Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned at Elevate Dental today and it went very well. They have new techniques that make it really comfortable. I especially appreciate Pam, who was my dental hygienist. She always does a super job! Thank you…. for making my dental appointment a pleasurable one!

Fantastic experience: As a new patient I didn’t know what to expect. As i walked into the office and noticed the sign welcoming me by name. It’s a family owned office and they really make the effort so you feel welcome. The dentistry is top notch and personalized for you.

Fantastic experience: The professional team at Elevate Dental are the best! Dr. Mike and Dr. Kristen and the entire staff are welcoming from the minute you enter and it carries thru the procedures and treatments needed. All necessary dental work is clearly explained and outlined from a time and financial summary. I find their spotless office and updated equipment to be among the best I have seen in my visits to top shelf dental practices in Boston, Los Angels, Nashville and St. Augustine, FL. Obviously I feel very positive about this practice and highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I’m not sure that going to the dentist is ever a ‘wonderful experience’, but this is as close as it gets. The dentists here, a husband wife team, are both so competent, kind, and thoughtful. And super nice. Even more importantly, they are really good dentists. I have so many problems going on with my teeth, but they are helping me ‘tooth by tooth’. Even after just a few visits, my teeth and gums are in such better shape.

Negative experience: I recently called this office to speak with the office manager regarding a professional matter. Upon introducing myself, the person who answered (who identified herself as Jenn) immediately stated, 'We are not interested,' and hung up on me before I could even explain my reason for calling. I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown during this interaction.

Fantastic experience: I’ve probably always been a bit of a dentist’s worst nightmare—the sounds, the smells, the whole experience has never been easy for me. That said, Dr. Mike and the team at Elevate do an exceptional job making it as comfortable as possible (headphones, heated blanket, etc.) They’re calm, patient, and great with anxious patients like me. If you tend to dread dental visits, this is absolutely the place to go.

Fantastic experience: After Dr Liscio retired I moved on to a new dental practice that was closer to where I live. It's been 4 or 5 years since I left but today I had to call Elevate to retrieve my records and they were extremely fast, responsive, kind and helpful! If this is any indicator to their level of patient attention, care and service, seems like a great practice to be a patient!

Fantastic experience: I’m not usually a fan of going to the dentist but Elevate is amazing! They’re professional, use a water technology to clean your teeth which is a lot less painful than other dentists I’ve been to and when I’ve needed additional dental work it’s been painless and easy. They are wonderful and have made going to the dentist incredibly enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: I have bad anxiety when going to a dentist, but when I walked into Elevate Dental in Colchester there was this calmness that just took away the feeling of being anxious. Fantastic experience: Pam has been our family’s dental hygienist for decades and we have been extremely happy her. We have come to know her quite well and she has even taken care of our dog when we went on vacation. As much as we have protested, we know she is trying to retire, which of course is very well deserved! I was introduced to Valerie at my most recent cleaning and I feel very comfortable with her as my new hygienist. Cheers to the great team at Elevate!

Today I had to go in as a new patient for a cracked molar that turned into a crown & that is not a fun time, but they made it SO much easier. The processing was broken down, everything (including different treatment plans) was explained thoroughly. Beyond that, Megan was fun, kind, and so easy to talk to. The facility is bright, clean, warm and has all these fun free amenities like a warm neck wrap to keep you comfy. Dr. Mike was also AMAZING! Funny, straight forward, and efficient. I’m telling everyone to come here!!

Fantastic experience: Love ELEVATE dental and their Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) technology they use to gently clean your teeth. Dr. Mike is great and office has lovely spa touches including comfort menu to make it more than a cleaning, it’s an opportunity to care for self.

Add to that accommodating special needs and schedules and it's a pleasure to do business with Elevate Dental. They can do mostly all procedures in house so you know you're in good hands. They are genuinely caring skilled folks that do a great job. Dental work can be stressful and cause anxiety and they just wash that away with their competence and open communication. They explain everything and offer alternative treatment plans if possible. They truly listen to your questions and concerns. Fantastic experience: Had my tooth extracted earlier this year and the whole team of folks I worked with were incredibly kind, patient and professional. I don’t really get scared going to the dentist, but in the excitement of an extraction, I couldn’t get my blood pressure down. Dr Mike worked with my PCP and I to find a suitable and acceptable goal blood pressure to have in order to move forward with the procedure. No more pain!

