The hygienist was very friendly professional and very knowledgeable. The dentist himself was very friendly and professional and surprisingly pulled 4 teeth that needed done same day and agreed with me of what I wanted done instead of doing the exact opposite

Fantastic experience: I visited Taylorsville Family Dentistry today for the first time for my annual cleaning and checkup. The entire staff was kind, courteous, and professional. These three things are the foundation of a successful business. You guys definitely earned a lifelong patient for as long as I still have teeth lol. I’ll absolutely be referring people your way. It was a wonderful experience with great conversation and genuinely great people. Thank you all for making something most people dread actually enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Today was my second appointment with TFD and I am very impressed with everything and everyone I've come into contact with. I was referred to them by a friend and it's worth every bit of my near 45 minute drive to get there! Life's events can do a number on one's mouth/teeth causing self-conciousness, but I was met with genuine kindness and compassion by everyone there. They are a breath of fresh air!

Negative experience: If I could give this dentist zero stars I would, the ladies inside are very nice… BUT. If you’d like to keep your teeth in your head don’t go here. My husband spent over a year having his teeth “fixed” by this dentist and none of the fillings have stayed. The dentist filled one of his front teeth a different color from the rest of them and that’s the only tooth that is in his mouth that he doesn’t have issues with. He told my husband that a cavity was a blood spot under his tooth , it wasn’t. My husband is in constant pain and we have to go to another dentist to have EVERY SINGLE TOOTH FIXED PROPERLY.

Fantastic experience: I can say going to the dentist is never been my favorite thing to do. However this visit I would venture to say I got the best over all cleaning I’ve ever gotten. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The dentist office has very up to date equipment and the owner and Dentist Boone Groch is excellent at his job and goes the extra mile.

Fantastic experience: My whole family has been coming here for at least six years, and we truly couldn’t ask for a better dental team. Dr. Groce, Leslie, and all of the hygienists are amazing! Honestly, if your child is excited to go to the dentist, that says everything. At my son’s very first appointment, Leslie introduced the instruments with fun names like “Squirt” and others I can’t even remember now. She let him touch them and check everything out, which made him feel so comfortable and brave. He walked away loving the dentist and the entire team. We’re so thankful for how kind, patient, and efficient everyone is. We always feel well taken care of here. Highly recommend!

I had gotten opinions from two different dentists in Statesville about crowning my back tooth before going to Dr. Groce, and he took the time to truly evaluate and explain everything to me. I was so satisfied with his procedure after he completed it. I couldn’t find a dentist in Statesville that I liked, and I am so glad I found this office through my work in Taylorsville. They genuinely care about their patients and always go above and beyond. The dentist and hygienist inform me of every possible way I can better take care of my teeth and products to use. The dental hygienist is so thorough with cleaning my teeth, and after my cleaning everyone at work asked me how I got my teeth so white! Highly recommend! I will continue to drive from out of town just to get my dental work done at this office.

Fantastic experience: Around four years ago I had some painful teeth. He treated my daughter a year before that.and did great. I had him repair many fillings and pull two teeth he knows how to get it numb on one poke and his staff are super friendly . His hygienist is also very good.

Fantastic experience: So I was referred by a friend to (TFD) Taylorsville Family Dentistry after a horrible experience at Aspen dentistry in statesville. I called TFD around 2pm after my bad experience earlier in the day at Aspen, and immediately they got me in same day. The staff at TFD were all great, dentist Boone was top in his class and since I had no insurance the price was 2 to 300 hundred dollars less than every dentist I called in statesville. I was in and out in 30 minutes. No dental dance just straight to the point. I already referred 2 others to TFD that are in need of a honest, professional dentistry for themselves and their family. Also they had christian music playing which was a huge plus to me. Definitely found my go to dentistry for all my future dental work!
