Fantastic experience: If I could give this place endless stars, I would!!! The service, the staff, the building, the amenities were all exceptional. Today was my first visit here after departing from another dentist that I had a horrible experience with. Dr. Harr came highly recommended from some dear friends. When I first walked in, I felt like I was at a spa- the whole design aesthetic was beautiful and very calming. The receptionist was very kind. My dental assistant that I spent the morning with was Crystal. She was literally the sweetest and most thoughtful person I have ever encountered at a dentist! Chatting with her helped the time pass by as I normally get very nervous at the dentist. I was told by a previous dentist that I needed a root canal but I came in for a second opinion here and boy am I glad. I found out that the tooth could be repaired with just a filling and they could do it right then for an affordable fee. Before, during, and after Crystal anticipated every need before I had it! She brought me a blanket, chapstick, offered TV, and thoughtful conversation. This is the best experience I have ever had at a dentist and I can genuinely say I will be excited to go back next time (which is a lot coming from me!) They have made a lifetime customer out of me and I will be bringing my family members back too!

Negative experience: I’ve been here 5 or 6 times and have never waited less than 45 minutes for “the doctor” to come talk to you for 2 minutes after all the work is done. If you come later in the day it will also be very warm. The actual work done isn’t bad, the issue with place is the main dentist who makes everyone spend 90% of the day waiting for him to do nothing. Not only is this a terrible experience, it’s a terrible for business as well and makes no sense. This place could see 2-3x the amount of patients or more each day if everyone didn’t have to wait for him. This isn’t a one off, this is every single time for at least a year. My child hates this place for same exact reason and begs to go back to our old dentist, which we will be doing because they respect your time.

Negative experience: I went in for a crown and left with a frustrating experience from start to finish. After preparing the tooth, they placed a temporary crown but left so much excess cement around it that I had to wait 24 hours before flossing it out. As soon as I removed the excess cement, the temporary crown came off. I used an over-the-counter temporary cement to reattach it, but when I gently bit down to seat it, the temporary was so thin it snapped in half. I immediately called the office, only to be told the earliest appointment was a week away. With an exposed, sensitive tooth, waiting wasn’t a realistic option, so I had the work redone elsewhere the same day. When I called back to cancel my follow-up appointment and request a partial refund, I was told they “don’t charge for the visit”—only for the crown that had already been ordered and fully paid for. Despite the temporary crown failing within days and needing to pay another dentist to fix the problem, I received no refund whatsoever. To add insult to injury, the cost to have a same-day crown done correctly at another office was about the same price. I can’t recommend this office based on my experience.

Negative experience: The receptionist made me feel horrible after I asked her when I would be next. She told me to get a new dentist. Very very rude!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic First Visit! As a new patient at Smiles Made Perfect, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The dental hygienist was incredibly thorough and genuinely friendly. She made me feel welcomed right away, kept easy conversation going, and explained each step of what she was doing and why it mattered. When the dentist came in to review my photos and X‑rays, he was just as polite and professional. He walked me through a few options for addressing some small imperfections and made everything clear without any pressure. Overall, a great visit with a team that truly cares about comfort, clarity, and quality. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: My husband had his teeth pulled in 2023 and had implanted dentures put in. Since then they have broken at least 4 times while eating food that shouldn't make teeth break like ice cream or noodles. Once just for snapping them in. I would NOT recommend!! The only reason they even deserve the one star is because the staff is very friendly when they tell you that they have no clue why the teeth that you've paid over $20k for keep breaking and that it's never happened before. Yeah ok.

Fantastic experience: I'm just still blown away at my experience this past week. Akin to a trip to the salon, it was very straightforward from start to finish. My dental hygienist, Elizabeth, was fantastic and talked me through the whole process for my first visit to this dental office. I love the TVs with animal shows at your seat to break up the stress of being at the dentist. They use those same TVs to display their findings to help you make the best decision for your dental health. They also provide a no-pressure pricing breakdown sharing what the insurance company and the patient is responsible for. The most transparency with billing I've ever received at a dental office. If you're looking for a new dental experience, choose this place. Also, there's a long wait so don't delay!

Fantastic experience: Recently, Dr. Harr worked on my gums to ready them for 8 beautiful upper veneers. I have received so many compliments on my beautiful teeth. He did an awesome job and was very attentive to what I wanted. Shelly, the dental hygienist, is awesome. She caught an infection in my gums and treated that. She recently cleaned my teeth. She did such a great job. She is also very personable and just a lot of fun. The office is decorated so beautifully. It is very comfortable. In each station, there is a TV playing Pet Collective, my favorite. The girls up front are so helpful, too. I would highly recommend anyone who needs any kind of dental work to make an appointment with Smiles Made Perfect.

