Fantastic experience: I just recently completed an orthodontic treatment at Compton Orthodontics and have moved on to the lifelong commitment of retainers. I will say that with getting braces as an adult and having to go about maintaining them, Dr. Compton and his team were amazing at ensuring I was comfortable with how they felt and I was pleased with my progress. There was a time when a back tooth of mine was feeling sensitive with the bracket on it that made it difficult to eat and drink, they allowed me to go 12 weeks with the bracket taken off of it to give it time to 'rest.' I could tell my comfort through this process was a priority along with achieving a smile that I was 100% confident in. A great memory I have with Compton Ortho is when I had to stay at the Med Center Hospital overnight for a few nights with a family member for a surgery and I had forgotten my toothbrush; the office gave a little care package with disposable toothbrushes and flossers so that I would not have to worry about leaving to go purchase other dental materials. If that doesn't inform you that they care about their patients, I don't know what will! They are also flexible with finances; They can do various installment plans to ensure you are able to afford a treatment option that works for you. If you were to ask me if I could go back and change anything about my orthodontic process, what would I change... I would say I would have shown up to their office sooner! This was the best treatment I could have asked for and they set the bar high for any future treatments I may need in this lifetime. No one does it like Compton Orthodontics!

Trinity put my attachments on for my Invisalign and did an amazing job! She was very sweet, kind, and courteous.

When my son needed braces we went to few orthodontist in BG but when we walked in to Campton office and saw Dr. Campton my son said this is it. Dr. Compton is very knowledgeable and very honest! He will go the extra mile for his patients and will not push unnecessary treatments on you like others do. My son finished his treatment and his smile looks amazing. Now it’s my daughter turn and she is almost done, she couldn’t be happier with her smile. If you need braces or Invisalign, definitely go see Dr. Compton. We could not recommend them enough, they are more than AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: Fast, accommodating, patient, and understanding of each individual and their requirements.

Negative experience: I will say this upfront. I made an appointment with this place listed in the RUSSELLVILLE location. I confirmed as I made the appointment that this will be in Russellville and she said yes. So I took it. But whoever I talked to asked for $300 upfront which was very odd to me. Considering, the appointment I made a month prior that I had to reschedule, they asked for nothing. I asked about it, they said between then and the day I made the next appointment (which was only a month) their policy had changed and said I cannot make the appointment without the payment. So we gave it to them. I called a day prior to the appointment to confirm information. Day of, the directions to the place was incorrect, took us to an eye center. Nothing around it, so we called again (still the Russellville office number) and they stated they are elsewhere very vaguely. And had to pull teeth for them to tell us they are in bowling green and only in Russellville once a month. That was never stated to us. They transferred us to the manager. While the line was on hold, I made a comment out of annoyance because I was very and rightfully frustrated over the situation and the manager takes us off of hold and responds snippy “I’m on the line by the way.” And interrupted us several times while we tried to talk and in attitude that everyone there knows when they are in office and we wasted their time, and more snippy comments. Not friendly, and said we lied and said we did not call them another time other than the appointment. Which I have the record when I called yesterday, so that is also incorrect amongst many other things. Then said they can reschedule us later in the day for us to make it to bowling green, an hour away from where we live. For a little context, we aren’t in the best financial situation, and I deal with some medical issues that caused a lot of complications with my braces and teeth, so I could not continue the treatment for those two reasons and needed them off as soon as possible. We also only had enough gas to get around Russellville today, hardly enough money to get anything else or even food. I managed the money for the appointment and this was the cheapest option. I told them I could not make it there today and I really didn’t want to fight and wait through this again for another month or so and deal with the medical problems any further. But they told us that since we are wasting their time, they will only refund us partial, which was only going to be a third of that payment. I am beyond angry, and will not be doing this again, and this is blatantly and outwardly disrespectful and ridiculous. And I would AVOID this place especially with how sneaky they were with us. And we have filed a complaint with the dental board and will also file with the BBB.

The staff is very caring and was always accommodating when I needed to change an appointment time or make an unplanned appointment. Dr. Compton was very thorough when explaining the long term plan. My son got his braces removed a couple of months ago and is now wearing retainers. His teeth look great. I highly recommend Compton Orthodontics.

Fantastic experience: This is THE place to get your smile fixed in Bowling Green. Dr Compton…. Not only is he handsome and polite, he is super smart and an incredible smile maker. He makes me smile daily. With his professional help, I now have the ability to make effectively and efficiently chew all sorts of complex foods. What’s a complex food??? How about a T-bone steak wrapped in yarn…. Or…. A perfectly toasted marshmallow on a graham cracker, with a few pieces of chocolate, aka, a s’more, but wrapped in a burlap sack…. I can eat all of those things. Give Dr Compton a call, get him to fix your teeth and you can eat anything. Even complex foods.

Fantastic experience: We took our youngest, Alex, for a consultation. The staff is excellent. Made her very comfortable! We love them (our oldest got her braces there) and they told us we weren’t ready for anything yet so come back and check in a year. No push to do anything unnecessary. Love it!! Looking forward to working with them again when she is ready.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful from the get go! I’ve gotten a few opinions before going to Dr.Compton. I knew before leaving we wanted him but did have one more consult right after ours with Dr.Compton that I only felt right to keep. As soon as I left the other one I called Compton back to tell them we’d like to go with them and they got my daughter in that DAY!! Which was great with us being an hour away. We feel so welcomed when walking in with each appointment. They are super fast. Sometimes I didn’t even have time to make a coffee I would recommend them 100%

I chose Dr Compton on the recommendations of several teenagers who bragged that people who went to Compton had amazing teeth. And sure enough my daughters teeth look phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: From the initial visit of meeting with Tabatha and Dr Compton was nothing but amazing. My daughter was ecstatic to begin treatment which helped calmed all my fears of worrying if my child understood the level of responsibility and care it requires from her, but she was dedicated. To the day of placement and from the moment of checking in to being seated in the back, they were so kind and gentle with her.

Negative experience: 0 stars, but not an option. Never used them due to the email exchange. After I requested a review of necessary provider forms, I received an email telling me that what I was requesting was "dishonest." It's a federal form required by the law and my employer. Also, the office requested the name and number for the opportunity to speak to the issuer of the form. Upon receipt of the information needed to contact the issuer of the form, the office responded to me with an email telling me there's no need for the potential of my being their patient to go any further. In the future, maybe the office should refrain from inferring impropriety until they have a full understanding of the situation.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would go with actually braces but when you are in a lot of pain for TMJ from a Wisdom tooth surgery. Dr. Compton and his associates were amazing my teeth have straightened faster than I thought they would. My TMJ feels like it's almost gone, and I have them to thank. They are so considerate when it comes to bands and bite blocks. I absolutely suggest compton and associates for aligners and braces they are amazing.
