Fantastic experience: Took my son to Caring Tree Dentist today for his second visit and we had a great experience again! The environment is so welcoming and kid-friendly, my son absolutely loved it. The staff are patient and great with kids, they really know how to make them feel comfortable. It's clear they care about giving kids a positive experience at the dentist. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great pediatric dentist!

Fantastic experience: Came in for another opinion and loved the office. The staff at the front desk were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the hygienist was extremely sweet and accommodating and I was so grateful for Dr. Chris helping us move forward with a conservative treatment plan that worked for us.

Negative experience: Avoid this clinic. Under no circumstances should you leave your credit card details. The clinic makes unauthorized charges. They have been promising to refund the money for two weeks now, but those are just empty promises.

Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! Our 10-year-old son is nonverbal autistic and becomes very overwhelmed and overstimulated at the dentist, so appointments can be incredibly challenging. From the moment we walked in, every member of the staff was patient, kind, and understanding. They never rushed him, met him where he was, and made every effort to help him feel safe and comfortable. It was so evident that they are experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to caring for children with special needs, and that meant the world to our family. Our 2 daughters also had appointments the same day and had fantastic experiences as well. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made all three of our kids feel welcome. As a special needs parent, finding providers you can truly trust isn’t always easy. We are so grateful to have found this office and highly recommend them to any family, especially those with children who have additional needs. Thank you for treating our kids with such compassion and care. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so nice from the minute you walk in to when you leave. Zach and Jaden were so good with my nervous kids. Nothing felt rushed, they truly tried to make my kids comfortable with the care they were given. Dr. Chris explains things thoroughly with recommendations. The overall environment is very welcoming. Fantastic experience: Our child has been seeing Dr. Chris since he was one. From the very first visit, the team took their time and made him comfortable with the process. He did cry during that first cleaning and exam, but still trusted the staff enough to get through it. The next couple visits were a bit tough as he was still nervous, but by his fourth visit everything changed. He felt safe, confident, and knew what to expect. At his most recent appointment, he moved up to the big kids chair and did amazing with zero anxiety. I even felt comfortable letting him go back on his own and he wasn’t scared at all. Now whenever I tell him we’re going to see Dr. Chris, he smiles and says, “Dr. Chris is nice.” The front office staff is just as amazing. They’re always welcoming and friendly, and even gave our baby an infant oral care kit even though she isn’t a patient yet. We fully trust Dr. Chris and his team with our child’s care and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

My 9 month old twins were acting up and the staff was so kind to help me with them, they held them gave them things to hold and were so patient with them. My 7 year old and 5 year old had such an amazing experience. The staff made them feel welcome and asked them about their interests and were so incredibly patient. They were so helpful with their treatment plan for their teeth and I am so grateful to have found caring tree.

Negative experience: Would give less stars if I could. I have two sons who were patients. We have no history of ever missing an appointment without calling (no-show). For the last appointment, I had my husband call to verify the times the day before the appointment as I had a busy week with my job. My husband called the number that showed up on a barcode that they provide on the visit reminder cards that they send home. He confirmed the times, however it appears the number he called was not correct. We unfortunately missed the appointments on accident. When I called the office to explain what happened, they were not “caring” or kind and explained that they would charge us $25 per child for a now show fee. Reminder, we have no history of this ever happening. If you can’t be understanding about a one-time mishap, then you should remove caring from your name!

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter in for her very first dental appointment, & I truly cannot recommend this office enough. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly warm & welcoming. Daniah, Leslie, & Sandra were so kind, patient, & accommodating, they immediately put us both at ease. Dr. Chris made Riley’s first visit go exceptionally smoothly & took the time to help her feel comfortable & understand the process. What could have been a nerve-wracking experience turned into such a positive memory for her. Thank you all for making her first appointment such a wonderful experience, she’s already excited to come back!