Negative experience: Since my last cleaning visit; they insist on doing radiation every time a person comes for teeth cleaning. Since when patients need to be radiated every visit?! Fantastic experience: 10/5 starts! I’ve always been someone who had to do community health. If you’ve ever been there, you know they do the bare minimum. Dental care is expensive and sometimes we are forced to just deal and fix what we can. I came here with a mouth full of issues. My anxiety about the judgment was through the roof. I had tears just being evaluated because I know I should have done better for my mouth. They assured me it was all perfectly fine and I’m here now and fixing the problems. The character and care of these professionals is top notch. It started with a kind front desk. Sierra and Janessa helped me understand my insurance, cost, procedures and scheduling. Then I met their hygienist, Shelly. She deserves of a raise! I had my young daughter with me and her attentiveness to myself and her was heartwarming to say the least! She went above and beyond. The densist, Dr. Harr is brilliant. He’s kind beyond measure and made me feel so special while helping correct issues. Like there wasn’t anything he couldn’t fix! I’m so glad I found this place! Negative experience: I have had nothing but problems with this business from the start. I originally came in to have much needed work done, and staff was friendly and work was great. I still have no complaints with the actual dental work I've received. However, the issues have mainly stemmed from billing and other staff. As this has been about a year running issue, I don't have or remember all details, but after my second visit, they incorrectly billed/ submitted info to my insurance. I learned about this when I received a bill for approximately $650 a few months later, along with a nasty note attached. When I spoke to their office, the lady was beyond rude when I was just trying to understand what happened. I told her I would get this paid but needed to look into my insurance to ensure this didn't happen again, and when I asked for info she snapped and said something along the lines of it not mattering and I needed to pay it anyway. I spoke to the owner who was kind, offered assistance with the bill (which I denied and paid them because I felt it was the right thing to do to not stick a small business with a several hundred dollar bill), and he asked I give them a second chance. I went back fall of last year and had an even worse experience. I don't know if there were hurt feelings on their part because of the previous issues, but I strongly felt they treated me different. After receiving the most painful cleaning of my life, I had to pay out of network, for my in network insurance. After asking them no less than 4 times over a few months to look into this, I finally received an "answer". They told me they switched systems and just said I'll have to pay out of network, that they're contracted so it is what it is, when that was not the case for my last two visits, and when I spoke to them earlier this week they told me my insurance is in network. I've spoken to my insurance who had told me the reason I was charged out of network my last visit was because they didn't file their paperwork to continue to work with my insurance company and United Healthcare was not accepted by that office a little over a week prior. I'm tired of playing games and getting the run around. This company has cost me an additional ~$800 due to their mistakes and has zero remorse. I really just wanted to be refunded my last $150 that I shouldn't have paid, but they refuse to take accountability. Edited to add: I have not received any contact since this review, nor have I received my records as requested

Fantastic experience: **ATTENTION ALL PEOPLE WITH DENTAL ANXIETY** My visit took place 6/13/24 This place is amazing! Walking into the building, we were welcomed with a comfortable waiting area, smiling staff, and a clean and kept up office. The hygienists I had the absolute pleasure of meeting were so lovely, kind, helpful, understanding, … I could go on and on about how amazing they are honestly. As someone who struggles with severe dental anxiety I was terrified to arrive and be treated poorly or as a nuisance. I am not proud to admit that I hadn’t been to the dentist in 7/8 years, so I had a healthy dose of fear of what I would have to deal with. There was not a single ounce of judgement from anyone I encountered including the DMD. My hygienist talked me through each step as she worked and eased all of my worries when I brought them up. I was dealing with a full blown panic attack during my cleaning (tears and all) and I was met with reassurance, help with guided breathing, smiles, and complete understanding when I needed to take my anxiety meds when it got too intense for me. I am so grateful to everyone there and for once I’m pretty excited to see everyone in 6 months for my next check up. Thank you so much to everyone who works here, I am so grateful to you! If you’re someone who struggles with the same issues I do, don’t hesitate to book your appointment here!

I had dentures made at another place and they didn't fit right and could never get a return call for an adjustment. Once they got their money I meant nothing. Not at the Branson Smiles Made Perfect. They made them and delivered on time. They also got me in for a minor adjustment immediately. They fit Perfect and look Great. If you need dental work of any kind, I highly recommend Smiles Made Perfect in Branson. Wonderful people!!

Fantastic experience: As a result of not having dental insurance I had not seen a Dentist in 6 years - after daily in home cleaning and care my teeth and gums were in good shape but I wanted a professional cleaning and needed updated x-rays of my teeth. I googled and started making phone calls to see what cost I would be looking at being a cash pay patient - Smiles Made Perfect was my second call and I was told they had a special for cleaning with x-rays all for $149 so I looked no further and booked my appointment. From the phone call inquiry, to the personalized appointment reminder phone call (not automated), to the visit - I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect! When I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile, and a friendly greeting at the front desk, offered coffee or water while I waited, and directed to a very beautiful, cozy, comfy waiting area! My hygienist was Shannon and she was amazing from the moment we met until the time I left 2 hours later - truly kind, caring, friendly, professional, and she made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. The other hygienist and other staff came in to meet me, welcome me, and talk with me like a friend they have known for years even though I was a new patient and they didn’t know me. They had a big screen TV in front of me playing cute animal videos which helped take my focus off of what was going on inside my mouth. Once my cleaning was complete I then got to meet with Dr. Harr who was also a pleasure to meet, and very friendly! He reviewed my x-rays and gave my teeth and gums an examination and discussed my oral health with me. I then met Wyatt who was very sweet and he helped me get my follow up appointment made and escorted me to the check out area where I met more friendly staff. I am very pleased with my new Dentist and his sweet staff in their clean, elegant building they have provided for their patients. Look no further than Smiles Made Perfect for your dental needs! Shelly was my hygienist , she took time to talk to me and get to know me. Her smile and encouraging words relaxed me and helped me know exactly what was going to happen. My favorite thing I was the big screen tv with funny cute puppy and kitten moments that was on while I was in the exam chair. I couldn’t believe I was laughing and so relaxed in a dentist chair! The atmosphere is beautiful! I love the Christmas music in the background and they offer you coffee or water while you sit in the lounge area. Dr Harr is amazingly calm, kind and gentle.
