Fantastic experience: Made the call this morning. They excepted my insurance. Appointment was at 4pm. Welcoming when you walk in the door. Very clean feeling throughout the different areas.(had issues at other offices with being dirty) I cant wait to get my new teeth!

Positive experience: People are nice and helpful but way more expensive than other places. Cannot afford services there.

Negative experience: Scheduler gave me incorrect information stating I would be able to be seen and when I spoke to a manager she said it was "obvious" that this would not be correct. Sorry it was not obvious to me. :(

Fantastic experience: All the staff was very nice and helpful. Can’t wait until my next appointment to get my tooth fixed and for future appointments to work on my teeth.

Negative experience: I had a top and bottom extraction of all my teeth plus dentures. Don't get me wrong, the office staff is extremely nice. However, I wasn't provided any instructions on when I could remove the dentures, how to clean them- nothing nadda. The 2 sheets of paper provided didn't cover nearly enough information. I called Friday and of course the office was closed and no one on-call called me back. I called Monday morning because my dentures are killing me- I can't eat and haven't ate since Wednesday because of the pain. I wasn't given the oppourtinity to come in today and I was told I had to come in as a walk in for an adjustment. I'm just blown away after spending over $7,000 that I wasn't offered any relief. I expected more from an office that claims on their voice recording while on hold that if you are in pain, they will get you in the same day.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from receptionist to Dr.Sarah. Excellent display of professionalism, knowledge and time. Would recommend 10/10.

Negative experience: Went to get a consultation to get my wisdom teeth out, was told over the phone that they DEFINITELY can take my wisdom teeth out there. I go and apparently I need to be referred to an oral surgeon to get them out, theyre too close to my nerve...fine, whatever, glad they know their limits! Then they said that I needed to get gingivitis treatment and my cavities filled first...fine, whatever...my insurance covered all but 50 of my cavity filling, then they tried to charge me 700 dollars for gingivitis treatment. Absolute ripoff!!! I do have to say, the staff was incredibly kind, though!

Negative experience: The dentist was very aggressive, putting the needle in my mouth jam in my mouth it was hurting. I was hollering and started crying. It hurts so bad and he was talking about well we’re behind. We gotta catch up and this that the other Anna finally have to start getting a needle out of my mouth. He says calm her down to his helper. I didn’t appreciate that then he comes back in there and it’s still hurting Anna. I just felt like he was too aggressive for me and then he said well if it breaks, I have to fix it if it comes apart, I have to fix it and fix that and the other and I told him to just shut up cause I was tired of him. He had me so upset in that chair. I can’t help it. I got a late start that ain’t my problem, but don’t start taking it out on me and jerking my mouth around and jerking them things in and out hell you ain’t got time to do another needle To numb Me some more

Fantastic experience: I received new dentures today and the dentures needed adjusting. Assistant Alyssa helped me. She was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She made sure the adjustment was correct and I was satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, quick and gentle with my procedures. Being a person who fears "the dentist" they were exceptional. I'm happy with the experience.

Fantastic experience: The office staff was very nice, personal and helpful. Beautiful office and answered any questions and works with your schedule.

Negative experience: They straight up lied to me... I had a tooth that needed a filling. , I was told the tooth needed to be pulled and an implant put in it's place... they went crazy over my dental benefits, so they thought they would get all they could from them! They were going to be getting a lot for the implant from my insurance, plus they set me up with a very high interest rate loan, to pay for the implant... I googled and found out they were overcharging in the first place... I got a second opinion and found out there is not even enough bone in my gum for an implant! And all I need is filling. My "something is off here" instinct kicked in when they made me feel rushed. Like let's get this done now! So if all you need is your teeth cleaned, I guess you will be okay... but i recommend getting a second opinion on anything else they suggest...be careful

Negative experience: Hands down the most unprofessional and unorganized facility. I would never recommend anyone go here. Not only do they schedule and confirm appointments but they’ll cancel them same day you confirm. They never answer phones or call back. I truly do not know how they are still operating. You call one facility in one state and you’re answered in another, they can’t find date of birth or names without you spelling literally everything out. They don’t submit payment plans correctly. I could literally keep going. Save yourself the absolute headache and go to someone who is going to do right by you and your health!!!

Fantastic experience: NOBLESVILLE, IN - Great doctor very efficient friendly knowledgeable. Definitely found my new dentist.

Positive experience: Felt rushed and pressured to go with their high financial set up for dental care.

Negative experience: Worst place ever don’t go there unless you have plenty of money to spend. Went in for an extraction and got everything but that. Then wanted to set me up on a 1600.00 payment plan to comeback and do extraction. They was told I live on a fixed income they said they accepted my insurance but was still gonna have to pay that much. NOT!!! Will never walk through those doors again.

