They are so nice and professional and they really care about their patients!! They took great care of my son!! This is the best dentist I have ever been to!! I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited kids first office and had a wonderful experience.Teagan the women who attended me was incredibly nice and polite, making me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and the office itself was very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend kids first for anyone looking for a fantastic dentis!

Fantastic experience: Haven is so great when it comes to ortho care. Any questions I have she answers and gives great advice. Courtney was exceptional during our procedure, she explained everything as it was happening and gave my daughter plenty of reassurance.

We have worked with Haven and the Dr a lot more than the rest of the staff for the most part and Haven is so professional and thorough, great communication and hospitality and Dr.KK (sorry for misspelling) is so kind and gentle and great at communicating as well! Over all everyone has been great very pleased with our services here.

Negative experience: We will not be going back.. the confusion on just my child was outrageous.They didn't know which teeth to do they ended up numbing both sides of her mouth , then giving her shots , and we ended up just leaving the place is over whelmingly too many people too much going on and they don't use gloves with everything they do. They will also give you a quote of how much it's gonna cost.And then when you get there and get ready to get done, they add-on an extra couple $100!!!

Fantastic experience: They are a really great team at Kidz First Dental in Lancaster, SC. The dental assistant’s takes their time with each cleaning and answering any questions, that the parents may have. The doctor came in during my son appointment looked at CareSouth x-ray exam, and decided she needed to get another x-ray to see the image of his teeth better. I was happy to see that it was important to her that she gave my son the attention he needed during his visit. She makes sure that you understand everything about your child’s dental hygiene, and double checks if you have any questions or concerns for her to answer! I will definitely recommend Kidz First Dental to anyone looking for your child’s first dentist or just a simple change in scenery.

Negative experience: Website says "providing the best dental care to all ages" as well as "We offer a multi service practice with pediatric and adult services...", but what they don't mention is you have to be under 21... Maybe lead with that

Fantastic experience: We had the best experience from the moment we walked in! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We were taken back right away and greeted with some wonderful assistants, Patti and Kayla. They were extremely patient with both of my grandkids as this was their first visit here. I would recommend this dentists to anyone that is searching for a dentist for their kids.

Fantastic experience: First time bringing my three children here and it was absolutely wonderful. They were able to start all three at the same time, very friendly staff, my kids loved them all. It was very quick I was out in an hour. Definitely recommend!! My kids asked to go back

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a consultation for her braces today with Haven Bennett. She was simply amazing! She made sure that my daughter was comfortable the entire time. She explained everything to me, but also, to my daughter and made sure she understood everything. Definitely hope we see her for each orthadontist appointment during this process!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my granddaughter to this facility for so many years. The receptionist at the front desk during check in and out are so nice and friendly always greeting with a smile and patience, I really appreciate them for that . The staff , assistants , and dentist are all awesome ! Everyone is always greeting all the children so nicely making them feel comfortable. I have always had excellent care for my granddaughter with getting her teeth cleaned or pulled. They give great advice and information on every visit of keeping your teeth healthy and clean or if there's a problem they saw from X-rays they'll inform you on what's needed to be done . I really appreciate them all . The facility is clean , color attractive for the kids and flat screen TVs to watch little cartoons shows as they wait to be assisted with the cleaning of their teeth. The dentist here do an amazing job !!!! My granddaughter has always like coming here . Sometimes she would get a tooth pulled and wouldn't even know they were done, no pain , problems. Although these years coming here my granddaughter has almost reached the age limit of not coming anymore, we feel saddened, but we definitely will recommend this wonderful facility and this amazing staff to anyone who needs to find a wonderful place for their child to go to . Thank you all for everything you've done !!!!

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter her first ever dentist visit and they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. They explained and showed her everything they were going to do before they did it and they even included her baby doll in it and brushed her teeth. My daughter is still talking about how much fun she had at the dentist and loves watching back the videos we took of them brushing her dolls teeth. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone in the area, we are happy to have found such a great first dentist for our daughter!

Positive experience: This was my daughter’s first dental appointment. The dental assistant was very gentle and handled my wiggling and not-so-cooperative daughter well. The Dentist was nice, quick, and worked with my wiggling toddler. The layout of the room is an open space with multiple chairs lined up. All the parents, kids, and assistants were in the same room. I would like more privacy to ask questions or talk about concerns.

Fantastic experience: My youngest daughter has been going there since she was 2 and now my grandson goes there I love them!!

Negative experience: Would give ZERO STARS but not an options. Constantly bouncing from patient to patient. Can come in for cleaning and the kids go home in pain and more appointments. Assistances on their phones constantly. Doing to most and doing nothing all at once.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist office the staff are all so friendly..