Fantastic experience: We had our fist visit yesterday at the Lincoln location. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the RDA’s to Dr Chris were so kind. I was late to the appointment an instead of turning us away, they modified the appointment to accommodate us, which I really appreciated. That was above and beyond normal customer service in my opinion. They work great as a team, made the kids feel very comfortable, and even gave them welcome bags. Very knowledgable and they answered all of my questions. So glad to have found caring tree!

Fantastic experience: I can’t imagine a better dentist for kids. From the second you walk in the door they are making sure your kid is happy. It felt like a dentist Disneyland. Every staff member was so welcoming/kind. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience: We just had our first exam today with Caring Tree for my 11 and 8 year olds. They were very welcoming and accommodating to the kiddos. Each got a canvas to paint and bring back if they choose to hang it on the wall for everyone to enjoy. It was a whole experience for the kids (TV in the ceiling, fun chairs, pick your flavor toothpaste and floride) versus pushing them through and getting them out the door. My daughter said "This is the best dentist ever" after we were finished. Wonderful staff and great environment!

Negative experience: I switched my kids to this dental office about a year ago after hearing good things. At first, I was impressed and even left a 5 star review after our first visit. Unfortunately, that experience did not last. Before my kids’ first appointment, I specifically asked the office to confirm that everything would be covered by our insurance and whether any X-rays should be delayed since they were recently done at their previous dentist. I was assured everything was covered. Despite that, I was later billed out of pocket for X-rays for both kids. This was right before the end of the year, and had I been told we could wait one month, I would not have paid anything. These were routine checkups. When I addressed this, I was told they “did not know” X-rays were done previously. That is exactly why I asked in advance. They could have requested records or checked with insurance, but they did neither. The same thing happened again at my son’s next visit. A panoramic X-ray was done, I was told it was covered, and then I was billed afterward because it had already been done at his previous dentist. On top of this, I was charged a missed appointment fee after canceling an appointment because the issue resolved itself the next day. I did call to cancel, but no flexibility or consideration was offered. Three visits, three unexpected charges that could have been avoided with basic communication and care. This feels unprofessional and more focused on billing than patients’ best interests. Parents should double check everything and not rely on verbal assurances.

Fantastic experience: I cannot give Caring Tree enough praise! I took my son in for his first dentist appt today, and going into the appt I felt anxious myself as he isn’t the biggest fan of brushing his teeth at home, and I was unsure how the appt would go. Luckily they set us up for success and everything went so smoothly. They truly care about you, and your child here. If you’re on the hunt for a dentist for your child, take this as your sign to choose Caring Tree!

Fantastic experience: We have been working with Caring Tree for a few months trying to get our insurance straightened out, anyone who has had difficulties dealing with their insurance company understands how trying it can be. Leslie and the team at Caring Tree have been amazing! Their knowledge, patience, and understanding really helped me through everything. The care that we received before we were even patients was above and beyond. We can’t wait for our first appointment!

Fantastic experience: Took my daughters to Caring Tree Pediatric Dentistry and want to share that we love this office. The office manager, hygienist, and the dentist Dr. Lee & Dr. K. are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They have working with kids and teens down while going the extra mile on the dental services provided to their clients. I would highly recommend Caring Tree for all kidddos.

Fantastic experience: My kids aren’t easy patients and the entire staff was so nice and patient. They had really good advice for teeth hygiene in the future that was extremely helpful. They even have a bunch of toys to play with while waiting and balloons at the end which made for happy kids when we left! We are so glad we found this place for our kiddos.