Bonus Asia pronounced my name correctly the team really did a great job at making me feel comfortable and confident throughout my process 10/10 recommend Madison is absolutely amazing any issue I ran into she resolved them immediately!!!! I got my smile back

Negative experience: Wanted me to have an expensive procedure that wasn't 100% necessary. They didn't provide me with any options for different treatment so I went to another dental office for a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: Shelea and Tina were extremely helpful in getting me financed and on the way for my deep cleaning to help save my teeth. Thank you to the team at Aspen dental for taking care of my treatment program. I will definitely be coming back for the remainder of my periodontal and Dentist check ups treatments.

Negative experience: My experience there was not good at all. All they did was take all these X-rays and had me sit in a green room for hours. I eventually had to leave without any feedback or follow up because I had to go to work. I was told I would get a call for following information and got nothing. It been a week and a half already. So maybe go somewhere else because Danville in just a joke .

Fantastic experience: I receive excellent customer service from the entire staff. I made an emergency visit my original denture was accidently thrown in garage. I had a second pair of denture with a broken tooth that needed repairing. Thanks Phillips Florez. He stayed and repair my backup denture. I needed to have a temporary denture to wear until I get my new denture returns back.

Negative experience: I’ve been trying to call them and make an appointment but they give me the runaround and putting me on hold and I keep calling to leave a message. No one returns my phone call.

Fantastic experience: I went to Aspen Dental on May 26th and asked if they accepted walk-ins because I was dealing with the worst toothache ever. The receptionist was extremely kind, took all of my information, and I was able to be seen the same day. During my visit, they took X-rays of all my teeth, cleaned my teeth, and even placed a temporary crown all in one visit. I was also given a really nice electric toothbrush and dental floss, which I truly appreciated. On May 28th, I returned to have the tooth removed that had been causing me problems. Gabby made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, and Dr. Salem did an amazing job removing my tooth. I was very nervous at first, but they made me feel completely at peace. 10/10 — I highly recommend Aspen Dental. Thank you all, and please continue showing such great hospitality and care to your patients!

Fantastic experience: So far, so good! All the ladies at the desks are super kind and helpful. Dr. Sarah explained things thoroughly and made me comfortable with the procedure I needed. Hygienist Asia was thurough and attentive. The DA Gabby was also informative, kind, and patient. Appreciated them all. Will recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Aspen Dental, Danville VA today. The staff were super kind. Alyssa, Gabby and Tina were exceptional at their jobs. All three ladies made me comfortable and explained everything I need to know before my procedure next Monday. I feel confident in Aspen Dental for giving me the best care ever. If you are scared of a dentist, please give them a try. You will not be disappointed. Thank you ladies.

Negative experience: My experience was horrible and I will never ever go to Aspen dental again, I went from wanting one tooth pull to, two should be pulled and implants totaling over 9100.00, was advised if doctor could pull tbe tooth it would be 168 and I have insurancr, to doc could not pull the tooth I wanted, to being referred to another dentist Sherwood oral dentistry, and was escorted to the door!! They have no cocern for the patient!! trying to push me into something I did not want to do. It was horrible and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! I RATE A ZERO ......Had to select one to post this!!!!

After the First Dentist quit it all went downhill have had nothing but issues with my dentures in the process of getting new dentures from another Dentist . Fantastic experience: I sought treatment for an abscessed tooth, only to be disheartened by the lack of coverage from my insurance. However, the doctor I encountered is undoubtedly one of the finest professionals I have ever come across. His sense of fairness is truly commendable. Understanding my financial constraints, he generously waived all fees not covered by insurance and is now providing dental care . My heartfelt gratitude goes out to him. I highly recommend this establishment for all dental services.

Negative experience: Horrible the worst communication ever, I went for an extraction, they wouldn't do anything until I paid up front I had cash and they didn't have change so they said just pay 100 and we will waive the rest i was like wow!!!and she didn't even give an antibiotic....I went in pain and im still in pain with this tooth. They could care less smh Aspen Dental in danville is the worst for me...

Fantastic experience: I haven't had my appointment yet but ELEXIS WAS AMAZING! She booked my first appointment and made me feel SO welcome and hopeful. I have learned from experience that I canNOT do the dentist without nitrous oxide, like...I *freak out.* But when I called 5 other offices in Danville, they either didn't offer it at all, or treated me like a suspicious drug-seeker and got super cold the second I mentioned it. A BIG thank you to Elexis for being super understanding and not making me feel like a freak or a bad person for just wanting to take care of my teeth! You rock, and also thank you to Aspen Dental for keeping a licensed technician on staff who can assist people with disabilities!

The first place I found after searching for a while that actually helped me within my budget Very professional but relaxed Atmosphere!

Negative experience: I'd give Aspen 1-star, but the doctor and hygienists were great. I came in with a broken tooth, in pain. By 2 to 2.5 hours of being there, I spoke with one of the office managers. She said that getting an implant would be $2500. I said: "that's a lot less than I thought". Then after I signed carecredit paperwork, she explained in 6 months, I'd have to pay for a crown. I never would have agreed to the implant if I thought there were costs above $2500. I since complained to a very nice hygenist who told the office manager who was in that day. That person didn't even come back to talk to me!! I complained to the main Aspen dental and another manager, office manager called me and suggested my original issue had to do with me being in pain. No, lady. I know the order in which I was told the costs. Now I have a screw in my jaw for no reason. I will never go back, but I will complain to my friends.