Fantastic experience: Dr Mike is always willing and able to answer questions and share information. It's impressive to learn about the advanced technologies they are using. Getting a tooth crown was a painless experience and all done on site the same day!

Fantastic experience: I sincerely recommend the team at Elevate Dental. They’ve been incredibly kind and patient-focused from my first interaction with them. I can say with certainty that my new patient/cleaning visit was the first dentist appointment I’ve EVER had that didn’t leave me feeling stressed or overstimulated. Both Dr. Mike and Jenn answered all of my questions & explained everything thoroughly, without even a hint of condescension or guilt. Everyone on the team was very kind and friendly in a way that seems genuine and not just a front. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there, and while the clinic was well decorated, there were no overstimulating colors, lights, or smells. I have always had a hard time at the dentist due in part to a bad experience, and also because of certain health complications. Dr. Mike and Jenn both heard me out about this, and I could tell they actually read the history I provided before talking to me. It was SO refreshing to have a health care team actually invest time in reading the patient file instead of just rolling in and playing a half baked game of 20 questions like most do. The team seemed well informed about my diagnoses, but I get the impression that they would have done the work to learn about it if they weren’t already so knowledgeable. If you are someone with sensory sensitivities or prior dental trauma, definitely consider seeing the team here!!

Fantastic experience: For 30 years, I was told my tooth couldn’t be fixed, it was just how I was made. Dr. Kristen is passionate about cases like mine. Fantastic experience: I had my dental cleaning done this morning at Elevate Dental with Valerie, their new dental hygienist, with 26 years of experience. Valerie was thorough, gentle and explained everything to me - even going over the pictures she took of a problem tooth in detail and in terms I could understand. The newest technology Valerie used to clean my teeth was amazing! Valerie is a wonderful addition to an already excellent team ready to handle all your dental care!

Positive experience: Fine for routine cleanings, but difficult to reach with odd hours. Doctors tend not to listen and/or be dismissive and push complex expensive procedures over simple and affordable options. Also canceled me as a patient after I discussed possibly going out of country to have a procedure done that they would charge $2500 for.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kristin Gibilisco and her staff were absolutely amazing! Diagnosed and took care of my very painful situation with professionalism and speed. They made sure I was comfortable and safe, while informing me of what we needed to do, step by step. Highly recommended!!

They took me in and removed the bad tooth just in time for my vacation. I’ve been going there ever since. Pam the dental hygienist on staff has been cleaning my teeth since I was a little kid and when she moved to Elevate dental I made sure that I made the move there as well. She always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and makes the whole process efficient and painless.

Fantastic experience: I had another wonderful experience with Elevate Dental. All though I had a tinny decay problem. The hygienists did a very thorough job and I sincerely appreciate her work. And I live 25 miles away! Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I recently arrived for my regularly scheduled exam, during the course of which Valerie, my hygienest for the visit, determined that my blood pressure was high, too much so, in fact, to complete the visit. I was encouraged to contact my doctor, and was given a copy of the record of my blood pressure readings taken by Valerie. As I was leaving, Dr. Mike also came out and spoke to me personally. There was no charge for my visit. That same day I saw my doctor, who shared their concern about my blood pressure, and changed my medication regimen. I can't thank the good folks at Elevate enough for their expert medical care. The emotional care they show their patients they throw in for free!

Fantastic experience: I just had a very positive experience with Elevate Dental. I had a crown replaced and was pretty anxious about it, but Jenn and Dr. Mike eased my fears and had the new crown in place in 2 hours. The technology they use is awesome!

Fantastic experience: It had been WAY too long since I’d been to the dentist, so I was nervous to go but Dr Mike and all the staff have really eased my anxieties and provided excellent care. They are very through and patient with all my questions. I honestly was excited to go back and get the work done that I needed and they did a great job. Very happy and would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: They changed their practice in July 2025 to be out of network after a few years and claimed they know what's best for the patient. Not sure what that has to do with knowing what's best for the patients... They also claimed the switch was because they didn't want to wait for the insurance to reimburse them. Again, that's in the best interest of themselves not the patients. They're always short staffed and the doctors don't want to do the grunt work themselves to make up for being short staffed. They also do botox which I'm not sure how that even relates to dentistry. Never going to this place again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Both Dr. Mike and Dr. Kristen are amazing. No problem is too large or too small. I had to have a root canal when we originally thought only a crown, and Dr. Mike was so kind and efficient through it all. He went above and beyond with the fall up care, even calling that evening to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend Elevate Dental.