Fantastic experience: Our favorite thing about Caring Tree is that the dental assistants introduced the kids to the dentist by starting out talking about their hobbies and activities, then some history, then getting to dental info. It was much appreciated that they treat the whole kid and not just their teeth! We felt quite welcomed to this office and will absolutely be back. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My son's first visit here today and they were wonderful. From the phone call to get him in (they got him scheduled three days later- some other dentists told me their soonest appointment was March) all the way to the cleaning with Jaden and seeing Dr. K. went so smooth! Fantastic experience: Dr. K and her entire staff were kind, fun, and attentive. My 3 year old opened his mouth, smiled, and even got X-rays. He barely lets us in his mouth. We are thrilled to be back in May! ^^ This is the post I almost finished 2 years ago. Now I still feel the same way! Fantastic! Dr. K, Leslie, Sandra, Vashti, Mina… what a team. We changed insurances and the only requirement for us was staying at Caring Tree. We hope to be here until our kiddos age out. My children didn’t feel comfortable at their old dentist, but they love it here. They actually want to go to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dad and our little got to experience the first visit with Caring Tree while I was at work and they had a blast! I got home from work and she was so excited to tell me about “my new dentist” and how she got to watch Bluey and how excited she is about her painting project and balloon. Awesome experience for all of us! We were so worried about changing providers after our dental insurance changed and we are thankful this practice. Fantastic experience: We absolutely love caring tree dentistry! My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist, which says everything. The staff is funny, kind, and so great at making visits feel fun instead of scary. Every appointment has been a positive experience, and they always go out of their way to make the kids feel comfortable and confident. I also love how they reward good tooth brushing—it really motivates my kids and makes taking care of their teeth exciting. We couldn’t ask for a better dental office for our family and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kid-friendly, positive dental experience!

Fantastic experience: This office is AMAZING! they completely understand kiddos on the spectrum and were able to take successful xrays on our 9yo for the first time. Leslie, Mina, Zach, Daniah, and Dr. Chris demonstrated such wonderful patience and kindness to help my kiddos feel safe and able to allow exams and cleanings. Now that we have found them, we feel such a relief when thinking about taking the kids to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved to Lincoln, and found Caring Tree for our kids. I’m so glad! At our first appointment, we were greeted warmly and enthusiastically at the door. The kids were given a welcome gift and then they got to play. The toy selection is great! There’s also coffee and tea for the parents. When we were called back, the hygienist (Mina) gave us a quick tour of the office before getting the kids settled in their chairs. The kids were seen side-by-side, which was super helpful for me! There are TVs above the chairs to distract the kids. Mina and Zach made the kids feel super comfortable and Zach talked my 4 year old through his very first dental cleaning. Dr. K checked the kids, and spent time answering my questions. Then stickers and balloons as we headed out. The best part… my kids have been begging to go back to the dentist ever since!

Positive experience: We really liked the doctors and dental assistants that performed fill work on my son's teeth. My son was autistic and the care the doctors and dental assistant took was amazing. Anesthesian that performed work was amazing as well. We spent more than $3000 on this one time dental work. I would have given 5 ratings for the amazing work performed by doctor and dental assistant. I had to give 3 ratings because of the front end desk team. They have sent couple of emails regarding confirming of appointment for checks (only after 2 months of major dental work) and we didn't confirm the appointment. We have not confirmed our availability. Still the front desk team wants to bill us $25 for not showing up or late fee. I told them this was ridiculous and the front desk team was weird and suggested that we need to pay them either way. We paid that $25 late fee and Unfortunately we decided not to go with caring tree for any future visits. One drop of lemon juice spoils the entire pot of milk. Great Doctors, Great dental assistants and A weird front desk team!!

