As an Adult patient, quality of work are as important as cost, and in this case , which was a very complex case ( half a dozen implants , to start with ) , Dr Thomas and Dr Loiseau ( Oral Surgeon) , not only do they provide excellent service with a warm and friendly atmosphere but they also try to provide the best value possible. We need more Dr Thomas , Dr Loiseau and Dr. Fauci on this world !!!!

Negative experience: The woman at checkout DEMANDED I give my review so here it is! First, the girl who was taking xrays was repeatedly jamming the little hard corners of the plastic pieces they use into the flesh of my gums. I had to repeatedly STOP HER WITH MY hands to not dig open wounds into my mouth. I said to her again and again, no, this piece is too large to fit in my mouth so you will not be putting it fully into my mouth, it does not fit, understand? I even had to pull a piece out of my throat once when she literally choked me with a piece and I told her, please DO NOT CHOKE ME WITH THE EQUIPMENT, YOU JUST CHOKED ME. Not any time did she say even a word acknowledging that she understood the words I said! Hello, you are hurting, cutting, and choking the patient literally! The dentist came by and said my teeth were in perfect condition, fine. But insisted on nonstop "small talk" instead of focusing on the task at hand, and literally laughed in my face when I reminded her as an answer to a none of her business question that the career for which I earned four college degrees has not hired in decades. While she was laughing, I simply asked her, that is funny? At least she had the sense to backtrack, stop laughing, and say no. Thanks for that. And then check out. It was going fine until the woman at the desk started telling me to give their little business reviews here on google. I said yes I know if your little reviews, because the last time when I gave such review and gave you fewer than five stars, you unethically and against my consent used my PII to CALL ME ON MY CELL PHONE AND TELL ME TO GIVE YOU A BETTER REVIEW. First she tried to retort oh that was because you had confused us with a different dentist - a lie on her part. I outed her lie by reminding her that I'd said Emmanuel Dental IN THE REVIEW. I then reminded her that the reason for not 5 stars was that they messed up billing and even though it was fixed quite some time later, it is a hassle for patient. So no 5 stars. I also informed her that calling patient on their private phone to demand a higher review is absolutely not the proper use of a patient's PII. That is not why we patients allow you to know our phone numbers, so you can bully us for better reviews. I tried to explain how this was unethical and she was acting like it was fine, so i told her let's not waste both our times any longer on something we will not see eye to eye on. Since your little business shows that you do not understand this concept, DO NOT YET AGAIN CALL MY PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER TO BULLY ME BECAUSE YOU DON'T LIKE MY HONEST REVIEW EMMANUEL DENTAL. I WILL NOT TOLERATE IT A SECOND TIME. This time, I am leaving my review up, and you will NOT yet again abuse your access to my PII to bully me to get what you want. Get some ethics.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Thomas's orthodontist office, Emmanuel Dental & Fastbraces. The friendly staff made me feel at home and the office had a modern and welcoming vibe. Dr. Thomas made the braces process a breeze and guided me to become very satisfied with the results. The actual adjustment of my braces was quick and didn’t take as long as normal braces, finishing in about one year. Overall, Dr. Thomas and his team made what could have been a stressful and painful journey really comforting and enjoyable, and I can't recommend them enough.
