Negative experience: They will charge you because “insurance won’t cover it” then charge your insurance for the same service. Then refuse to give you a refund. Than try to bill you Thor services never performed.

Every staff member I interacted with, including Dr. Aris, was friendly, welcoming, and made the environment feel comfortable. One person who truly stood out and made my experience even better was Samantha. From the moment we spoke, her sense of humor and ability to relate instantly put me at ease and reassured me that I had chosen the right place. I would highly recommend investing in your teeth with Dr. Aris and his team!

Fantastic experience: My son got his braces put on the other day. The staff was very friendly and informative throughout the entire process. You’re beautiful space and they allowed me to go sit while my son got his braces. A few days after his appointment, the technician who put his braces on did a nice follow up call to make sure that he was doing okay.

Negative experience: I arrived at 8:50 AM for a 9:00 AM appointment, only to find the staff in a meeting while seven people waited in the lobby. If you’re scheduling appointments, meetings should be held before or after business hours, not when patients are arriving. After checking in, I watched multiple people come and go while I continued to wait. It took 53 minutes past my scheduled time just to be called up, and only after I asked what was going on. The response was a half-hearted apology with no real explanation. If you book someone for 9:00, they shouldn’t be seen at 10:00. Completely unprofessional and poorly managed.

Fantastic experience: This place is great! Some orthos suggested super invasive procedures for my daughter but they actually took the time to find what would be best for us and actually work well not just fast. They’re always kind when we come in and usually pretty quick too!

Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND! I never leave bad reviews but this place is worth it. Unorganized and unprofessional. Staff were friendly but all over the place and didnt quite seem to know what they were doing. Doctor was terreble and lacks compassion. Had a 9am appointment. Didn't see doctor until 10:05. The doctor will try to convince you to get a bunch of unnecessary treatments done to charge you as much as they can. They will not listen and will not help you. They do not have your best interest in mind. There's so much more to say and i am happy to be more specific if need be. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you want a professional doctor that will respect you and won't waste your time.

I love that I'm in and out of my appointments very fast. The consultation was completely free and they explained everything in details that I understood. Very flexible payment options and even ways to earn rewards by just doing simple things . Can't thank them enough. If you're considering braces please call them. Update: been going here for over a year now and I can't express how much I love this place. Extremely friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. They have made braces such a wonderful experience for me, and I love how my teeth look. Any time I've had issues they've gotten me in asap to take care of it for free. Such a welcoming place and always look forward to my visits

Negative experience: I have had so many issues with orthodontic experts throughout the course of my treatment that there is no way I could possibly fit them all here. It starts by them charging $2,000 more than any other orthodontist for treatment, so I expected better service. At one point my insurance company adjusted their payments and orthodontic experts held my next set of trays hostage until I covered the difference, even though I had paid for my treatment in full at the very beginning. Even though I was already covered by new dental insurance and was never without coverage. I had a bad episode where my bottom teeth were falling way out of line using the trays. The orthodontist did everything they could to blame the problem on me even though I had been wearing my trays every day, as instructed. At the end of my treatment they owed me a refund because they overcharged me. I was told it would take several months in order to receive my money back even though if I owed them any money, service was terminated immediately. I deeply regret using orthodontic experts and wish I had gone anywhere else for my treatment.

Positive experience: The office is small if you aren't familiar with the location or area. Coming from the Quad Cities I would say that a person could pass it up just driving along the road. Overall, the staff is very friendly and greet each and every person that comes through the doors. I would say I'm pleased with the orthodontic experts for my son.

Negative experience: Do not trust the name orthodontic experts. The staff knows nothing of mangemant and they are just utterly terrible at managing. My daughter got faze 1 here for eighteen months. They have no way to plan more then 1 appointment ahead so we never know when her next appointment will be. We have changed orthodontists thank goodness. They left my daughter with her teeth still very far apart. They make it a retainer appointment in witch we have to bring her retainer without contacting me so when we get there without her retainer the apointment is off. This is a warning if you were considering going here DO NOT ! It is very bad the manegment is terrible, the braces are fine and the experience is bad.

Fantastic experience: What should I say first? Everyone on staff is a joy to be around, and they genuinely want to help you reach your best smile! So far, they've been successful in straightening things out! I couldn't be more pleased; they could make scheduling appointments easier, though; it takes forever to talk to someone; I just wish I could just call the office; and they made booking appointments simple, though they can be months out. I'd give Orthodontic Experts a nine out of-ten and I'd recommend them!
