Fantastic experience: We came in with a problem we're giving a good referral source in Boise for services that they don't do here

Fantastic experience: I don’t believe there’s anybody that enjoys going to the dentist. Especially when you have to have a crown placed or a cavity filled. Everyone in this office has made this process about as nice as possible! They answer your questions and take your thoughts into consideration. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist have been awesome! I highly recommend the dome!

Fantastic experience: The staff here are so kind. You walk in feeling like they are truly happy to see you and that you’ll be taken care of. Not only that but they have done their best to work with me on scheduling and have communicated so well anytime a better opportunity has come up in scheduling for me. I had a pretty extensive cleaning done today. I’ve had these done in the past and my mouth has been so sore after. They took great care to be gentle yet thorough. Thankful to have given this place a try after our move here to Mountain Home. I don’t see me going anywhere else through our time here.

Fantastic experience: I was thoroughly pleased that the doctor was going to take the time to look at the medication that I use for my cancer and whether or not he should proceed with the extraction and he chose to not go with the extraction himself, but to pass it to someone more experienced in what could happen. Many Dentists think they might be able to do it, but I’m glad that he chose not to. I will continue to go to the dome.

Negative experience: Used to see dr g at Verona and I’m just leaving this so others are not in my situation. Both of the root canals dr g claimed to fix are now abscesses and need to be redone 2 years later.. also both of the caps he placed have gaps between the gum and the crown and need to be replaced — 2000 dollars for both. Thanks! For nothing .

Fantastic experience: Booking my appointment was super easy even had to change my appointment once (i live out if town) Walking up I wasn't too sure what to think. I figured it would be just another consult. It wasn't it was the best experience ive had at a dentist office. The front staff was super friendly and very welcoming. The Dr's aid and gal that took my x-rays was super nice and very respectful of myself and my 2 children. The Dr. Was beyond amazing he was straight to the point didn't beat around the bush with information he saved both of us time and energy. Unfortunately I am unable to use this office for my needs at this time. But the Dr personally messaged the dentist he sent me to. That right there shows me that he truly cares about the care of his patients. Never have I ever had that happen before! 100% recommend. Hopefully in the future I will be able to visit again!

Fantastic experience: Dr Gigli and his staff rescued me from a disaster I had from an oral surgeon preparing me for the implant! When I first met Dr Gigli, we discussed my issue with the denture another dentist put into the implant spot due to the fact the surgeon had not removed to tooth under my gum, which made me have numerous infections. Dr Gigle stated he could start the entire procedure over and get me a implant. He completed the surgery to remove the tooth remaining under the gum and completed a new bone graft for the implant. Within a few months of the healing he placed the temporary implant. I would recommend anyone needing dental care and implants to Dr Gigle and his team! I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding care!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with the crew at “The Dome”! Every one is very welcoming and understanding. I had my yearly exam there, ended up needing to replace an old huge filling into a crown. I am afraid of the needle and didn’t feel a thing! Dr. Gigli and his crew listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. And they have super tech tools. Plus, it’s a dome shaped building and I can watch the tree branches while they work on my teeth! I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gigli by far has been the most understanding and reasonable dentists I've ever met.. The only one I respect.. I came to him with some pretty serious lifelong problems that he tackled without question or judgment.. I was at a point of no return and required full extractions and dentures.. He worked with me with pricing that no one in the area could even come close to up to including partial implants. It truly seems he has a Hippocratic oath to really help people with issues versus let's see how many billing codes we can pass through the insurance and then double Bill to the patient as many others before him.. I have the utmost respect as he is gone well beyond the typical call of duty to make sure everything has been okay up to including taking personal time off to address situations as well. He is 100% Hands-On and doesn't pass off major work to dental assistants as others have before him as well. His staff has always been pleasant, positive despite my high anxiety through the process, and helpful. This man and his office, I will recommend for life.. He saved mine.. 100% recommend.! Dr G and his staff stands above with the quality of work, ethics, and patience.. Nothing but gratitude and words cannot express to thank them enough.. For the first time in over a decade I'm learning to smile again with some pride :-)

Fantastic experience: I kept putting off my dental treatments and decided to roll the dice and just pick a doctor. I am so pleased I made the right choice in choosing Dr. Gigli and his staff, they are all awesome and made me feel really comfortable. I don't experience that pre-anxiety prior to my appts, no pain during teeth cleaning or exams. Top notch medical equipment and a relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Gigli suggested a few treatments for my dental issues and went over them in great detail. I was able to make a solid decision based on Dr. Gigli's expertise on some Implants for my upper teeth. I am excited to get the procedure done and share the results.

Fantastic experience: I really do not like going to a dentist. I do however think that the staff and the dentist did me good removing a broken molar that broke near the root. I was in large amount of pain. They removed it and covered it stitched after. The pain is minimal now. I was happy they got me in with this emergency extraction done all in 1 day even with an infection at the site. I am happy to say its far better now thanks to the dentist and staff. I would recommend to anyone that has need to get teeth fixed.

Fantastic experience: LOVE how my teeth look. I had a couple teeth with pretty noticeable holes/decay on them and now it looks like nothing was ever there. The past couple weeks I wouldn’t smile because of my side front tooth, it was so noticeable, they look so amazing! Fantastic experience: Dr Gigli and his assistant Darcie did an amazing job working with my 8 year old son! They were able to see him super last minute, they had a cancellation and squeezed him into their schedule immediately, which was important because he had a gnarly infection. They extracted the tooth and handled my son with so much patience and kindness. As an 8 year old, he was nervous and had lots of questions for them, and they thoroughly and thoughtfully gave him all the answers no matter how silly his questions were. My son left with no pain and said himself it was easier than he expected, which I think speaks volumes of their expertise and customer service. Really happy with our experience and the care they provided.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy with my dental care at Mountain Home Dentistry Co! I appreciate the most modern technology they use and how carefully the friendly staff explain every step of a procedure. There are no surprises about what the costs are going to be and they work with my insurance to make sure I’m getting the best deal. Dr Gigli is excellent always letting me decide how I want to proceed and keeping me as comfortable as possible. I used to hate going to the dentist but not now!

Fantastic experience: Darcie and Dr Gigli, (yes, like giggly) were absolutely the best. I always get really anxious when going to the dentist and Darcie helped me through my near panic attack. Dr Gigli was quick and professional, the offices got me in super quick and honestly I just can’t recommend this place enough. I wish I could give it 10 stars, and each person I interacted with 20 stars. When I arrived check in was easy, I was back, had two molars removed and a plan of next steps to save smile and back in the road in just over about an hour. They worked with my insurance and instead of an arm and a leg it cost me two molars and a lot of good experiences. Go check out the toothdome, or as I now refer to it as, the molar dome right here in mountain home. ;)