Fantastic experience: So happy to have chosen this place for my 2 boys. 3 and 5 years old. They are very child friendly and had a welcoming goodie bags for their first visit. They also have a play area for kids while waiting and they gave them balloons and stickers after the visit unfortunately they didn’t have helium when we visited but my boys were happy enough to blow up the balloons themselves. I was super happy that my boys were seen side by side with each other so I didn’t have a hard time by myself with 2 young kids with me. Lastly they did a good job cleaning my boys teeth that I can definitely see the difference. Ohh their customer service on the phone was also amazing which made me want to schedule an appointment with them immediately.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Caring Tree Children’s Dentistry were absolutely amazing from the moment we stepped in. We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome to us and our children from Bill! Then followed by welcome gifts and a quick check in. As we were in the lounge area, there were some toys for the kids to play with, coffee for the adults, kids artwork on the wall, and a tv screen with info about the staff and facility. Once called upon, we had a quick tour and then into the general cleaning area. Very clean, organized, and spacious for adults to accompany their little ones. Not only do they have a tv on ceiling for each chair to occupy the kids attention but the staff (Mina and Zach) do everything they can to truly make them feel comfortable, which was very important to my wife and I. They communicated throughout the entire process and also spoke to the kids each step of the way as well. We were eventually seen by Dr. Chris and he was super amazing and friendly, yet very thorough in his communication of what he observed and potential next steps, if any. He definitely put our kids at ease and connected with them we haven’t seen before from our previous dental office. Upon exit, we were greeted by Leslie who explained any billing info for us and other useful information we needed. Our kids got a visit bag that included toothbrushes, floss and a summary of visit with notes. They also got a balloon and stickers which they absolutely loved! We definitely recommend The Caring Tree to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist that is welcoming, kid friendly, thoroughly organized, and all about patient care! It was our first time here and hands down are utterly impressed and grateful we found them! They are definitely best of the best for a reason! Thank you Caring Tree!

Fantastic experience: Caring Tree is such an awesome place! They are so kind and friendly. My 7 year old is pretty scared of the dentist and they know just how to comfort him. Ever since coming here his dental anxiety has significantly reduced and he is able to get through all the steps of the appointment now with no issued at all. At the end of the appointment, they give balloons and stickers to help make the kids feel special. All the staff we have met are a joy to be around and are all phenomenal with children. We love Caring Tree! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The best pediatric dentist I have ever seen, amazing manners, no bullshit on treatment, always gives you options and explains everything. I drive my kids for 90 min one way to be seen by Dr. Kucera because no dentist in my area comes close to this dentist. Come see for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.

We also felt very supported as parents, since they really listened and catered everything to what we wanted and needed. Fantastic experience: Best dentists for kids! I was so impressed by their attention to kids' and parents' experience, not to mention the friendly dentists & staff! The staff really knows how to work with kids. They answered all my questions and gave me useful age-appropriate recommendations. I appreciate the modern online forms and the short entry survey to tailor the information/experience to me. They have toys for kids and coffee/tea for parents and a restroom with a changing table. Their welcome gift and post visit gift & balloon are such a sweet touch, too.

Fantastic experience: Our first visit was awesome! The moment you walk in, they acknowledge my baby by his name, check in was super quick, no complications with any paperwork, every single person that works there is welcoming and friendly, Dr. Chris was great! Super informative and explained everything, I was very very happy with how they treated my baby, how they listen to concerns and how good I felt after his first visit, I was very nervous to see how my baby would react but everything was great! They give them complimentary little gifts, balloons and toys and he was loving all of it (so was I ) looking forward to our next appointment! Definitely recommend 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: I just noticed I didn’t post this for our appointment 6 months ago! We absolutely LOVE Caring Tree! Dr. Chris is so kind, patient and very easy to talk to. I have a toddler who screams pretty much the whole time and they handle it like champs! I highly recommend! Fast forward to today, he got to sit in the big boy chair and did amazing! As always Caring Tree staff is friendly, patient and efficient, understanding kids and how to interact with them. My son is always ready to go back!

