Fantastic experience: As a catastrophe adjuster, I’m constantly traveling for work, so I found myself in a bind when I arrived at my deployment and realized I had forgotten my retainer at home or possibly lost it. Honestly, I’ve had the same retainer for about five years, so I can’t even be mad at myself it was bound to happen eventually! I decided this was the perfect opportunity to have a backup made. From the moment I called, the staff was incredibly proactive. Before I even stepped foot into the office, they gathered my insurance information, verified my coverage, and explained my expected out-of-pocket cost. I really appreciated that because it allowed me to budget ahead of time without any financial surprises. They were able to get me in quickly, and the process of taking impressions for my retainer was fast, easy, and efficient. I haven’t received the retainer yet, so I can’t speak to the fit or quality just yet, but based on the customer service alone, my experience has been excellent. I’m incredibly grateful they accommodated me on such short notice and made what could have been a stressful situation so seamless. If the final product is as good as the service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was so scared and ashamed of my smile, but all the employees from the one at appt desk to the lady that took my exrays to that wonderful dr., what a beautiful expirence, I need to save up money to be able to do the work I need on my teeth. But as soon as I get the money I am going back for sure. I would recommend them they get an A++++

Fantastic experience: Appointment was set up for a dental cleaning and was seen on time. All the front end staff were very courteous, friendly and professional. An employee escorted me for pictures and x-rays which were taken. The dental hygienist explained all prior to proceeding and commenced her task.

From the beginning with Rebecca greeting me and checking me in making me feel welcomed by being very helpful.With then having Jessica attend me with the X-rays and photos etc she made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that everything would be fine. Doctor Pena and Joel were great in finishing the overall experience. I went in for tooth pain and they did great in explaining everything that would need to be done and answered all my questions and concerns with such patience.I definitely recommend this dentistry and I look forward to going in for my procedure

Fantastic experience: The ladies at the front desk were very sweet. There was basically no waiting time. I sat down and got back up to my appointment. Ashley was great and quick when taking the X-rays! Dr. Pena was very kind and both made me feel very comfortable. I go back in 3 days for a crown replacement. NEXT APPOINTMENT Had my new crown put on and it was pain free. I have never been to a dentist and not felt the shot any at all. I was amazed. Dr Pena and Trisha did a great job! Going back in a few a couple of months for a filling. Ashley delivered on getting the x rays done quickly. Highly recommend! Staff was delightful.

Fantastic experience: Although nobody really looks forward to going to the dentist, the staff and Dr. Taylor are the best and are super friendly. I have been going to Amistad Dentistry for 20 years and have always been treated with respect. The staff is always very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Dr. Taylor is great. He has a wonderful sense of humor, and a great bedside manner. The facility is state of the art.

Positive experience: I had a bridge come loose while on vacation and the dentist felt that it could not be repaired and would not stay attached. He was very skeptical that it would stay attached for more a few hours. I persisted that he reattach the bridge, so with a waiver he reattach it. Well not only did it stay attached for a day but it stayed attached for 25 days before finally coming out and having to have it reinstalled one more time before getting a permanent fix. The only reason I rated this a 4 is because of this young dentist lack of confidence. You got this Dr. Thank you for giving me a smile back, if only temporarily.
