Fantastic experience: Everyone was so sweet & kind to us & our little girl, they made the experience absolutely wonderful. Perfect little play area, she got a toy, sticker & dye free popsicle after as well for doing so good. I love that we could be with her during her visit unlike most children's dentist. She was a superstar thanks to the hygienist and dentist that helped her feel right at home & was very gentle during her checkup. Excited for my other kiddos to go next!

Fantastic experience: They truly are great. I have zero complaints so that is why I chose to give the 5 stars. My child was very comfortable on his first visit and even more when his next appointment came around. Which was procedure day. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Childrens dental depot is a one of a kind office. All office staff are excellently selected... and let's get started on Dr. Baker. If you have a child who needs dentistry come here. Driving the distance, a couple times in a year is 1000% worth it. If I lived an hour away, I would come. She is all of the positive things you can even think you need in a dentist. I'm waiting for her to tell us she is doing family practice... I will be one of the first to see her hahaha Please, go see her ... drive the distance if you live further out you wont be disappointed! We've been here for about 2 years and have no plans to go anywhere else.

Micaela is the absolute best dental assistant and she is always so patient and kind with the kids. This will definitely be the only place I take them especially as long as Micaela is there to take care of them !

Fantastic experience: This was a refreshing experience. I took my special needs nephew here and the people were absolutely wonderful! Monica was so patient and managed to get his X-rays! The dentist, Nanni Baker was so informative and did a thorough exam as well! They are very sensitive to the needs of the patient! I would highly recommend this dental office for all kids but especially those with special needs! I walked away with no question marks in my head! I also want to say the ladies at the front desk were super nice also! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! This will be my nephew's permanent dentist for sure! This was a very pleasant experience all the way around!

Visits can be overwhelming with children but with the different activities sets in the waiting room to the sweet helpful staff.. our visit was a breeze!

They are very professional and I love how they treat all the children that walk thru their door. I would say sometimes the wait can be a little long. Last appt was at 9:20 and we didn't get called back til 10:30 but the wait is worth the service they provide

Since becoming a patient here, her anxiety has completely disappeared. Everyone is so kind, patient, and professional. They take the time to explain each step, making her feel comfortable and confident. She actually looks forward to her dental appointments now, which says it all!

Fantastic experience: I seriously cannot recommend this place enough, my daughter has been going here since she was 6 months old, and she turns three soon. They are so excited to see her every time and shows her so much love when she comes in. Getting my daughter to brush her teeth every night is such a hassle and they find a way every time to make it more enjoyable for her, they are so amazing with any aged kids and always treat their clients amazing! Love every single one of these employees! My sister who is a dental assistant and is very picky about everything is so happy my daughter goes here and that’s saying something!! Edit to add: what dental company sends a thank you card with everyone’s signatures on it? Seriously, love this place so much!!

Fantastic experience: The staff and doctors were wonderful. I had my granddaughters here for two weeks this summer 2025 and my youngest granddaughter needed extensive dental work done. They were able to fit us in the schedule, for three separate visits, with little notice and completed all the work needed. We are forever grateful! My granddaughter stated that “this is the best dentist ever!”

Today we got through treatment without his anxiety taking over. I am so grateful for Dr. Baker and her staff. We wouldn't go anywheres else.

Fantastic experience: I’m not sure I have the right words to say how wonderful Dr. Baker and her staff are. I took one of my Pre-K students to her that has severe dental issues where he is in a lot of pain and they were SO loving and kind. Having been in the dental field myself for over 18 yrs, I know how little ones can perceive going to the doctor but this little one didn’t even flinch! They treated him like he was the most important person and he was so comfortable that he jumped up there and handled it wonderfully! Thank you Dr. Baker and staff for making what could have been a traumatic situation into such a positive atmosphere that he can’t wait to come back!! If I could give y’all 10 stars I don’t think that would even be enough!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first two appointments this week with Dental Depot and I will never take her anywhere else. She had trauma to a tooth and had to have it removed. Everyone in the office was so kind to us both. The dentist and dental assistant were both comforting and compassionate to my daughter. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I can not express enough how fantastic everyone in that office was. I am so pleased with them.

Negative experience: Horrible service! We had a appointment scheduled min s in advance I missed there reminder text the day before so I called the morning of the appointment to confirm and spoke with the dentist she said it was fine and she would make a note. We got there and they said they didn’t have room and they would try and fit us in but not sure when they could get to us. I will never go back they lost our business and I will be sure and warn others of how horrible the customer service is!

Fantastic experience: Switched to them because my daughters last dentist didn’t really seem to care, they looked at her teeth and gave her a bag and said to pay at the front, we went to children’s dental depot today and we LOVED, for the very short amount of time we waited, my daughter was contained with all the activities they had out, once we got to the back, they went into detail what was going on with her teeth, super nice friendly staff, loved everyone who worked today! Can’t wait for her next appointment!

Fantastic experience: We love it here! My 6 yo daughter told me this morning at our appointment that she loves that they have things to play with in the lobby. I told her I love that it's just for kids and everything and everyone is kid friendly. She needed 6 fillings at one point and she is a very skiddish girl. Though it was hard to get her to lie down because of her fear... she said the process in itself didn't hurt alot. They were very gentle and good with her as if she was their own. Thank you Children's Dental Depot!

Negative experience: Your front desk lady likes to laugh in people's face. Totally out of line. I requested the office manager and she harshly stated she's not here. I requested above her as she continued to smile and smirk at me. She then said only Dr Baker. I requested him and then stood there waiting for him. You probably should not have someone acting like this at your desk. If she's not empathetic, she should be moved to a better position. Like cleaning and mopping your waiting room that smells of urine. Don't worry, I won't be back here. No mistake. I was on the phone when your woman Dr asked about the review in the middle of the visit. It's on a recorded line. Don't worry, there won't be a return. Instead of acknowledging your staffs issues, you would rather deflect it. That's the issue. Messy management makes a messy team. Fix your office for the next family.

Fantastic experience: These people are the absolute best with kids. My son had to have an extraction, and we went with the conscious sedation. He’d never experienced that before, and he didn’t enjoy it at all, he kinda freaked out, but they were very calm and patient with him. I’m deeply sorry for anyone who heard him screaming during the procedure, but also very thankful for the staff caring for him so well. I believe the assistants name was Madison? Forgive me, I’m exhausted while typing this, but she was exceptional with my son. Thank you again for everything, I’d give 10 stars if it was an option.