Fantastic experience: I made the switch to Elevate dental last year and I am so glad I did!! I have had bonds on my 2 front teeth since I was a little girl. Now I am not shallow but my last dentist really messed them up to the point I became very self conscious about smiling and what people were thinking when they saw my teeth. Last week Dr. Mike redid my teeth and replaced them with porcelain veneers. They look fabulous and I am smiling all the time!! Thank you Dr. Mike and the staff at Elevate for giving me my smile back!!!

Fantastic experience: Elevate Dental is an excellent dental practice run by Dr. Mike and Dr. Kristen, a husband-and-wife team. Right from the start, when you enter the reception area, talking to and receiving care from dental assistants and techs, you know you have joined a well-operated establishment. Everyone is very professional, kind, super helpful, and proactive in ensuring you have the best possible experience (and that is, generally at times, a high ask at a dental office, but not at Elevate Dental!). Dr. Mike has been my dentist for the last three years, and I can't say enough about his knowledge, approach, and empathy. Throughout each visit, he and his excellent assistant keep you well informed about the steps taken, ensure you are comfortable, and recommend the best dental care in terms of products to use and time frames for follow-ups. Elevate Dental is a modern facility using state-of-the-art equipment and the latest technology. Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr. Kristen Gibilisco for lip filler dissolving. As soon as I walked in, I was pleased with the cleanliness and welcoming office staff. Lindsey checked me in for my appointment, took me to the treatment room where I was given a warm neck wrap to relax with. She then applied numbing cream to my lips and made sure I was comfortable and informed about what to expect. When I met Dr. Kristen, she was friendly, confident, and knowledgeable. She handled my procedure with compassion and care, giving me time to pause when needed. I can’t say that dissolving was a “fun” experience but Elevate Dental and their staff made me feel as comfortable as possible during my appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kristen and any of her staff for your dental and cosmetic concerns.

Fantastic experience: Had my first (and hopefully last) tooth extraction with Dr Mike. Everything went very smoothly and we had several laughs as he has a great sense of humor. Got my bridge from them and everything has been great in going to this fine practice!!

Fantastic experience: I love Elevate Dental! First of all, it’s easy to find, and it’s easy to park, which is very important. Secondly, the staff are great! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thirdly, the dentists are great! I see Dr Mike, who is really good about suggesting options for care. I’m the kind of person who isn’t really proactive about my health care and it’s a relief to have a dentist who suggests various ways I can take care of my oral health. Fantastic experience: Updated posting 3/24/25 My recent dental checkup at Elevate Dental as always was very enjoyable. Dr. Mike provided excellent care with a thorough dental checkup, cleaning and some suggestions to help maintain good dental health. Dental assistant Jenn repaired a slightly damaged tooth, throughout the process she was attentive asking how the repair felt, making slight adjustments along the way until it felt perfect. Dr.Mike, his team, I’d like to personally thank Megan for her hospitality. This will be the dentist I choose to continue coming to, always. Thank you, for all your team does. Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I do not like the dentist. I love this one though. Their staff is amazing, honest and straight to the point. They do a great job explaining what they are doing and answering any questions you have. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your teeth and any work that needs to be done. I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: My previous Dentist retired and I decided to meet the new Dentist who purchased his practice. My experience with the new team exceeded my expectations. He’s professional, well versed, transparent and an extremely intelligent Dentist. The assistants and office personnel equally professional and friendly. Fantastic experience: I haven't had the best of times with dentist. But this place is different the dentist and assistant helped make me feel more welcomed helped calm the nerve. There not like oh here's another patient $$$.. My apt was at 2pm. The only wait time I had was because I showed up early never had that happen b4. Been to other places where u just sit and wait for an hr and a half. Just to wait in the back for another 25 min. Over all seems like a pretty decent place.
