Fantastic experience: My daughter is 8 years old she needed 2 teeth pulled and was very scared they did everything possible to help her calm down they did a amazing job!

Negative experience: We made an appointment for my 2 kids earlier this week. I first couldnt understand the person on the phone he told me the 31st and then said the appointment was the 24th. I thought it was weird so i called again the next day to confirm that the appointment was for the 24th at 430 for both kids. You have to tell the birthdate, phone number and address every time you call. I walk in for the appointment at 415 and they tell me there is no appointment that they dont do appointments past 4. They said they tried to call but there was no phone number on record. I told them thats bullshit. I confirmed the appointment with them and gave the phone number every time. 10 out of 10 do not recommend and will never go there ever again.

Positive experience: They r good but dont like that they take walk in first. Here’s a tip. If u have an appointment. Take appointments first then walk ins it’s better like that . Other then that they do alright

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her actual tooth coming out, behind her crown. She had extreme pain, I called they got her in asap, staff & doctor where kind as always. Extraction went great!

Positive experience: The service was great, always good customer service. However the facility itself needs a motor makeover. The carpet is stained and dirty. Chairs are broken, the walls are very dirt. That's just the lobby, the back is clean but the front is so dirty

Positive experience: We love the dentist and all of the staff they are sweet and amazing. The orthodontist and my daughter dont really see eye to eye and I think he's pretty impatient and doesnt understand kids very much. I believe he needs to work on it a little bit. Last visit we had my daughter refused to say "ahh" for him which she absolutely should have and she was being stubborn which she shouldn't have been but he almost had a temper tantrum about it and went on a rant acting like shes a trouble maker and made his job so much harder which really wasnt the case. We love this place but I would like a different orthodontist for my daughter.

Negative experience: This place is horrible you scheduled appointment for your kids and they fill them because you are working and don’t answer their calls to confirm them when obviously you make the appointment to be there show up a hour away from there to find out they were taken off the schedule and they’re rude about it saying well we are busy and you can wait but there will not be any openings so I don’t recommend this place at all

Fantastic experience: Dental Assistant and Dentist really made my daughter feel comfortable after having and accident, she was worried last time she went in and the other practitioners were a little rough around the edges with her and she left crying, this appointment was completely opposite and she even mentioned to the Dentist how she made her laugh and feel good rather than make her scared. Really great work and I appreciate the extra love they put into making her visit great for her!

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist my kids have been to in our area! The Dental providers are awesome! Very friendly staff,nice and clean, has a cute little movie waiting room also individual TVs with movies for kids above the exam chairs.

Positive experience: My experience with with the dental hygienist and the doctor was great and they made my daughter feel welcome and at ease. I’m only giving 4 stars because the receptionist seems to have an attitude because I forgot to enter my phone number in the paper work. Although I kept saying sorry to her and she told me that “I didn’t make it easy and the fact she had to repeatedly asked me as she entering it in the system”. She could have give me back the form and let me write it but no she had to go out of her way to say that. When you are in a professional setting and someone kept apologizing to you for something so small and fixable, I advise you let it go. She was okay until I notice her attitude and if I notice it again I’ll take my child somewhere else.

Negative experience: My kids have been patients here sense the place opened and we have loved it they use to make it so easy to get an appointment or reschedule no anymore it takes months. Dentist and Ortho they had before were great ! The ones there now are ok they do take awhile to get to my kids which is fine but for awhile now I see the place dirty the chairs they use for our kids are only being wiped off on top if you look on the sides they are disgusting and also the mats around chair also the staff some of them look like they just woke up no hygiene what so ever. Really thinking of changing Dentistry

Negative experience: I love Dr Ramirez she's is amazing. I'm very disappointed on how they made us wait for 2 hours.

Positive experience: The process was great. We travel an hour for appointments and they only have one day of orthodontic appointments. This made rescheduling appointments nearly impossible and set care back by a month at times if we needed to reschedule an appointment that was set on our previous six week appointment.

She told my daughter exactly what she was going to do before she did it in a way she understood. I will definitely be bringing her back for all our dental needs

Negative experience: It was a long wait. Our appointment was at 3 and they called her back at 4. When we were leaving we noticed that they forgot to put bands on her top brackets. When we told them they thought it was funny and my daughter had to go back in to get them.

Fantastic experience: Loved going here! From the kid space right as we walked in to the accommodating help, both of my young kids and I felt comfortable and safe. They did a great job walking my 6 year old through her appointment and introducing my 2 year old to his first dentist visit.

Fantastic experience: We bring our son here and absolutely love the services they provide. All staff are always so friendly and accommodating to the children they see. It's a great place to bring your family for braces and all dental care.

Negative experience: For the last 10 years I have boasted of the caring and compassionate nature of the staff at Deming Children's Dentistry. However, yesterday's visit has made me consider finding another office. The front desk workers and Dentist herself are amazing. If I do rerturn, it will be because of them. I took my 2 autistic sons in for routine cleanings. The two hygenists had little to no skills in how to speak to them (or any children for that matter). The hygenist for my older son told him floss more often. But, there are ways to say this to get the patient to actually do it instead of saying it with a huff in your voice. I agree with her saying it. I have told them quite often, I need the hygenist to say this in a nicer way, so my kids don't just think it is me nagging about nothing all the time. The second hygenist, whoo, where do I start? When wiping down the chair after the last patient, she used one wipe on the patients chair, the quests chair, the equipment, key board, and counter. So , the same wipe wher we strangers were sitting, had their hands, and on equiment going into his mouth. When it came to the flossing, she only flossed the top middle of his teeth and was so rough, he ran his finger across the teeth to show me the blood. He said, she was so rough! She turned and snapped at him, "You just need to floss more!" She handed him a kleenex and walked away. She NEVER apologized! She walked back and forth several times and never asked how he was. He got more upset but never said what he was really feeling until we got to the car. She never flossed his bottom teeth at all and was the least considerate staff member I have ever seen here. I drive over an hour to come to this dentisty because of how they are with autistic children. But, if that compassion in not as important to them, it may be time to find another office.

Negative experience: Well my sons dentist here is great the office is bad at returning calls or emails…I have been trying to get a hold of them to check up my son who is a bad teether & has been grinding his teeth in his sleep to see if they can do a follow up. Such a shame…I may have to find another dentist pediatric or not to see who see him and help him…

The team made him feel so comfortable and Doctor Ramirez even got him to open his mouth and count his teeth! Hands down best pediatric dentist around!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is wonderful! My 3 year d absolutely loves going to the dentist (as opposed to me who is terrified ). The staff is caring and takes their time with my daughter and when she requested a Moana toothbrush this time, the assistant went and specifically looked for one. The doctor was amazing with my little one too. Just all around recommend them. Also, my they put Frozen on for my little one to help pass time. I just love how they care for their patients!
