Fantastic experience: I went for treatment today.Have to reschedule do to high blood pressure.Glad they take your health seriously.The Dentist and staff are really nice.Had to get IV sedation,the IV Nurse got me,a hard stick right away.Everyone in office are really friendly and puts you at ease.Been to a few Dentists in Cleburne,I like this one best.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Nolan River Dental Center. I arrived at my appointment about 10 minutes early as I was able to fill out my paperwork online. My wait was one of the shortest I’ve had maybe a 5-10 minute wait. They talked to me about my reasons for being there and came up with a multiple treatment plans. I was very happy with my visit with them.

Negative experience: I had a mixed experience at this dental office. The front office staff and my hygienist were wonderful—very kind, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made the check-in process easy and were pleasant to interact with. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Brian was not the same. I felt very judged during my appointment and was spoken to in a way that felt condescending, almost like I was being talked to like a child. I know that I have not taken the best care of my teeth and I am trying to fix that, which is why I went in. Dental visits can already be uncomfortable and make me very anxious, which I expressed to him, so to feel this way was not helping my experience. I was also disappointed to learn on my own that my insurance was considered out-of-network after meeting with the insurance coordinator about my dental work needed. She did not explain this to me, as I had to call my insurance after my appointment to find out. Before scheduling the appointment, I specifically asked if my insurance was accepted and was told yes, which influenced my decision to book. Finding out afterward that it was out-of-network was frustrating and something I feel should have been clearly communicated ahead of time. I might have gone back if my insurance had been in network solely due to there being another dentist available to see and the office staff. I would not have felt comfortable seeing Dr. Brian again and will not be going back due to the shadiness of the insurance mishap.

He’s funny, quite the character. He knows what he is talking about and always willing to listen to his clients. From the very first time I went there I knew this would be my family dentist. There are so many good things to say. Not enough space to write it. All of his employees are extremely kind and professional. His establishment is extremely clean and well put . 10 out of 10

Fantastic experience: I received a call from the dentist about 15 minutes after I posted my initial review which you can read below this paragraph. He said there had been a misunderstanding and he apologized for not being there when I came in to the office. Apparently, I did not understand that they needed to do more evaluation before determining how deep of a cleaning that I needed . He did apologize and did not charge me anymore for the deep cleaning, I paid $140 the day I came in and was assessed and that was all I ended up paying. I greatly appreciate his efforts to correct the misunderstanding and the cleaning service itself was good. I went in a couple of months ago for a tooth removal which was around $300-$350. A very good price. I proceeded to schedule another appointment for a teeth cleaning which I had thought was going to be today. I came in and the tech did a lot of x-rays and evaluation said the dentist was going to come in and talk to me. Now keep in mind I had had all of this evaluation when I came in the first time so they knew what they were dealing with after the first visit. But today I was told that I needed a deep cleaning under sedation and that it would be $870. I was told two months ago was it would be about $200. This is called a “bait and switch” and I won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Nolan River Dental for the past 2+ years, getting quarterly dental cleanings, and usual annual X-Rays. The staff is very professional and nice, and always ready on time. The only complaint is the parking, as they've grown and it can sometimes have idiot clients in big trucks whom never learned to park properly. Oh well.

Fantastic experience: Today, I had my new patient appointment with Dr. Brian, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain my dental insurance thoroughly, which eased my concerns and made the entire process smooth. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Brian and his dental hygienist Morgan were truly a standout. Morgan conducted a thorough cleaning and examination, taking the time to explain each step of the process. Both Dr. Brian and Morgan's attention to detail and commitment to patient care were evident, and their personable approach made me feel at ease. It’s clear that they are both knowledgeable and passionate about their work, which added to the overall positive experience. This visit was by far my best dental experience yet, and I genuinely look forward to my next appointment. Fantastic experience: I went in to have a crown replaced, to me this was an emergency situation. My usual dentist was busy and could not see me for several days. This was a good move on my part as I was greeted by professionals. They were very friendly and positive. I was seen by Dr. Brian. I was spoken to in a professional manner and he did not try to snow me with medical talk. He was very straight forward with his recommendations which I accepted. The work was done as swiftly as possible with NO pain. Modern dentistry is a marvel. I am writing this one day after the procedure and I am still painless. My only negative critique is all the black being worn by the technicians. Colors would be more cheerful. I think I have found my new dentistry team.

Fantastic experience: Changing dental practices after moving to a new city is unsettling. It is a fear that is a leap of faith and can cause unnecessary mistrust. Dr. Brian and dental hygienist Taylor reduced those fears by being patient, efficient, and providing their professional resources for preventive dental care. Fantastic experience: Dr. Brian and Dr. Amy have an exceptional practice. Our family visits have always started by immediately being greeted by their welcoming staff and the office has a comfortable "homey" feel to it with a fantastic music playlist. I actually get caught humming along to the music while they are working on my teeth! I don't know anyone that enjoys going to the dentist very much, but I can certainly say that their approach to surrounding you with a comfortable and friendly environment paired with exceptional service certainly earns them the 5 star rating that I am giving them. Fantastic experience: Such an amazing office with great staff! To be honest, my teeth were horrifying and all kinds of jacked up, but then Heaven sent me the 2 angels that are Kelsey and Dr. Brian. They were so silly and fun, and made me feel like I've known them for forever! Kelsey and Dr. Brian fixed my horrendous smile and gave me the kind of teeth you only see in those nice toothpaste commercials. This office is so cool, informative, and listened to all my concerns/questions. Nolan River Dental Center is the place to go, FASHO!

Fantastic experience: Overall fantastic service! The hygienist Kelsey Andrews was awesome and really got my teeth clean! Mr. Dr. Case was awesome too and answered all the questions I had…even the stupid ones!

Negative experience: My mom whom is 75 years old went in for a cleaning. When I picked her up an hour later she was upset. She told me she didn’t have her cleaning. She said she was treated roughly by the person performing the X-Rays; so much so she felt like she was getting sick and going to throw up bc the plates were pushed so far down. Secondly, the Dentist or DA tells her the price for a deep cleaning is with co/pay $1140!!! But if she pays cash then it’s $840.00 - this price is way out of the box. THEN FOR THE TOPPER-the dentist or da tells My SWEET MOM if she doesn’t have the plaque removed she will get Alzheimer’s AND EVERY TIME SHE SWALLOWS SHE HAS POISON GOING INTO HER BODY!!! She felt pressured to do it even though she can’t afford this. I have never written a bad review on any biz but felt like this needed to b voiced. Who says this to an elderly person This practice and so many others in the medical field need to remember elderly people need things explained slowly and repeated sometimes. As well as handled with understanding- WE will b this old one day too. And I hope people will act with more empathy and kindness / not pressured or brushed aside bc they r old.

Fantastic experience: A first class operation. 5 stars from the time you arrived until you leave. All the employees are polite and helpful. Dr. Amy makes you feel at ease and is very attentive. Our dental hygienist Diane has been taking care of our needs for more years than I can remember and has always done a super job. Would not think of going to any other dental center.

Fantastic experience: New to town and we needed a new dentist! Nolan River wasted no time in helping us out; going above and beyond to schedule all 3 of us on the same day/same time! This works great for our busy family! Additionally, they ensured we had every need met beyond routine cleanings. My husband(who loathes dentist visits) was able to get some work done, painlessly! I enjoyed the teeth whitening package! And to boot all 3 of us recieved personal letters welcoming us to their dental family. Signed by each person in the office. To follow up with that detail only emphasizes the care you will have here at Nolan River Dental Center! 10/10!
