His office is clean well organized and have everything you need dental wise is under one umbrella. He’s very considerate,compassionate loving and well come you with open arms.. he explain everything to you that you can fully understand your treatment. He will work with you if you have financial issues to make sure you get your procedure done and walked out of his off office with a big smile. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I called Smile Plus hoping to get seen quickly, and to my surprise, they fit me in for a same-day appointment. Even though I arrived 30 minutes late (completely my fault), they still brought me to the back right away. The dental assistant, Rocio (I believe that was her name), was so kind and made me feel comfortable while taking X-rays. Then Dr. Diaz came in — and I just broke down in tears. I was extremely unhappy with the veneers I had gotten from a different place and felt hopeless about my smile. Dr. Diaz took the time to talk to me, explain all the risks and treatment options, and most importantly, she truly listened. I was honestly terrified to get them removed, but something about the way she spoke to me made me feel like I could trust her — and I’m so glad I did. I came back the next day, and she took her time carefully removing everything and restoring my natural smile. No words can describe how grateful I am. She didn’t just fix my teeth — she gave me back my confidence, my peace of mind, and my true smile. Dr. Diaz turned tears of sadness into tears of joy, and I will always be thankful to her and Smile Plus.

Fantastic experience: To all snowbirds in the Keys: I had a dental emergency and fortunately was referred to this practice by our local postmaster. My procedure was complicated and Dentist Jose explained in detail the process making me very comfortable in knowing I was in good hands. I felt no pain whatsoever and although the post-0p instructions stated there would be bleeding and swelling I had neither. What can I say other than this practice is excellent and I highly recommend.

Negative experience: I had a appointment at 11:00 am . There was no other person in the office and I didn't get into the office till 12:45 I I went for a estimate to do my upper and lower teeth.And they charge me 250.00 for one X ray. And there prices are Outrageous. Would not recommend to anyone

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this company. Had a partial denture made , it never fit correctly. I had complained about it since day one. And had it adjusted like 4 times and still not comfortable. Now they want me to spend 5k to put implants... They won't even address that it might have been made wrong. Don't think I will do business with them anymore.
