Fantastic experience: Love the atmosphere and how quickly you can get in when on a waitlist. The cleaning i had was completely pain free and the dentist was very helpful and calming when my anxiety was through the roof. He explained things and broke it down in ways I could understand and the sweet woman hygentist cleaning my teeth explained the importance of cleanings and I love how she spent time in explaining every step of the way as I am having an extensive cleaning. I wish I had went here way sooner. I avoid dentist like I do the flu because of my anxiety but now I don't have to. I just know they are going to help me get my confidence back and I can't wait to see what they do next. I would give 10 stars if I could. Even the office staff were so caring and put cartoons on for my grand baby. They make you feel like family and that they truly care for your health and comfort.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Dr. Gibbs is very personable. He is very friendly and talks to his patients. His workers are like that as well. Today he set forth a plan to help me with all my dental issues and it was very acceptable to me. I went home excited to talk to my wife about our plans. He laid it all out for me, cost and all. We begin to put the plan into action in 2 weeks. I can't wait.

Fantastic experience: My first visit at Dental Associates of Cleveland was a good experience. Melissa did a thorough job of cleaning and x-raying my teeth. Along with that she had many helpful suggestions for continued dental care. Dr Gibbs gave a thorough exam and discussed a procedure going forward. The entire staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. I would definite recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: My wife went here for an initial visit for exam and cleaning. We had to change dentist this year due to changing insurance plans. Based on her comments it sounds like we made the right choice. Her remarks were so good, she shared that the office was nice and very clean. All the staff were kind and very welcoming. The hygienist and the Doctor were gentle and kind. They explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. She had a tooth come loose last week, the Doctor assessed it and decided he would try to re-cement it right then and he did so as it was an old crown on its existing post, because there was still tooth in the gum to attach it to. He thought it would be worth a try and my wife agreed. It has been a couple days and it seems fine so far. It was a great experience and she looks forward to many years of care from these fine folks.

Fantastic experience: Just moved to the area and my husband and I needed to find a new dentist. When I first called, appointments weren’t available until March, but I asked to be put on the cancellation list and was able to get in the very next week. I can honestly say this has been my best dental experience in years. I love that it’s not a dental mill where dentists and hygienists are constantly changing. It’s a sole practice with Dr. Gibbs, and the hygienist has been there for years, which really adds to the comfort and consistency of care. For the first time in a long time, I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to upsell me or recommend unnecessary work. Everyone made me feel genuinely comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in. My husband echoes my sentiment. Thank you for such a great experience — we will definitely continue our dental care with this practice!

Which is a unique talent. I feel like I have a knowledgeable friend who’s a dentist. Not just a doctor but a personal touch is provided that’s unique in this modern day with doctors of any kind. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing people had a broke denture was broke extremely bad needed an emergency repair and needed it 2 day for a business trip tomorrow they fixed it they didn't charge me an arm and a leg and they were so nice we'll be going back to get a complete set of dentures made as soon as I get the time thank you guys from the bottom of my heart so very very much

Fantastic experience: I went here to have an upper denture replaced. Dr used my existing denture and mapped out a new one on a 3d device. Technology has come a long way-I was impressed and even better the new denture fit like a glove - not requiring any adjustment at all! Hats off to you folks - I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gibbs is the man! The VA made my dentures, pulled my remaining teeth and then would not return calls. Gave up and Dr. Gibbs did the adjustment on the dentures. First time I have have been able to wear them without pain. That review was 5 years ago. Today I saw Dr. Gibbs again with my new dentures the VA provided six months ago. Was not able to wear them and went back to see Dr. Gibbs and he is still the man! Thanks for your expertise!
