Fantastic experience: Had an Awesome Dental Experience, the place is Clean and they all are very Professional and Friendly . I Totally Recommend this Place.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was having severe pain from a previous dentist she got a root canal done at.And I didn't want to take her back to where she got it done wrong so I came here and he got her out of her pain. Fast an friendly environment in the spacious office also bringing my son here from a previous dentist who couldn't get him in quick due to pain. Dentist got my son right in the matter of minutes, thanks !!!

Positive experience: Very nice need to make sure insurance is correct, or there could be a delay but no fault of Dentist, quick response and not a long delay to see Doc, front desk very respectful awsome ppl in front office! Thank you!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many dentist in this desert and this is by far the best office i’ve been in. I never wait long even if i show up a little early, the staff is kind and answer any questions i have, and it’s very clean and calm in the office. The Dentist is very gentle and quick with every thing i’ve had done. this office has helped me so much with my dental health! definitely recommend

Negative experience: I don't recommend this dentist. He overbooks and takes his high client first. I felt discriminated today and I will never go back to this place! For my gente Latina, get another doctor.

Fantastic experience: Great service and they do a really good job with any dental services. I've had a dental implant intalled here and the level of service and care I've gotten has been the best. I would definitely recommend this dentist for all of your dental service needs.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to find a dental office closer to home so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way to Palm Desert. After a ton of research, I decided to try Universal Dental and I’m really glad I did. I was able to schedule an appointment just a few days out. When I arrived, I was greeted by a couple of warm, smiling faces. It honestly took me longer to fill out the new patient paperwork than it did to get called to the back. Both the front and back offices were spotless, which I appreciated. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a dentist, so I was pleasantly surprised by how high‑tech everything was. Their X‑ray process is super quick and comfortable - you don’t even have to get out of your chair. You bite down on a small device, they snap a picture, and it pops right up on the screen in front of you. Afterward, the doctor reviewed my X‑rays and came in to talk with me. I explained the issue I was having, and he checked all my teeth before focusing on the sensitive one. He told me everything looked good overall, but that the tender tooth would need a root canal. He even pulled up the image on the screen and walked me through what was going on. Since it’s my very back tooth, he referred me to an endodontist for the procedure, but I’ll be returning to him afterward for the crown. I called the referred office before even leaving the parking lot, and they were able to schedule my root canal for next week. I love how fast and efficient everyone has been throughout this whole process. For a first‑time visit, this was definitely a win. I’ll update after my next appointment when I get the crown.

Fantastic experience: We are now at the end of 2025 and the staff is still so amazing! Knowing that as of 2026 my insurance will change to one they don't take, they squeezed me today, 12/30/25 so I could get my dental done and not have to start over somewhere else. They listened when I saw them back in Dec 2023 that I am afraid of dentist after a very bad experience a few yrs ago. Today they made sure I was comfortable the whole time, constantly ask how I was feeling. Reassuring me I wouldn't feel any pain.

Fantastic experience: Very good people

Fantastic experience: Great service! Dr Jang is amazing and very skillful, it’s hard to tell the fillings from your real teeth First time I felt kinda lost as he didn’t explain much what needed to be done, but second time he explained, answered all my questions and did an amazing job. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Great

Fantastic experience: A lot of my teeth were bad. I needed at least 3 Root canals, two fillings, and a tooth pulled. There is no other dentist I would rather go to except this one. They’re the best. Believe me, I’ve been to many dentist and there’s no one out there like this one you won’t be disappointed. The staff are very professional and kind. Thank you Anthony Grajeda Genesis 50:20

Fantastic experience: amazing dentist! Very professional, gentle, and thorough. The office is clean, the staff is welcoming, and they always take time to explain everything clearly. I feel completely comfortable here and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist

Negative experience: This was my first and last visit to this office. While the staff were polite, the overall experience was less than stellar. I came in for a routine cleaning, but the process was far from standard. They struggled to get proper x-rays, taking nearly 25–30 images, some without a lead vest. During this process, the assistant repeatedly left the room, placed the mouthpiece on the wall, then reinserted it into my mouth without rewrapping it (gross). She also walked in and out without changing gloves, which is a clear infection control issue. The cleaning itself was very superficial. The dentist spent about 1–2 minutes with an ultrasonic scaler, followed by only a small amount of manual scaling. He did not check pocket depths, and the visit ended with a quick polish but no flossing, which I’ve always received at other offices. The assistant also handled her phone with gloves on and then immediately assisted with suctioning—again without changing gloves. Overall, the care felt rushed, unhygienic, and incomplete. This was my first time using Medi-Cal for dental care, and I hope this is not the standard of treatment for patients. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always really friendly here. Great location, music is always calming as well. recommend for the whole family!

Fantastic experience: Clean office and courteous staff I highly recommend them. Thank you for the stickers and toothbrush timer!

Negative experience: Dentist and dentist assistant looked like they didn’t want to be there. Felt awkward cause they really didn’t ask me much either, except for the dentist who questioned me in a annoyed way about why I had gone to another dentist that same morning. Was difficult making an appointment . The front desk lady was nice.

Fantastic experience: Great communication, and fast service with friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

Negative experience: Doctor was very cold amd rude. Doesn't seem like he cares about his patients situations or cares to find better solutions besides breaking out your wallet to pay cash. Try a little compassion maybe. Greedy.
