Fantastic experience: I have been with Pittsboro Dental Associates for a long time; The service is great; the staff is polite and highly efficient!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Pittsboro Dental is always pleasant. Everyone there is friendly and ensure my visit is comfortable. From the lobby to the chair is wonderful with fantastic service. They don’t pressure you to do services that are not needed (something that regularly happened at other dental offices I visited).

Fantastic experience: I am getting better dental care than I have ever received in my 84 years. The office staff is excellent in scheduling, billing and submitting insurance claims. My dental hygienist, Paula, is pleasant and very proficient in examining and cleaning my teeth. Dr Bansal has assembled a very high tech dental practice with the best and most up-to-date equipment. I am now getting EXCELLENT dental care and I highly recommend Dr Bansal.

Fantastic experience: Glad to have found Pittsboro Dental Associates after having two lackluster experiences with previous practices. From the Front Desk staff, to the dental hygienist, to the dentists themselves, everyone is friendly, accommodating, and professional. Paula is an exceptional hygienist and Dr. Hardin has a lovely bedside manner. Not having dental insurance, I find their prices to be reasonable

Fantastic experience: This was a very good experience. My Dental Hygienist was excellent and Dr. Hardin was engaging but efficient. He recognized a problem I have with acid reflux just by looking at my teeth. Impressive.

Fantastic experience: You need three things to be successful in life: #1. sleep is the most important thing humans do for themselves; 2. inhaling and exhaling is way under-appreciated, and quite possibly number one, and 3. you need a great dental hygienist. Paula has been my great hygienist for 15 years. I would travel cross country for an appointment with her, rather than change.

Fantastic experience: Don't think my teeth have ever been cleaner. Everyone is so nice! And, there are some good places to eat nearby after a visit.

Fantastic experience: When we first moved to this area I was at a different dentist but my husband chose Pittsboro Dental Associates. I moved myself (and the kids) to this dental practice and have never looked back. The staff is very professional and thorough. The chairs are comfortable (a complaint I had about the last place I was at), and of course the office is super clean. Dr. Bansal is top notch, chock-full of personality! The associate dentists are also very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the dental hygienists.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I changed our dental arrangements to PDA a little over a year ago. We are so glad we did. From the beginning, we received very attentive care. Routine procedures were made as tolerable as they might be (OK, no-one enjoys a teeth cleaning, right?). Plans for special treatment were discussed thoughtfully, and the one emergency we encountered (a fall that seriously damaged the front teeth, late on a Friday night) was handled effectively with real concern.

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit for a regular cleaning. My hygienist (Allison) was incredible. She was very kind and didn't make me feel silly for being so nervous, plus she was very gentle with my sensitive teeth during the cleaning process. Dr. Hardin is excellent as well--I appreciated his kindness and sensitivity. Would highly recommend to my fellow adults who need to re-establish regular dental care after a long hiatus and are really nervous about it! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been going here a long time, but I have never needed to be seen outside of a scheduled appointment. Everyone there is very polite and professional. After recent issue with a tooth, I called the office and they were able get me in quickly to take a look. Fortunately, all was ok with the tooth, but I am glad to know that my dentist is available and able to work me in when unexpected dental issues do come up.
