Fantastic experience: Glad I decided to try TLC Dental , everyone was very pleasant and treated me well. I went in because I had lost a filling and wanted it checked. After checking they asked if I wanted to schedule a cleaning and they were able to do it the same day. The clinic was very clean and waiting was very minimal. I highly recommend Dr Lack!

Fantastic experience: I am in a wheelchair and it is very hard for me to get around. The staff at TLC were absolutely fantastic. They brought me in from transit, helped out of and back into my chair then called the transit for me so I didn't have to wait. In fact they did better than my dr office!

I’m genuinely grateful to have found them and will absolutely continue my care here.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to TLC for my dental cleanings, checkups, and any other dental work that I've needed for many years. Everyone is always friendly and helpful from the office staff to the hygienist, and the doctor. Cecelia is great for the cleanings and always makes my visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Lack is very knowledgeable, is patient and caring with me, and takes good care of me. I don't particularly enjoy having dental work done, but this is definitely a good place to be when it's needed!

I had good care at the former place here in Enid, but even on my first visit at TLC, I had one of the best...pain free...cleaning experiences. I had a really bad experience several years ago, in another city far away, and it left me kinda hating going to the dentist for cleanings. Whitney has been the best, making it painless and easy going. I actually don't dread it anymore. Just glad we switched. Highly recommend TLC!

Negative experience: Need to make sure you get and save receipts and that they honor quotes. Also, oral hygienist refused to clean my and my wife's teeth for over two years by telling us that there was a mistake in scheduling every time our cleaning appointments came due. Dr. Lack does do excellent work, however.

Fantastic experience: For my first time at TLC Dental it was, in a word, impressive. I walked in and the receptionist already knew who I was. After a short wait I was brought back to a room. X-rays were taken promptly, and the cleaning followed right after. The doctor came in, introduced himself and looked over my teeth. The level of professionalism from everyone was top notch. And lastly, the new building is very, very nice.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I enjoyed going to a dental appointment came out smiling and happy at TLC. They are so professional and kind and compassionate.

Negative experience: Great service and people. However, MILITARY with TriCare BEWARE! They say they take TriCare (and they do), what they forget to tell you is they are OUT OF NETWORK. What this means is for a cleaning after insurance it cost $150 when I have 4 kiddos final bill was $700. Had I known this I would have never gone to them. They need to be very specific when they say they take insurance but are out of network so they will charge you an arm and leg!

Negative experience: Friendly, decided to wait 3 weeks for the day of my appointment to tell me that they were out of insurance network. Gotta find another dentist and get another appointment for today.

Fantastic experience: They were very nice and accommodating for those that use a wheelchair. They also answered all my questions that I had, even made the experience smooth if I got a little nervous. All in all it was a wonderful 1st timer experience.

Negative experience: Veteran referral. Went to place, they didn't mark the chart as veteran referral even though the VA was the one that chose them and referred it. Then was told they couldn't do the work that the referral specifically identified as approved because "they didn't know who I was" even though I had already given them my identification. Receptionist seemed completely incompetent.

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience! I went most of my young adult life without visiting a dentist, so I’ve trusted TLC to keep my teeth healthy for a long time! The receptionist greets me by name and is always very nice. The new lace is very nice and spacious and there’s plenty of parking! From the prep at the beginning, to the cleaning and x-rays and everything else, it is all so welcoming and relaxing. That’s a lot to say for a dentist office!
