Negative experience: Went to have a tooth extracted, they didn't remove it instead I heard a half hour sales pitch on implants, what a waste of time, wouldn't recommend this place I drove to desmoines Iowa to have done what I wanted done.

Negative experience: They hound you to make sure your keeping your appointment time and then they go 45 past the appointment time with zero regard for the patients schedule. Typical arrogant staff. Find somewhere else with better customer service.

Fantastic experience: They got me in to fix the problem fast , when I called them in desperation because the dentist I had just seen didn’t help me at all. I was in and out w a plan and estimate for a job done well and right and they fixed the pain and uncomfortable issue I was having so I could return to work when I was let down by another dentist in town . No time wasted , job done right and there when you need help ! They saved me ! They PROVED to be the best in town (as I was hesitant) and I would recommend them to anyone 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 in multiple experiences in the Bemidji location. So pleased with everyone I’ve encountered! Tori is always amazing on the phone and in the office. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, always polite, professional and to the point. Noel is always so kind and makes you feel comfortable, helps walk you through procedures and has a great demeanor and is funny. Dr. Rasmussen and Dr. Nyguen were absolutely amazing. They care about you and the integrity of your teeth. I was so pleased with their work and politeness. My adult daughter had an emergency extraction and they got her in same day and it was a quick process. She was so grateful. I love Aspen. Out of many dentists, this has always been my preferred place.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted and grafted at Aspen Dental, and honestly the whole experience was surprisingly pleasant. The procedure was fast, smooth, and not painful at all. Dr. Thien was incredibly calm and competent throughout, which made me feel totally at ease. The dental assistant was also excellent — super helpful, cheerful, and reassuring the entire time. I’m really grateful for the care I received. Highly recommend this team!

Fantastic experience: I just recently had an abscessed tooth and they were able to get me in right away. Now I am getting more dental work done soon. They signed me up for the care credit card and I will be making payments so I can get my teeth fixed. Everyone at the office and also on the phone have been so far very friendly, helpful and also very informative on all the processes and procedures involved with my visits. They also seemed like they really care about giving me my smile back. I can't wait to get it all done. I have already recommended someone to go to them. Also I went there because 3 of my coworkers had gone to Aspen in Bemidji and they were also very impressed. They should win the contest because they definitely give every patient 100 percent proper dental care that makes me never want to go to a different dental office.

Fantastic experience: Aspen dental is excellent and has one of the best dentist Dr.Thien Nguyen . I had a toothache and called got right in an seen this excellent dentist. After about 15 minutes he come in looked at the X-ray and said it was infected and had to be pulled. In five minutes I was getting my infected tooth pulled and had antibiotics waiting at the pharmacy . Dr.Thien Nguyen is absolutely professional,carring, he made having a tooth pulled a pleasure I couldn't believe how professional and wasn't twisting the tooth or pulling against my jaw. I definitely recommend him .thank you

Positive experience: I was able to get in quickly. I had an infection in my molar and they explained to me what my options were and how much everything would cost.

Fantastic experience: I had an abscess with no insurance so I drove here from Fargo. They felt bad I drove two and a half hours in order to get an appointment sooner because the pain was unbearable and gave me a discount for my X-ray that made it free and also didn’t charge me to send the X-rays to an endodontist. Really a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Went for my second visit today. Everyone that I talked to there was absolutely amazing! No one rushed my appointment, they explained things really well, answered all of my questions and they were great with my "dental chair" anxiety. I've never been to a dentist where everyone was so kind and nice to work with.

Negative experience: Had dental emergency that put me in the hospital. Scheduled an appointment with this place to get tooth removed. Closest available appointment was 3 hours away. Made the drive because it needed to be done ASAP. Got there and they told me I needed to reschedule. After a 3 hour drive!! I confirmed the appointment twice

Negative experience: Total scam and advertises as “affordable” but completely the opposite. Quoted my husband $8,000, and suggested a root canal for a tooth that was causing him extreme pain (the main reason why we went in). My husband just wanted it pulled but they didn’t want to pull it even though that was the best option and what needed to be done… I knew they were going to suggest a root canal and before we even went in I told my husband no way you’re going to let them talk you into a root canal. Anyways that’s what they tried to do. We left without doing anything, and went to a more reliable dentist who said the tooth immediately had to be pulled. He pulled it same day and the roots of the tooth had literal cysts growing… the dentist said a root canal would have done NOTHING and made it even worse he could have been hospitalized eventually. He charged us only $300 and was the best dentist- so honest and kind. Never go to Aspen Dental. They do not care about patients only the money. Wish I could do 0 stars. Total scam and if they did a root canal my husband would’ve been in the hospital.
