Fantastic experience: Excellent care. Receptionists greeted me friendly. Medical assistants were professional. Allison was great as a usual answered all my questions. Over all a great visit.

Negative experience: Incompetent dentists, had filling come out 3 times and even tho I’ve seen them my entire life they can just throw me away. They don’t care about you they care about the money. If you miss even one appointment, they’ll boot you out and they are unfortunately the local monopoly by being the only healthcare available here that’s out of hospital. Don’t waste your time if you have a really bad tooth, go somewhere else like downstate or Canada, much better results and cheaper. Prices are out of this world. I used to recommend this place to everyone but now I wouldn’t recommend going near it. Good luck to everyone who is still suffering with no local help.

Negative experience: The office staff and my experience with other providers were kind and professional. This review is specifically about my experience with Dr. Sia Hersini in Fort Kent. I am a 100% disabled veteran receiving VA Community Care dental treatment. Multiple fillings reportedly failed immediately after treatment, leaving painful exposed areas, ongoing pain, and extraction-site complications involving bone fragments. After waiting about a month for follow-up while struggling to eat and sleep, I attended another appointment seeking stabilization and pain relief. Dr. Hersini refused further restorative treatment and stated he could instead remove all my teeth. I left still in pain and without a meaningful treatment plan. This review reflects my personal experience specifically with Dr. Hersini, not the staff as a whole.

Fantastic experience: My primary always takes the time to listen to what I have to say and she works with me very well on deciding which medications are best.

Positive experience: One stop shopping for all your basic healthcare needs. Hard to get an appt with Doctor or Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeffrey Arbelaez and Derrick Boucher are fantastic with my 6-year-olds. My girls actually look forward to their dental appointments because they’re excited to see them. Both doctors are excellent at explaining any issues to me and guiding me through the solutions. They always create a comfortable and calming environment. As an adult with some anxiety about going to the dentist, I really appreciate how they put me at ease. They clearly explain everything they’re doing and why, and they always take the time to answer any questions I have. Both are outstanding professionals. I highly recommend them to children and adults alike, especially those who may feel nervous about dental procedures.

My PCP has been helpful, was quick to give me referrals, and was willing to help me get to the bottom of my concerns. I thought it was super nice that she was present and sans computer. It certainly felt more like a real Dr's visit.
