Fantastic experience: Update; I’ve now been using Orange Beach dentistry for 3+ years. Let me just say, that I have never had a bad appointment or experience. The staff is always bright,cheery, and helpful. They always explain the procedure in late terms so that you can understand, happy to add any additional information so that you feel comfortable. In the past six months, I’ve had two teeth that chipped or cracked, I was able to call them and get in within a couple of days. They were able to do an assessment and figure out what our plan was to be. I can’t thank them enough.!!! They use text messaging to notify you about upcoming appointments, and, will call you if there are any reschedule issues. Dr. Lee and her staff are a pleasure to do business with! I would recommend them as the go-to for all of your Dentist needs! Made an appointment for cleaning based on recommendation. Lucy was my Dental hygienist, She was Great! The office staff called me a couple days prior to my appointment and offered an early morning appt.. which was most welcome.. I got there early & they took me back early, Yay! Front Desk staff were friendly, efficient and effective. I asked for some whitening solution, and they provided information and pricing. Thanks !. Overall, very pleased with my experience at this office! Well Done!

The facility is so clean and beautifully decorated, the staff friendly, and Dr Lee is both warm and skilled in her profession. Always a great experience.

My Dental Technician Tina was amazing. Extremely professional, friendly diligent and knowledgeable. She kept me informed of all she was or was going to do. Doctor Lee was very friendly and approachable. Her Knowledge and experience was apparent. The way forward was well laid out and very clear. For a place that is used to dealing with a pain in the tooth it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend…

But I said please put me on a cancellation list ! Called back at 11.50 on Thursday due to cancellation and I was fixed in a few hours ! The best service ever ! I have lived here for 20 years ! Fantastic experience: This is the first dental practice I've ever been to where I have not experienced ANY pain or discomfort. Amanda has cleaned my teeth twice now and uses a topical and I did not have any issues at all. Love her AND Dr Lauren!!!

Since moving from Texas a year ago, this is the “last” health maintenance appointment I needed to take care of. I looked around, read reviews and prayed for a dentist that I feel comfortable with. As you know, most of us haaaate the dentist Amanda at OBFD really helped me feel right at home.

Negative experience: Not for children or TEENAGERS. My daughter, and I waited FOREVER just to be turned away. NOT FOR PEOPLE WITH LITTLE ANXIETY. The Dr has NO MERCY for fearful patients. Other places ARE MORE UNDERSTANDING.

She took the time to address my dental concerns. Great chair side manor and I love that she is more conservative. The office is beautiful and gives a very comforting vibe. I thought the entire staff were wonderful too.

Every person in Dr. Lee's office was kind, professional and attentive. I arrived 15 minutes early and they called me back almost immediately. My Dental Hygienist listened to my concerns and gave me a very thorough and equally gentle cleaning. I cannot recommend Dr. Lee and her staff enough. Has anyone ever been excited for the dentist?!