Fantastic experience: I went un to Aspen Dental because I had a broken jaw tooth in which I use for chewing my food. What I thought would be a simple procedure ended up being more than I imagined but the staff explained every detail thoroughly and to the point I felt in good hands. When it came to payments, the manager of accounts was very patient and helpful in helping me get the help I needed. What made me so comfortable is the way the staff worked with each other and did not over.step and when one could not get the results they needed they asked for help so I knew when I left I would be ok and my smile would be fine. The process seemed long because of what had to be done but done in a timely manner. Would I recommend Aspen Dental yes. This was my second time experiencing their services and it did not fail me. Thanks Doctor and Staff for exceptional service.

Positive experience: Great nurses and a awesome doctor. The wait time was bad I had a 9:30am appointment to get one tooth pulled i didn't get out till 1pm. But the doctor got it out in less than 5 minutes. She was great.

Fantastic experience: I needed to have my dentures adjusted and I had recently relocated to Virginia so it was my first visit at this location. They all were so nice and helpful . The dentist reviewed the x rays and the technician was a trooper and adjusted 3 times until it was perfect . Im so glad I found them here , the dentures were done in Connecticut 3 years ago and that team was also super nice , caring and concerned.

Negative experience: Took my son in they did X-rays, the dentist came in after X-rays attitude I didn’t like. We talk to consultant about payments n plans we decided to do the treatment. They don’t take cash or debit cards wants u to have a checking account.. Okay fine my son go open a accounts like the consultant advise put my n account.. Comes back to office. They say oh ur approved but the account numbers keeps sayin error. They ask could they call wen they firgured out wats wrong.. now we gt there at 8am we didn’t leave there til 1pm after running around cause wat was told to us.. this was 3/14 and here today its 3/22 and still no call.

Fantastic experience: Alyssa and Gabriela serviced me so well at my appointment. They made sure that I was comfortable and made sure that they didn't hurt or inconvenience me during my check up ! Negative experience: I had a wonderful experience with them extracting my teeth and putting my immediate dentures in the staff was very nice but I had a issue with my dentures happen yesterday so I called the office as soon as they opened and basically told me there was nothing they could do until my appointment in 2 weeks they would not even see me today after I had to get a little rude about my issue then I was told I could walk in in the morning at 8 very upset about this knowing if I have a problem with my teeth they can’t help me same day this is all new to me and they should have seen me today

Fantastic experience: I recommend all of the staff at Aspen Dental. I have ALWAYS been terrified of any dental work. The staff pulled 2 wisdom teeth , a molar (3total) and done a deep cleaning. They were gentle and caring. They stopped if I was uncomfortable and made sure I was good to continue. I cant remember their names. But you will not be disappointed in their bed side manner. Thank you all so very much.

Negative experience: The wait time is ridiculous. For one I confirmed my appointment online and uploaded my Id. When I got there they had to verify my insurance and get my ID .okay it’s been a hour passed I still haven’t been called i asked earlier should I reschedule was told no they would get to me then it comes close to 2 hours waiting I ask how much longer I said will it be about 10 minutes .they tell me about a hour half. I rescheduled I understand things happen and it can get busy with scheduling and doing procedures .I’m mad because the lack of communication. I should’ve just been rescheduled once 30 minutes have passed.

Positive experience: Both Doctor's and nursing staff have a great chairside manner while being very professional. (Tooth extraction and implant) The receptionist could use some work on her politeness and manors, all that said, Over all a good experience and would recommend.

Positive experience: Had a great time as Aspin, despite my reason for being there. The staff were very attentive, and communicative. I drove from NC in desperation to get an extraction done and even though I unfortunately got sick in the middle of my visit (nerves) I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Love this place, love this staff. Update: after receiving my bill I noticed they didn’t file my insurance.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with everyone at Aspen today. They were knowledgeable, caring, understanding, patient and very supportive of my experience.

Positive experience: I have had two appointments and I get there and they tell me I need 116.00 to cover the fee. Spoke with insurance they said my dental and special cleanings were covered. Aspen said they are not. I spend about an hour down there trying to figure things out. Just to reschedule and make another appointment.

Negative experience: Scheduled me for a Friday. Showed up early on a work day where I could have been getting paid. Turns out they aren’t open on fridays. Talked to an operator on the phone. She was rude the entire time trying to reschedule me on a holiday and said that the don’t even do cleanings on a first visit. I’m going to have to pay out of pocket for a consult and X-rays just to be scheduled again for a cleaning. That’s three days of my life just to get seen for a routine cleaning. I’ll be finding another dentist that doesn’t waste my time or is rude over their mistake.

Negative experience: At first they were great then when I went there to have the teeth extracted the dentist didn’t feel comfortable doing them because two were going through my sinus cavity so they refferred me to Lynchburg which is fine I kept waiting to be scheduled and nothing so I was told to call Lynchburg myself and they didn’t know anything about it . I called Danville back and they pretty much told me to go elsewhere
