Fantastic experience: My teenage daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Megan and her team for a few years now, and we could not be more appreciative of their friendliness and commitment to keeping our teeth healthy! They have also been amazing with my 2 year old who is generally shy around people he doesn’t know. I recently brought in my two month old son for a tongue and lip tie consult due to multiple issues with breastfeeding. While he has a mild lip tie with normal mobility that shouldn’t be effecting his latch much, Dr. Megan was able to tell me he has a high vaulted palate which gave me what I needed to find different ways to latch him while nursing and we are both doing SO much better after receiving that knowledge and making the needed adjustments. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! They genuinely care about your well being im not one for dentist always hated going but with them They are very thoughtful and kind. They take care of you here They listen to your concerns and gives you the best treatment 10/10 would recommend to anyone best dental place i have been to for a long time!

My dental hygienist, Brooke was fantastic—so kind, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Timm was equally great—professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s not often you find a place where every single person makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend!

I used to only have a 15-minute drive to my appointments, which was super convenient. Now I travel an hour one way. Could I find a dentist closer? Fantastic experience: Had a visit today at Williamsburg Smiles. I'm one of those that has dental visit anxiety big time. Walked in the door greeted with 2 friendly receptionist, soft relaxing music playing in the waiting area. I noticed a water cooler with glasses if you needed a cool drink. I think a coffee bar also. Made me comfortable.. Didn't even wait 5 minutes before Chloe, the assistant called me back. She was calm and comforting. We talked, she told me she was only 23 years of age. She did a nice job and I was comfortable with her when she did the x ray. Megan the dentist came in next and was kind and friendly also. She did an exam and gave me 3 options to choose from as a plan to repair or remove the tooth. She let me choose the option that I was most comfortable with. The whole staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I also liked the warm feeling I got from the layout of the office. It wasn't so big and overwhelming.

Fantastic experience: Hi this is Brett R. I was in your office today 061324. Enjoyed the ride to Williamsburg Smiles, got there early and right at 1 the time of my appointment I was called. Jason the hygienist was very kind and explained everything he was doing. He kept asking if I was alright. I was alright sort of a tough bird. Dentist came in with a great big smile on her face and welcomed me to the practice. Looked in my mouth and I kept hearing great, good, wonderful when describing my teeth. Thank you so much Williamsburg Smiles I had a great big smile on my face when I left your office.

Fantastic experience: I decided to switch dentist offices because I felt like I wasn’t getting the best care and I’m so glad I did, Williamsburg smiles is the friendliest place ever!

Negative experience: My sister got a crown at this dentist and they completely botched it. The crown caused her an extreme amount of pain due to improper installation. They attempted to fix they're mistake but failed at that as well, and it was so painful that my sister had to get the tooth removed completely so the pain would stop, and they never offered reimbursement for their poor installation.

Fantastic experience: Did a great job, 1230 appointment heading home 130 all done. Great service. And best of all you didn't try to talk me in to something I didn't need yet.

Negative experience: Bunch of scam artists. Put a crown over a tooth they absolutely knew needed a root canal prior and said nothing, just went ahead with it. Absolutely terrible fitting on the crown. Just wanted to siphon money out of us, when we really didnt have it. My reason is, If you KNOW there's tooth decay, why would you suggest to put a crown over it? Other than to just milk more money out of us? Upon return there is absolutely no refund, they hide that in the forms you sign. p.s. After they botch your crown, they can't remove it and have to send you out to somewhere else. This kind of fiasco seems to be common with this office, as per the other reviews. Just wish we knew going in. Now were stuck paying out of pocket $xxx for a procedure thats caused nothing but searing pain and no benefit, with no remedy from this office in the slightest. Please go somewhere with more experienced staff, your wallet will thank you. Absolutely ametuer crown placement and decision making. This has been an absolute dental nightmare!

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment with a new dentist office, just for a routine checkup. Everyone, from Chelsea, at the front desk, to Chloe and Dr. Megan were wonderful. My hygienist, Jason, couldn’t have been any better! I informed him that I was anxious due to my previous dentist’s recommendation to have a procedure soon. Jason explained everything about how the appointment was going to go and walked me through my X-rays and digital scan. He welcomed questions and was always making sure I was comfortable. Jason seemed to care about me as a person and took his time with me, especially compared to my previous dental interactions. Understandably, it can be a transition to go to a new healthcare office but I really enjoyed my visit and won’t be worried about future appointments with Smiles in Williamsburg!

Fantastic experience: I had another pleasurable appointment at Williamsburg Smiles. As usual, the staff is so welcoming and personable. My hygienist, Jason, was punctual as always. He cleaned my teeth so gently, that I was barely aware he was working in my mouth. Dr. Megan checked my teeth and asked if I had any discomfort or concerns since my last visit. This is great dental office with caring professionals. I never dread an appointment with Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I've had at the dentist! Nicest, most friendly staff - and very professional and KIND - very important! I was surprised to find all the latest equipment and techniques in a small town dental office, including 3-D imaging and small x-ray devices (that are placed in your mouth) that DON'T HURT (its about time dentistry came up with that). (Dr. Timm also teaches 4th year dental students at the University of Iowa's College of Dentistry.) Any dental work needed, was thoroughly explained using 3-D video images, including what the charges would be and insurance coverage was detailed too, with a copy to bring home. Smiles is a great name for them, first time I came home from the dentist smiling in a long time!