From the appointment scheduling, to the front desk staff, to the actual appointment, everyone was amazing. They even gave each of our girls a little canvas and paint so they could paint and picture and bring it back to be hung in the office. How cute is that?! One of our girls was very nervous, even though this was not her first dental visit (we were at another dentist before) and they were so patient with her. I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with this office. Today was our first visit and we were greeted with cute gift. The card was also personalized with my child’s name. The waiting room had tons of toys to keep my child (2 years old) entertained. We got called back quickly. Staff was friendly when giving our tour. Dr. Chris was friendly and engaging. He was patient with my 2 year old and was able to perform the whole exam with no tears! He did a great job earning my child’s trust. I’m very happy with the experience we had. I knew how important it was to create positive experiences early on. We started coming here when she turned one, and I truly couldn't ask for a better experience. The entire team is so kind, patient, and wonderful with kids. They take the time to make everything feel safe and fun! One of my daughter’s favorite parts is the stuffed monkey with teeth she can practice brushing on. It's such a clever and playful way to make dental hygiene feel exciting and hands-on. Plus, after every visit, she gets a balloon and stickers, which she looks forward to. Now, she's genuinely excited to go to the dentist every six months which is something I never thought possible as someone who dreads the dentist myself. I'm beyond grateful for the warm, thoughtful care they provide, and the confidence and comfort they've helped instill in my daughter. Highly, highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a gentle and & engaging introduction to dental care.

Fantastic experience: Awesome first experience. Sam the assistant was so sweet with my 2.5 year old and made her feel comfortable. Dr. Chris was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They even game my little a present of a canvas and paint to return to go on the wall next time! So glad we found our girl a great pediatric dentist! See you all in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: My daughter (Destroyer of dental teams) had an urgent dental emergency. I was referred to Caring Tree by the survivors of the last dental office we visited. Caring Tree took her as an emergency walk-in, checked her out, and got her taken care of by an oral surgeon in Sacramento THAT DAY! Even before my daughter was heavily medicated, she told me that she really likes the people at Caring Tree and wants to go there from now on. HUGE thanks to Leslie and the whole team at Caring Tree!

Fantastic experience: As a child I always had a high level of anxiety and fear of the dentist. I never had good experiences so I just avoid going. Now as a mother, I found myself doing the same thing for my babies, but I knew I had to do it and overcome it for them. I took my 2 year old and 1 year old this past week to Caring Tree in Lincoln, and have nothing but great things to say about them. I felt very well taken care of. But mostly, felt confident choosing them for my babies. If you’re like me, I highly suggest you give them a go.

Fantastic experience: We took our three kiddos (ages 6, 4, & 4) to Caring Tree for the first time last week. There was no part of the experience that wasn't absolutely superb. From scheduling, to completing forms online, to the appointments themselves. It was a perfect experience from start to finish. Caring Tree clearly understands what children (and parents) need. Their entire vibe is child centered and the office itself (Lincoln) is a pleasure to be in. They were able to accommodate all three of our kiddos at the same time in the same dental suite which was very convenient for us as parents. Sally, Zach, and Samantha were wonderful with our kiddos and clearly love what they do. Dr. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and worked with us to reach a treatment plan. Leslie, Bill, and Sandra in the front office were a pleasure to work with. They were all very welcoming and accommodating. From the toys in the waiting room to the patient art on the walls to the tvs in the ceiling and the prizes at the end of the visit, Caring Tree is all about making the dentist an enjoyable experience for children and families. They even had a welcome gift for our infant who is too young to be a patient yet! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

Fantastic experience: Caring Tree is amazing! We had such a great experience with my daughters first time at the Dentist! Everyone there is so professional. The office is super clean. The staff is so friendly, engaging, and made my daughter feel so welcome and comfortable. She left saying she had “so much fun”! Being able to watch her experience, I can tell she really did! They even give the kids a canvas and paints to paint at home and bring back to the office for them to hang up. :)

Fantastic experience: So glad that Caring Tree was recommended to me. I used to get a little anxious taking my toddler to the dentist because I didn’t know how it would go. I’ve taken my son in a few times for an exam and cleaning and every visit had been excellent. Dr. K and Dr. Chris are amazing. Everyone is kind and welcoming and does very well with interacting with my son. My son now gets excited about going to the dentist and looks forward to it.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad we made the switch to Caring Tree! They are phenomenal!! The vibes inside and all staff were great and friendly. I love how they took the time to make my toddler comfortable and took the time to get to know him. Sally was our dental hygienist and she is so sweet and energetic! Loved her! Fantastic experience: We LOVE Caring Tree and will continue to recommended to every parent (which many that have gone are just in awe in their experience)! Came in today for an emergency chipped tooth on my toddler. The entire staff from the front desk (Bill & Leslie) to the dentist (Dr. Chris & Dr. K) and all the assistants are extraordinary. I really think the hiring team finds their staff where you’d find unicorns ✨✨ My kids are always treated with patience, kindness, and caring/gentle hands. So many great reasons why they are rated 5 stars by all parents.