Negative experience: While checking out with six kids total I prioritized the kid who was in pain over the other five, to be treated first. I also refused fluoride treatment and a root canal for one of my kids one of the dental hygienist who cleaned one of my kids teeth and the receptionist thought it was funny and begin to laugh and say oh she’s going to wait till the other ones are in pain before making their appointments. It became comical and like they had a say in how I planned my kids treatment. I called the office manager and hadn’t intended to post a review but I got a link asking me to. We will not be going back and I’m finding an alternative dentist who can respect my choices with my kids treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a cavity. They had to cap it off. She's only 7 years old and they did a marvelous job in keeping her calm while performing the procedure. I am very grateful on how they handled everything! Excellent job at Kids First Dental & Braces!!

The establishment is very sanitary, both doctors are informative on the work that's being done. Any questions or concerns I've had, they've always been answered. Fantastic experience: The office was very bright and cheery looking. Staff is polite and good with my grandchildren. They have tvs in the exam rooms to keep kids attention occupied while they examine them. Easy to get an appointment. Only drawback is having to go to another dentist to get dental work done.

Fantastic experience: 1st visit to this location & everyone was very welcoming and friendly to my son. They were gentle with him causing him not to cry b/c he was very scared in the beginning. They will continue to have our business as long as it’s needed in the area.

Negative experience: My daughter gets cleanings and exams every 6 months. She brushes twice a day and doesn’t eat a lot of sweets and no juice or soda. The dentist said she had 6 cavities at her last exam. She’s never had a cavity so it seemed strange that she got 6 in less than 6 months. I paid out of pocket to have another dentist give a second opinion. She has zero cavities! Kids First was going to bill insurance and perform uncomfortable dental work for something that was completely unnecessary.

Negative experience: Nice staff but they take entirely to long. They have two phone numbers one of the numbers from the website doesn't even work and the other they barely pick up on. When it comes to prices on the retainers. I personally think they don't know there own prices. The lady behind the desk lied and said if my sister got one set it would be $160. We're like okay then she turned around and said you get two for $300 but still wasn't clear she said a set had us thinking top and bottom. The workers clearly confuse all their patients.

My son needed a filling and because the patient before wasn't able to complete his procedure, they took him right back and did his filling in 15 minutes. They were quick and efficient. I love the sweet staff every time I go.

Negative experience: Took my son for the very first time, our appt was at 3:30 waited for 2 hrs to be seen for them to see him for 10mins felt rushed n didn't tell me much of anything. I will not be returning.

Negative experience: Each appointment I've taken my kids to, they've run way behind the scheduled appointment time, more than an hour and one time 2 hours! This last time I had an 830am appt, arrived on time, there was already another child there and about 3 others already in back. Eventually my kids were taken back, had dental rads done and then we sat. There was only 1 hygienist cleaning teeth. She was working on another child, the dentist still hadn't attended to the child she'd already finished. By 920am I asked how much longer, nobody could tell me other than, they were next in line and the hygienist was finishing up. Even with her about to start my kids, I knew the dentist was still 2 children behind (not sure what he was tied up in currently) so even after she finished my kids, there'd still be a wait and I had to get to work. I let the front desk know that I needed to reschedule and told them that this happens to us every time we come and I'm always very patient, but I'd run out of patience that morning. I was a little surprised at the wait considering I heard the dentist come up talking about how busy he was prepared to be and it wasn't very busy and the reception answered they'd already had 4 cancellations. I can't imagine the wait had busy actually happened. On top of that, this appointment was one that I had to reschedule initially. On the day before the original appt, I was getting reminders for the original appt, even after I called and left messages questioning reminders and explaining moving appts. I called and It appears that while I rescheduled, nobody bothered to move BOTH children to the new appointment (I was only getting reminders for 1 child) and failed to remove the old appointment. When I rescheduled this due to the long wait, I was told that the dentist is only there on Thursday and Friday. So my options were very limited. While the staff is very friendly, patient and attentive, their ability to run timely appointments has me searching for a new pediatric dentist. I've been to several others in different states and have never had such a delay in being seen.

I’ve had both of my children in braces here and I have also received general dentistry services hear as well, when I need specialty care I had no issues getting referred out to the proper place. Ms. Ketta always greeting you with a warm and lovely smile. The dental assistants are always helpful and pleasant. Very gentle and friendly when they are working on you and addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Ms. Haven the office manager is “Top Notch” with her customer service!! She will not hesitate to take care any issue you have. She never hesitates to come from behind her desk and put some gloves on and assist the dentist assistants! That’s teamwork!! I have enjoyed the service so much that I drive an hour from Columbia, SC to receive it!! Great job your guys keep up the good work!!

Fantastic experience: Kids First Dental is awesome!!! It’s very clean, the nurses are friendly and you can tell they love what they do. I live in Winnsboro SC and I drive 35 minutes to Kids First Dental in Lancaster SC. My daughter comes faithful since she was 2 years old. The doctor was so nice he made my child feel safe and relaxed. When she had to get a tooth extracted. My daughter is now 9 years old and Kids First Dental is still my favorite.

Negative experience: Would give 0 if I could. The woman who came in to clean my 7 yo nephew’s teeth repeatedly called him a baby and berated him for being scared and crying. This is not the first time something like this has happened here. Spoke to two other women with similar experiences. Would not recommend and will be looking for a new dentist immediately.
