Fantastic experience: Top 10%. I’ve been getting dental care for many decades and this was one of the best. You know the saying - “…you never get a second chance for a good first impression.” My first impression experience here was amazing … from my first contact through my first dental encounter … there was text book focus on the patient/customer experience. I saw the dentist he was friendly and knowledgeable as he was giving me my exam. The office was very clean and everyone just seem to be friendly and happy I will enjoy coming here I believe. I recommend Pine Ridge Dental.

Fantastic experience: The staff treated me very well. They laughed at the stupid jokes I use to relieve stress, and gave me the kindness and patience I would expect them to give a famous person. They didn't use fancy words which might confuse me, nor did they complain that I am a farmer. The dentist gave me a breakdown of all the work I need, and listed the procedures for me, from most important to least. I will be going back. Thank you.

Sarah who did my cleaning, is extremely kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I’ll keep coming back for my yearly dental care because of her :) Pine Ridge is lucky to have her and an amazing front desk!

Fantastic experience: The technician/hygienist was an expert at x-rays and cleaning. The technology for both was very up to date. The hygienist was very courteous and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to meet Dr Feller. I’m sorry that Dr Ketcher left his practice but I think Dr Feller will be an excellent replacement.

Positive experience: First time today & going into a new dentist and hygienist, I was a little nervous. The ladies at the front desk made me feel welcome and my hygienist was Rockstar and the dentist was very pleasant. It was a great experience overall. The one thing I noticed was the office was chilly but that could have just been me.

Fantastic experience: New patient here, I was having some pain in the area of an implant and needed to see a dentist. Since moving into the area I haven't seen a dentist. I choose Pine Ridge and it turned out to be a good decision. Nice, clean, and friendly office. Staff was efficient, friendly and kind. Dr. Feller was great. I guess I found my people. Fantastic experience: I had originally taken my daughter here and after seeing her experience, I could not wait to book a visit for myself. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, organized, and welcoming, and the front desk staff made check-in quick and easy. The dental team was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. They really go out of their way to make sure patients feel comfortable and at ease, checking in throughout the appointment and explaining everything clearly. It never felt rushed, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my experience. The technology that they use is amazing and I love how knowledgeable all of the staff is. What stood out most was their focus on patient comfort—they made something I usually dread feel manageable and even positive. Their approach to care is seamless every step of the way. Customer service and communication are something I value greatly and they get all the stars for me on those. 10/10 I highly recommend Pine Ridge Dental in The Dalles, especially if you’re someone who gets nervous about dental visits! Dr. Feller and his team are AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area and was 2 years past due for a routine cleaning and overall check up due to relocating. I was lucky enough to get in super quick. A lot of other places were booked out until mid to late March. Everybody was super kind and welcoming and my hygienist was super thorough and gentle with my teeth. Ellie you rock! I have to say that doctor feller and his team made us feel welcome, they were very professional and provided excellent care. Their equipment is cutting edge and the office is very well run. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit here when I was pregnant and they were great! Friendly, professional, and did a great job with my teeth! 2 years later I brought my 2 year old here and the hygienist and dentist were amazing with her! She was nervous at first with this new experience but they did everything they could to be gentle, kind, and fun. She left excited and happy, not 1 cry or scream. The office has a great vibe too. Fantastic experience: Dr. Feller and his staff were absolutely wonderful. I needed an emergency extraction and they took care of me early even though I had no appointment. This speaks volumes. 35 years ago the military removed 4 of my molars when only one of them was actually bad. Problem was they left the roots of the teeth in my jaw and simply broke the teeth out. The roots got infected and were causing me excruciating pain. One x-ray later by dental assistant Gabby and she and Dr. Feller immediately identified the problem. He pulled the roots out and sent me on my way at a "more than fair" price with no insurance. I couldn't be happier. No more pain! Highly recommend! Five stars all the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Never had anything done really at a dentist other than a cleaning. I was so scared/anxious/nervous! Dr. Feller and his staff from Terrie up front to the Gals in the back were AMAZING!! Gentle, calming, talked me through the steps of everything and what to expect!! Had patience with me and my questions! I felt 100% comfortable in their care!! Had to be numbed and Dr. did amazing with the shots!! Truly a GOOD first experience and I will always be going back there!! Hands down best team and very clean and quiet office!!

Dr Feller was very professional offering his advice and then coming up with a plan of action. They have already worked me into the schedule for next week for an extraction to relieve the pain and handle the issue at hand. Very pleased with my visit!

Fantastic experience: So far so good. I have very high anxiety, but only about seeing the dentist lol. The whole team was caring, communicated great, were positive and upbeat, and the doctor was knowledgeable, kind and clear. They all set me at ease. I've only had an intake appointment so far but need a bit of work done. I'll get back if I change my mind on the 5 star review but I'm really impressed with it all so far.
