Fantastic experience: The entire staff from front to back is absolutely wonderful and has immaculate professionalism. I have always struggled with a fear of dentists and each visit I have been to they are compassionate of that fact and talk me through every step of work they do and it helps keep me calm. You can tell each staff member loves their job through their kindness and how much they go above and beyond for their patients!

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist office! I've used them for several years because of a change in my insurance. Wendy is my hygienist and she's great! I only see her once every 6 months but we talk about family and life in general. It's like we just pick up where we stopped before with the conversation!!

Fantastic experience: Had to find a new dentist after my current dentist retired (27 year patient). I tried Patrick Fields in Cabot, AR. Was pleasantly surprised at the care I received. Schedulers, hygienists, and dentist were all great. I received great care and a really good cleaning. I plan to return there for my next exam.

Fantastic experience: I love Stephanie who does my cleanings every 6 months. My husband and oldest son go to Stephanie also. Dr. Fields is great. He is funny and puts you at ease. If you have anxiety issues in general or specifically regarding dental work, just let them know. They have been wonderful and kind to me. They never made me feel bad because of my anxiety. My oldest son just switched to Dr. Patrick when he outgrew his pediatric dentist Dr. Ashley Fields. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I feel like they gave me several treatment options for what I needed done as well as running it through my insurance, so I would know what I would need to pay out of pocket.

I have no complaints (and the dentist is one of my least favorite places, as it causes anxiety for me). Yes, all dentists are trained to treat cavities, but it takes an honest one to admit when a tooth doesn’t need work. For me, it’s not even about the money. I could have gone to a dentist in my insurance network and paid a fraction of the cost. What matters is that once you file a tooth, it doesn’t grow back. That’s why I truly appreciate Dr. Patrick. I trust him completely, especially when it comes to my son. I know he won’t do unnecessary work just to get more from the insurance. That kind of honesty and care is rare, and it’s the reason I continue to recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Had a crown come off this weekend and called them first thing Monday and by 8:30 they had me in the office. I realize that this won’t happen all the time, but they always do their best to get you in quickly for these type of things. Love them!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with Fields dentistry. During a cleaning I was told I needed to have a crown replaced. I agreed and upon removal of my deteriorated crown I began to have pain. I thought when the new crown was in place the pain would go away. But it has not. I returned to the dentistry and was told I had to see an endodontist. Dr Fields would not fix my problem, and they did not assist in getting me into a local endodontist. After calling 4 different endodontists in Cabot/Little Rock area I was seen a week later but scheduled for 2 months later and put on a wait list. During this time I have been on pain killers and antibiotics. To say the least I would not recommend this office if it can be prevented.

Negative experience: Every time I look into the mirror, I am reminded of the mistake I made almost twenty years ago to have a tooth fixed by Dr. Fields. He didn't think there was any issue by using the tooth made to replace my own front tooth, even though it was much bigger than my original tooth, and bigger than the tooth next to it. I haven't felt comfortable smiling ever since.

Negative experience: Wife went in for a filling and informed 2 different nurses which tooth was causing her pain. After her mouth was numb and they finished their work we get home and realize they worked on the wrong tooth. We call in to tell them of the mistake and see if they can work with us on fixing the issue and they took no responsibility. We were told over the phone that there should have been more communication even though she told two different people which tooth. Lousy excuse for customer service and trying to ensure that your customers are taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Dr Fields and the entire staff made my visit a pleasurable experience. Very few actually like going in for a dental visit. Dr Fields puts you at ease immediately. The work done (crown replacement) was painless and reasonably priced. The office staff are extremely helpful with billing procedures and very friendly. I STRONGLY recommend Dr Fields for any dental work needed.
