Aspen Dental - Olive Branch, MS

Fantastic experience: From my initial call setting up the appointment to the staff and Dr Bailey I was extremely impressed. Each staff member that I had contact with was very nice, helpful and explained everything that I needed to know. I would recommend this dental office to anyone needing dental care. The only small complaint was that some transitions were a tad bit long but I appreciate the time they took to answer my questions.

Negative experience: My husband went to get an infected tooth pulled. They told him they would clean his teeth prior to extraction. How in the world do you clean a tooth that is severely infected before pulling it. I am a nurse practitioner and this makes no sense! They are trying to up charge and get as many procedures as possible.

Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous coming in. I liked how thorough they were when they x-rayed my teeth. Dr. White and the hygienist were very helpful in helping me understand exactly what needed to be done and what to start with first. Dr. Miriam was very helpful as well explaining what I needed after deep cleaning, and what not to do, and for how long. The receptionist, Ms. Semira Brown, was very wlecoming and helpful with my payment plan. Overall, I had a great experience. I say 10/10

Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at Aspen Dental. Our appointment was at 8:00 AM, but we spent nearly three hours there, with most of the time spent waiting. We expected at least a routine dental cleaning, but instead, after the examination, the focus was almost entirely on recommending multiple treatments and discussing costly procedures. We felt our concerns were not properly addressed, and no cleaning was performed during the visit. The X-ray process was also uncomfortable and more painful than we expected. At the end of the appointment, we were presented with a treatment plan costing around $5,000 for both of us, which was shocking and felt overwhelming. Overall, we left feeling disappointed with the long wait, lack of the service we expected, and the pressure to proceed with expensive treatments. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not recommend Aspen Dental.

Negative experience: If I could post no stars that would be my choice. This company is absolutely ridiculous. They are not there to help you, but to charge you through the nose. My son went due to an abscess and they went ham on everything else needing to be done and handed him a $19,000 quote for his dental plan. Mind you he went in for an access to get antibiotics. They refused to help him m. Beware of this company they absolutely suck. Oh, and the staff was rude. I know my child is grown but I am still a momma bear and it pissed me off he would be disrespected and taken advantage of. I 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!.

Negative experience: Service was a little under ok. The task did get done, but assistance were severely underskilled.I would only go back if no other assistance is available.

Positive experience: We weren't expecting to see an oral surgeon so quickly after our dentist said my husband had a lesion on his lower gum area and he should have it checked out. Aspen Dental is on our Medicare plan so we called to set up an appointment and they have an opening at 2:30 p.m. We were told to arrive by 2:00 to do paperwork. There was a little confusion about Aspen being on our plan but we finally settled that it was. My only complaint is that we waited for two plus hours to have the ten minute procedure done. Everyone was nice but we felt a bit overlooked until I spoke up and asked why we were still waiting. Overall the experience was okay.

Fantastic experience: I went Aspen because I was having severe tooth pain. My regular dentist couldn’t see me until the next week. I was able to get an appointment with Aspen within 24 hours. Dr. Bailey and the other staff members were absolutely amazing! They were friendly and professional. Dr. Bailey explained what he believed was going on with the tooth and how it needed to be repaired. He referred me to a specialist who could perform the procedure. The specialist was able to see me the next day. The tooth was repaired, and I am now pain free! Aspen Dental has a new patient!

Fantastic experience: Aspen Dental in Olive Branch MS is a great place. The receptionist is professional and friendly. Simira Brown explained all the treatment plans to me. She was very thorough and professional. Dr C. E. Brown was very knowledgeable and friendly. I went with the treatment plan she recommended. I am very happy with my dentures.

I felt comfortable and free to be myself. The hygienist that did my deep cleaning was the sweetest and very informative. The financial aspect was easy and simple. The young lady that I sat with the longest at check out she was very detailed oriented, friendly and helpful. My experience with Aspen Dental on Olive Branch felt like home. Negative experience: My daughter was there from 10 to almost 4 and only got a cleaning and impressions done. Customer service this day in particular was TERRIBLE! Once what we ordered comes back and she picks up WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Negative experience: Zero stars.. it wouldnt even let me give you zero stars. This place doesnt deserve a single star...This place is ran like a puppy mill.. only about the money.. they are scammers and dont explain anything to you, they just push push push product and procedures, talk entirely too fast and push you out for the next patient to make more money.. they are not there for the health and care of their patients... very unprofessional.. the financial lady was talking to the other ladies behind the desk about my file and making fun of my prognosis as i walked up to her desk. She even proceeded in smiling and laughing in my face while reading to me what work I needed to be done.. you cant even make this up. Extremely unprofessional.... why else would I go to the dentist.. Other than to get my teeth fixed.. not everyone has poor hygiene. Some have genetics and medical conditions that deteriorate your teeth. Get another job if you cant handle the Healthcare position with dignity and grace. Never going back. Dental aspen in olive branch, ms is a joke.

