Fantastic experience: Took my 2 year old son in for his first appointment and it was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Fantastic experience: Before my visit today I felt anxious about what would need to be worked on. After my visit I felt that what had been done today; x-rays, dentist checking my teeth, hygienist doing a screening for gum health, etc.; relieved my anxiousness. When going over billing statements I always feel well informed and appreciate the benefit breakdowns the office manager provides. Negative experience: Do not recommend. I had a very bad experience here. I have a very sensitive nerve and the person who did the cleaning disturbed this nerve and they were absolutely dismissive of my extensive work I had done in a few years before. If they were considerate of my nerve issue they may not have disrupted the nerve. I called to cancel my appointment and the person on the phone was extremely rude and cut me off when I was explaining the problem. I will be pursuing this issue further.

Fantastic experience: This is a beautiful office! We loved the calm and cozy environment and the decorations for the season. The front staff was so helpful and kind from the phone call, to the arrival and departure of our appointment. Judy was the dental assistant helping my little ones and she was phenomenal. She was experienced with my kids age ranges (1 year old and 3 year old) and made the process happy and joyful! Dr. Lee was also spectacular, and you can tell he really cares about his patients. Late cancelled, repeatedly cancelled and/or no-show appointments cause a huge strain on our staffing and overall schedule. We make it a point to educate patients and/or parents where we can. Sounds like we unfortunately were unable to avoid it being an ongoing issue causing us the inability to schedule future appointment. We thank you for your understanding.

Fantastic experience: I've never been to a dentist office where literally all the staff care about you and want to help you with your teeth. Fantastic experience: Took my 3 young wild boys in for new patient cleaning and exams. They were a little nervous about going to the dentist , however, Shaina was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and so patient with all 3 of them! She explained to each of them what she was doing, what each of the tools were for, let them see their X rays, made sure they were comfortable, and answered any questions they had as well as questions I had! She made the whole experience fun for my kids and eased my mama heart with her patience with them, as I know they can be loud and a handful! Will definitely be going back for all their upcoming appointments and cleanings! :)

Negative experience: My daughter has been a patient for over 3 years. We’ve rescheduled a couple appointments within 24 and 48 hours. The practice does not follow their policy of rescheduling within 24 hours.

Fantastic experience: I came after having a horrible experience elsewhere who said I needed a root canal and crown. Cañon Dental made me feel comfortable. Explained everything and all that could happen. All I needed was a filling. The procedure went great and the dentist made it almost painless. I trust Dr. Lee full heartedly.

Fantastic experience: I chipped 2 teeth back to back, one of them being a front tooth. I am so happy with the results. The tooth looks amazing and you can’t even tell it’s a cap. The staff and both dentist’s are so amazing, gentle and caring. They truly care about you as a person. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Negative experience: They deserve zero stars! My boys have been going to them since they were little. So about 18 years!! We have had medicaid this whole time. My boys always had Sealant on their molars, and I was never charged even my oldest son. Supposedly they no longer cover 17-year-olds.( I don’t believe this) I was never mailed anything to know that the bill was unpaid then they sent it to collections!! No emails Nothing!! This is wrong! This is how they treat long term customers! Just wow! Someone needs to be fired! This is unacceptable!

Treatment plans presented in the office are estimates only and completed procedures are subject to insurance review. Any unpaid balance is the responsibility of the patient/parent. We encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to ask why they were unable to cover all services.
Sending an account to collections is not something we take lightly. However, this step is taken when we have had no returned mail or responses to the numerous statements and account status letters sent.
We would be happy to assist in processing payment to clear up the account.
Fantastic experience: Generally, I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I always get anxious and I've had bad experiences in the past. I just had my first visit here, and I must say that I am impressed. The whole staff was wonderful! They were friendly and knowledgeable and every single one of them did an amazing job and continually put me at ease. Jennie, Mariah, Judy, and Dr. Soo were all absolutely exceptional through each stage of my visit. I will definitely be making them my primary dental office and couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: I and my entire family have been going to Canon Family Dental for several years now, and we love them! Everyone we've ever met there has been kind, courteous, and professional. Dr. Lee is exceptional and has been exceedingly generous to our large family. They have always been upfront and honest about any procedures that need to be done, and clearly lay out all our options. They will never pressure you to get work done that you don't need. They have been especially good with all my kids, and make being at the dentist as easy as possible. They've even been really good at squeezing my kiddo with pain in as quickly as possible. No better place in town!