Fantastic experience: My son just went today and said he loved it, and that says a lot coming from him because he used to be scared of the dentist. Everyone was so nice. He got to watch his favorite movie and kick back. They were very gentle and sweet.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Caring Tree are all so nice and wonderful. Today was my kiddos first visit and I was nervous for them at first. We have been telling them for weeks to prep them saying how fun and cool the dentist is and the staff definitely fit all of those. They were patient, kind, and talked my kiddos through everything they were doing. My oldest cant wait for her next appointment.

She made sure that my daughter comfortable and not scared. I'll tell you what for a 3 year old she did amazing. All the staff are friendly and professional. Fantastic experience: This dentist office is precious! Brought my 2 year old in for her first visit and it superseded expectations. Everyone had a smile and was so friendly, which really helped bring my lil ones defenses down. In no time she was walking around like she owned the joint! Zach took extra special care and worked hard to gain my daughters trust. She let him put her on a scale and measure her while I was talking to the doctor. I was thinking I would have to intervene, but nope, he was her buddy by then! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. Can’t wait to bring my daughters masterpiece back to be hung on the wall. ♥️

Fantastic experience: We chose Caring Tree in Lincoln after reading all the great reviews and we are so happy we did !!! From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with friendly , smiling , happy faces :) It is very clear everyone there loves what they do and they are so caring ! Leslie at the front desk is so welcoming and helpful ! All of the staff is so patient , kind and happy ! Dr. Chris is great and Dr. K is wonderful ! Both are just awesome Pediatric Dentists!! I can’t say enough of how wonderful they both are :) The balloons when you leave to the sunglasses and shows they can watch during their appointment is just icing on the cake ! Fantastic experience: Love this dentist office! I had my daughter put under anesthesia here and the dentist along with the anesthesiologist were both great. All 3 of my kids are patients and we drive 45 minutes just be seen here, they are definitely worth it♥️

Fantastic experience: Leslie at the front desk completed my child’s first time patient registration quickly and efficiently(despite my own disorganization) and upon meeting her in person she was extremely warm and welcoming. Zach took care of the bulk of my child’s appointment getting us acquainted with the office, getting my child comfortable, cleaning and x rays. All of which I’m not sure how he completed while keeping my child not only calm but happy enough during..that she actually laughed and mostly just sat back and enjoyed her movie which is extremely rare for my 5 year old in a medical setting who tends to get nervous. Zach was an absolute gem today and I am so grateful for his kindness and patience with my child. Dr.K is wonderful! I myself have never encountered a more disarming and attentive dentist. Her energy was calming for not only my child but myself and with extractions to come. I am so happy to have found Caring Tree! The entire staff is AMAZING! I highly recommend this practice for all of your child’s/children's dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I've taken my three children to several different dentists the past 10 years and Caring Tree is the absolute best. Every hygienist there are patient and know how to interact with children. They don't pressure nor are impatient with my kids. They work with my kids and their dental anxieties. They try different techniques and communicate with my kids to make them feel comfortable or comfortable enough to do what needs to be done during the appointment. We drive 40 minutes there and 40 minutes back home. Caring Tree is worth the drive. I would drive longer if I had to. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: We had the ABSOLUTE best experience at caring tree. We had Kylee as our assistant and Dr.K was our dentist They really took time to get to know us and asks us thorough questions. The gifted my daughter a canvas and some paint so we could bring our art in for them to hang on the wall ( all the kids get to do that) Their office is extremely clean and kid friendly My daughter and I felt very comfortable there.