Negative experience: Company charged me 1628.00 for a deep cleaning. My insurance wouldn't authorize services they recommend. They continue to send me bills for services never provided. Watch out for them.

Negative experience: Horrible service , got a new partial and 2 teeth pulled the new partial is useless doesn't fit properly I cannot chew with it . I went in to get an adjustment and the lady just got tired of trying to get it fixed properly and told me to deal with it. Now I'm out almost 2000$ for something I cannot use.

Make the molds for the new dentures when I walked out today everything was set and paid for, and it was a very pleasant experience

Negative experience: Dr. White was nice and did a good job. Hygiene lady was also nice and did a good job. My only bad experience was that the the tools connected to the seat was not sanitized and cleaned one still had blood on it from previous patient.I noticed it and had the hygienist lady clean it up . We didn’t have to use them I only had to get exam done. Overall visit was fine and nice staff. Just need to do a better job making sure areas are sanitized and clean well before next patient comes in rooms, that could have been bad if someone had not of seen that like I did.

Negative experience: I clearly told them I did not want all the extra surgery, yet they still submitted a bill of over $10,000 to my insurance. On top of that, they ran my credit for a credit card without clearly telling me it was a credit card. As soon as I found out, I said no — but I still received a letter saying it was being processed. This caused my credit score to drop a few points. Extremely disappointing and misleading experience. Be cautious and ask lots of questions before signing anything. To make things worse, the doctor was not nice at all — very dismissive and cold during my visit. The whole experience felt dishonest and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I was a lil shame to go in at first ,but I finally went in the receptionist was very friendly and I was called to the back the xray lady was nice ,the hygienist was as well,the Dr I seen was so down to earth very nice explained to me in details what all needed to take place ,I didn’t meet a person that made me feel out of place even with the issues I was having,I highly recommend Aspen of Olive Branch Ms ,for your dental needs ..can’t wait to see the ending results ❤️

Negative experience: I felt the x-ray lady was very rude to me and my hole experience only got worse the longer I was there. They was more concerned about making money off of patients than the was about trying to help them. And all I went in to have done was get my teeth cleaned, but they wanted to do this long term very expensive treatment plan that I had no interest in receiving, so I was refused service and wasn't given any chance to receive treatment....

Negative experience: Spare yourself from endless frustration and very poor service.!!!! I had to return three times for the same issue, but they still could not get it right (simply matching a color shade which they already had on record from a previous procedure) I called them again and again to see when my incorrect breach would be replaced No one return your calls I was promised the branch manager would contact me. This never happened. i called again and the same result I then called corporate head office explaining the situation. They advise that a regional manager would call me. This never happened either. I called corporate head office again after 2 weeks. Same promises, with no result. After persistent follow up contact the issue was resolved. Generally during dentist visits my pain levels was not cared for much. Procedures was not clearly explained and i was literally shocked after the procedure what actually was done. I think this place should be called the 1 dollar dentist , not because of the price you pay , but because of the level of service that can be expected.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience, Dr. Maya was super helpful and thoughtful! Her staff were very kind as well! I appreciate their time and assistance with my acute tooth pain. This is the first Dentist that I've actually been happy about the whole experience with. The facilities were clean, the waiting room comfortable, and the room temperature perfect. Thank you!

Negative experience: They asked to move the appointment up by a half hour and then had us wait for 40 minutes in the waiting room. After explaining dental anxiety, they were rude, and seemed unconcerned about allowing patients to wait and wait and wait. They seemed more like a chain restaurant that didn't care about service and was more concerned about pushing as many people through as they could

Fantastic experience: They were great. They worked me in on a Friday, an hour before closing and took the time needed to help me without making me feel like an inconvenience. Dr Brown was thorough with her exam and analysis... and the rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend seeing them.

Negative experience: I’d give 0 stars if I could. I prepaid for a service and ended up in the hospital. I called to reschedule but they didn’t have an appt that fit my schedule so I asked for a refund to be issued. 10 days later I received 1/3 of the payment and was told the rest was applied to a bill I was never informed of. I’ve been given the run around between the office and billing yet have gotten no solutions. I was told that no supervisor is available and that I’d receive a call from a general manager in a week. Aspen Dental is the absolute worst establishment I’ve done business with.

Fantastic experience: My experience here was very nice. I came in as a new patient, interested in the Motto aligners. They did X-rays and a consult with a hygienist. Went very well. Went through all of the process to get started and came back an hour later for the free cleaning and scans for the aligners. The scanning process was a little painful because I have super sensitive gums but other than that, hands down best experience. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Looking forward to my smile journey with these lovely people
