Fantastic experience: I was experiencing significant pain and needed a root canal, and from the very beginning the office staff was incredibly kind and supportive. They were especially helpful when I called to reschedule to an earlier appointment, accommodating me with understanding and flexibility. I had been told by many people that the procedure would be painful and scary, which made me quite anxious going in. However, Dr. Shamritsky and the entire team completely changed that experience for me. Dr. Shamritsky was exceptionally kind, attentive, and reassuring, and the procedure itself was surprisingly painless and comfortable. The staff consistently responded in a timely manner, were efficient with billing and follow-ups, and clearly cared about my overall experience. They were also very considerate when scheduling changes were needed due to pain (of untreated tooth) and took the time to listen attentively to any concerns I had. Fantastic experience: Excellent front desk staff. The assistant at the front of the office was kind, friendly, and helped to make sure my x rays had been sent to the doctor upon my arrival. The assistant to the Doctor that came in before my appointment was assuring and kind. Dr Singh was informative, and listened carefully, She prepared for my appointment by speaking to my dentist on the phone which I deeply appreciate because I have sensitivities which sometimes require special care. I can tell she is highly experienced and was very present. Thanks to the many receptionists at limited to endodontics, I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Having a compassionate staff is so important at dental offices and I deeply appreciate the care I received from each person on the team.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous at first as dental work has never been comfortable for me and I was in a lot of pain due to a tooth abscess for a week and thought I was going to have to suffer through more pain. The tech and doctor were so kind and made sure I wasn’t in pain during the procedure. And while I have to go back to have it finished, I am definitely so much more comfortable after today’s visit. I am so grateful they were able to fit me in quickly and get me comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this practice by my dentist (Dr Mike at Whiting Dental Arts) when an existing root canal “blew up” and needed immediate expert care. Dr Mike made the initial phone call to introduce me to Dr Shamritsky and kept me informed of their conversations. Dr Shamritsky called the same day to let me know he was waiting for me to contact the office in Peabody to set up an appointment for a consult which I did. When my discomfort increased he agreed to see me sooner in the Newburyport office. Everyone I spoke with on the telephone or met in person when I got to my appointment was professional, friendly and concerned for my comfort. Dr Shamritsky took his time explaining treatment and procedure, offered me a stronger antibiotic and alternative pain medication . He had already held an appointment for needed surgery so I could have it as soon as possible. I feel very confident that the treatment will be successful with this very competent team.
