Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for years and Dr. Mark Chambers always puts his patients first! I had a crown break off right before a wedding and he got me in and made me a temporary retainer so I didn’t have to go with a missing tooth! The staff is always friend and helpful!

Fantastic experience: On Monday of Memorial Day I was up north and my front right canine tooth cracked and broke almost completely in half! It looked horrible and was sensitive and super annoying. Right away Tuesday morning I called the office and they were able to get me in that day at noon. Dr Sarah who is not only completely professional but also super sweet came in and was able to fix it with just a filling! Not only did it only take them about 40 min but it looks like it never even happened! Also I was expecting a huge bill but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't any where near what I thought it was going to cost. Will not go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has had some painful and anxiety ridden dental experiences in the past, AND a mom with high energy kids who don’t always want to be at the dentist, Cedar Creek Dental has been perfect for me and my family. My hygienist Calleigh is so gentle, friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Sarah is real life only when it comes to kids and moms. Truly a top notch family friendly experience. They have lots of high tech equipment but never push unnecessary work. Very professional but also kind in every way. Love Cedar Creek Dental! Also love that all 3 of the doctors are very active in the community, you’ll catch them at the ice rink volunteering with youth hockey often in addition to all they do for their patients. Best practice!

Fantastic experience: I have been a VERY satisfied patient at Cedar Creek Dental for more than five years. Every staff person I have encountered there is friendly, kind, and helpful. The dentists and staff use state-of-the-art equipment and make patient health and comfort a top priority. What I especially like about Dr. Sarah is how well she explains what is needed and listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. Recently she had to replace a very old crown that had cracked. As she worked, she explained what she was doing and estimated how soon each step would be finished. She asked me a few times how I was feeling. I never had any pain - not even at the very beginning when she injected the pain medication! The hygienists are also very knowledgeable and have given me helpful advice for healing and preventing sensitivity in my teeth and gums.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient at Cedar Creek Dental. I have a pressing need to have significant dental work done quickly. They had me scheduled in a day and have made time for me for additional appointments in quick succession. I am amazed since it is so difficult to get appointments these days. I equate dental visits with pain ever since I had a tooth replace at 10 years old. Even cleaning was painful for several days afterwards. At Cedar Creek Dental I had no such pain even with deep cleaning. With a tooth extraction the only thing I felt was a pinching sensation and some pushing. All was painless. Lastly, Cedar Creek Dental is the most cheerful work environment I’ve ever seen in my 70 plus years and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Went in for consultation for implant for missing front tooth. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, my dentist I saw was very engaging and explained options I didnt even know about. Was told due to the cost of implant that there are care plans for payment arrangements aswell. Would recommend for consultation, soon will beagle to review other services.

Negative experience: My crown fell off. (I told them several times I was having issues with it before that) It was still under warranty and I asked at the time of service if I was going to be charged for anything. I was assured it was all covered, since it was still under warranty. Then I get a bill. I called and emailed several times. Finally got a call from Dr. Sarah Chambers. I explained to her what she said to me the day I went in. She was gonna have someone look into and call me back. Now it’s in collections..??? Terrible communication and care.. I should not have to pay for anything. ESPECIALLY, since it was under warranty AND I’d complained about it for a couple of years that I was having issues with it. Every time I was told to just keep an eye on it.. years of dealing with it.. if it would have been put on correctly, it would have never fell off. I was a loyal customer for many, many years. Not anymore.. 0 stars.. stay away.
