The music was an added bonus as well! My appointment was at 10 AM, and they were able to see my son and me at the same time. I’ve been to the dentist in previous times and always left with my teeth and gums extremely sore, I love the fact that when I leave here my mouth feels absolutely amazing. I actually don’t mind coming to my dentist appointments now and would highly recommend this place to others looking for an amazing dentist.

Positive experience: I was very pleased with my visit today. My fillings only took about 20 minutes and they didn't hurt or anything. The worst part was the shots, but that is going to happen with any dentist. Very nice service and they ask how you are feeling about everything. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: This review is not for the dentist or her assistants. I saw Dr. Thompson yesterday for an exam, and she was kind and thorough. However, I am frustrated with her front receptionists. I wanted to schedule my next appointment in October, and I gave them my insurance's coverage information that clearly states the appointment would be covered. However, based on some "policy" that the front desk came up with, they wanted me to schedule the appointment in November because they were worried insurance wouldn't cover the appointment. 1. I asked to see this policy as written, and the front desk told me no. 2. I asked to speak to an office manager, and the front desk told me no. She asked me if I wanted to speak to the other receptionist. I said yes. After being on hold, she did not transfer me to anyone and told me to go to another dental office. 3. I asked them if they could file the claim for me in October, and if insurance wouldn't cover it, I'd be happy to pay out of pocket. They refused to even try to file the insurance claim, stating their "policy" tells them not to. I understand being worried insurance won't cover the appointment, but I'm angry at the fact they wouldn't even try to file the claim without a good reason, especially when I told them I would assume the risk. I also think the front desk was unprofessional in saying she'll let me speak to another receptionist but then turns around and tells me to go to another dental office. I DO NOT recommend this office, especially to my fellow military spouses. Please go anywhere else. And as a note to Dr. Thompson -- I hope you read these reviews because your receptionists are not only ruining your business but also your reputation. Saw other reviews on Yelp with the same receptionist problems. Just a heads up!

Fantastic experience: From the ladies at the front desk, to the x-ray technician, the dentist, and the hygienist who did my cleaning. Everyone was absolutely awesome, professional, and pleasant to deal with. In the best way possible, the atmosphere here does not feel like a dentist office. Very comforting and welcoming. I really enjoyed the soothing music playing in the background. After a long break from having a dentist after a bad experience at a different provider, Dream Dentist has removed any anxiety about going to the dentist. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: The office and staff were friendly but they tried to get me to get dentures after telling them I couldn't afford implants and even though they didn't do all the work, they didn't refund any of my money. I stopped the procedure after getting a second opinion.

Negative experience: Please do yourself a favor and do not come to this dentist office. I went in for cavities the last few year and now am left with teeth that were worse than when I started. The fillings were done poorly, have caused ongoing issues, and ultimately failed. As a result, I am now being forced to spend over $3,000 to fix the damage caused by the work done here. This has been incredibly frustrating, painful, and expensive, something that never should have happened from routine dental care. I trusted this office with my dental health and deeply regret it. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality, competent dental care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Thompson and her staff or so professional. I went in for a second opinion and found my new dentist. I was treated with respect, every detail was explained as I was being treated and she continued to check in to make sure I was ok. I would highly recommend her as your family dentist. I also want to mention she was training a young lady during my procedure. She was patient with her, explained in detail and did not rush or get frustrated. 10 stars, exceptional service.

Negative experience: Had a cleaning done here and it was a terrible experience. It felt very rushed and left me in pain. I could not return based on that experience.

Negative experience: I chose this dentist based on their top rating on the Tricare website. However, I cannot speak to the quality of their dental work, as my appointment was canceled a week in advance. I received a single confirmation text on April 24th for my May 12th appointment. On May 5th, I was notified via text that my appointment had been canceled due to a lack of response to a confirmation text I never received. I immediately called the office and was informed the appointment had been given to someone else, with no option other than rescheduling. I explained that I never received the confirmation text and that poor cell reception on my military base may have contributed. While I understand the policy for unconfirmed appointments, canceling after one unanswered message seems excessive. When I mentioned I might seek care elsewhere, the assistant abruptly ended the call before I finished speaking.
