Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. They made my entire experience feel comfortable and welcoming, like I was apart of the family. And let me tell y’all this part… I love this beautiful establishment so much, until I drive TWO HOURS from Chicago and TWO HOURS back without thinking twice—and baby, I’d drive FOUR hours there and FOUR hours back because this luxury experience is just THAT worth it! Positive experience: Everything was great, except for the wait! They were running behind. It seems to be a pattern. Everytime. I understand being shorthanded, but my time is valuable to me. Not just yours! I have made a mental note to clear my day when I have to go there. I do love the staff, so I will make the proper accomodations.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for four years. Carol greeted me. The dental assistant x-rayed my teeth. Dr. Dellavecchia came in and checked my teeth. “No cavities “! I do need to have two of my teeth extracted and then replaced with a partial. Dr. Dellavecchia explained the plan and suggested another appointment to get the plan underway. I was given an estimate and I scheduled an appointment. I would definitely recommend Dellavecchia Dental Services.

Fantastic experience: While in the area on vacation, and bridge came loose and I was looking for a provider to assess the situation and re-attach it. I tried a few listed network providers and none could help me before I went home. When I contacted DellaVecchia, they also were booked, but the person at the front desk said she would see if they could help me out. Despite being short handed at the time ( and it not being a True Emergency ( I had no pain or distress otherwise), they squeezed me in early the next day and assessed and re-attached my bridge so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation. The staff and Doctor were friendly and great to deal with and I appreciated them going the extra mile to help.

Dr DellaVecchia is informative, calm, kind and everything you want a dentist to be! The staff helped figure cost after insurance and worked with me to make it happen. The staff is always upbeat and friendly and obviously love where they work! The office is clean and very pleasantly comfortable. I highly recommend Dr DellaVecchia! My implant is perfect!

I've been going here a long time and biannual checkups, and a little cap and filling work were each explained fully and done very well. This is a very professional dental office, and all my scheduled visits have been met on time by staff.

Negative experience: So I had appointment today hoping to get some teeth glued on my plate and one pulled and replaced. after X-rays the doc said there is a little more work needed and did not want to fix my dentures without doing the rest of the work witch would help my appearance. so I`m 62 years old with no insurance and can not afford the extras at this time so I am still toothless. I`m sure the work is good if you have insurance. really disappointed

Some years ago, I was quite traumatized at another dental office and as a result, I hadn't had dental care for a very long time. From my first encounter with Missy, the receptionist, to my exam and teeth cleaning done by Nikki, I can say it was a pleasure! The high level of professionalism and kindness relieved all of my residual anxiety, and I don't think I've ever had a cleaning as thorough. All in all, it was so positive - I can't wait until my appointment next year!
