic experience: Dr. Chang and the whole staff are extremely professional yet very friendly. Made me feel very comfortable even though I was extremely anxious. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and makes you know that you're in good hands. There are no limitations to there Dental expertise. All your bases are covered. Highly recommend.Need to mention, I had my very tartared teeth cleaned recently and am extremely pleased with results. No pain at all . Joanne is very professional but makes you feel comfortable while she does her work.

Fantastic experience: We were looking for dental services after moving to the area a few months ago. We’re very impressed with Dr Chang’s practice. State of the art imaging equipment and friendly, helpful staff. Carly was very pleasant and knowledgeable as she took X-rays and the doctor was also willing to provide services to help us maintain our teeth despite the complexity of our dental history. Our interactions with all the staff gave us confidence that we’re in good hands. We came back in July for cleanings with Joanne. My wife is a (cough) difficult patient and has a lot of dental anxiety, but after we had finished, she said not only did it not hurt, but that her teeth were cleaner than they’ve ever been. Joanne knows what she is doing.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience. Hoping to change all my dental care to here if VA will allow. Plus this is 45 min away from our house and Roseburg is three hours.

Fantastic experience: I love this office so far. Just had my teeth cleaned with Amy and it was a good experience and they are very nice.

Positive experience: My wife and I are new patients here. Last month we had routine cleaning at the same time with separate hygienists. The area where they work is noisy compared with other dental offices. That is slightly annoying, but their work was good and their care suggestions were helpful. More recently I had two teeth removed because of an infection, and one of the two was prepared for an implant (the other was a wisdom tooth). Dr. Chang was friendly, and although one of the teeth broke twice during the extraction the process was relatively smooth. The discomfort during recovery has been minimal, and the stitch removal this week by the dental assistant went without any problems. Overall, this seems like a good clinic.

Fantastic experience: Experience with the hygienist was great. I was unhappy when I went to check out and wes told by the receptionist I needed a crown repair. Dr Chang was in and looked at my teeth, didn't say anything about needing a crown repair. Would have been nice if the doctor had said something when he was examining my teeth. Not something I should have found out of by the receptionist.. I was contacted by the dental office todsy. Apparently the crown repair was meant for another patient who was being seen by the same hygenist. She is the one who needs the crown repair. Glad that was cleared up!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and Dr. Chang's office fit me right in same day! The moment I walked in I was treated with care and concern. The Dentist himself called me later that night to make sure all was well and if I had any questions that he could help me with. Really?! who does that, I was blown away! So impressed that I'm changing dentist's. Hands down best experience of 50+ years of going to the dentist! Fantastic experience: The staff and doctor were great. Very efficient and explained things quite clearly as well as giving me options. Equipment quite modern and fast. Be careful getting there for the first time though - Google Maps still sends you off track even though they brought it to Google’s attention. And the single parking lot exit has a very obstructed view if cars are parked near it on a corner of Railroad Ave. and Pacific. Nearly got broadsided when leaving the first time I went.

The office ran on time, explained the procedure and cray, billing etc. This was a great experience. Also, the dentist (Dr.Chang) seems very comfortable working with individuals who have special needs. Excellent! My highest recommendation.

Positive experience: I've had good service with them. The only problem is my appointments are always rescheduled, from a week to 2 mos. It never fails. The staff is wonderful, very friendly. I just want to get my procedure done. It's taking longer than I thought. It's now 13 mos.

Negative experience: Called because they were recommended. Very first scheduled appointment, dr has an appointment and they have to reschedule. First actual appointment they bill us incorrectly and charge us 800 extra and refuse to listen that it was billed incorrectly. They called apologized and refunded us. Next time, emergency for a child but refuse to follow state laws. Finally get her an appointment (a full week after) not the 72 hours, and they called last minute to reschedule (again still an emergency) to January 13th. Lady on the phone was like welp that’s what it is schedule here or call around. Terrible service. Don’t recommend. Each time I’ve dealt with the front desk they’ve been rude and it’s been their mistakes.

Negative experience: Definitely won't go there, they don't help or have any payment plans. Never trust a private practice.

Felt like I didn't need that CT scan because there was a lot of X-rays taken. But I'll see you next week.

Negative experience: Billing dept is the worst. Went pre approved by insurance. They did not submit the claim for over a year. Now want me to pay for their mistake. See my yelp review for more details. GO Somewhere else.
