Fantastic experience: Everyone at this dental practice is wonderful!! I am visiting Mountain Home this trip due to my dad dying on Monday, which is very sad for me. Then one of my crowns had to fall off on Wednesday, which isn't fun! My mom and dad go to DeAtley Dental Care, so my mom called them to see if they would recement my crown. They were so nice to add me into their full schedule. I am so grateful that they fixed my tooth. They are the best!

They encourage you to ask questions, and they take the time to answer them. They are very gentle during procedures. They schedule well so you're not sitting in the waiting room very long. The office appears and feels very hygienic. And, probably most importantly, you never feel like you're being "sold" something you may or may not want like many other dentists sometimes make you feel. They listen, advise, and together, decisions are made; as it should be. I highly recommend DeAtley Dental Care to all.

Negative experience: My last visit at DeAtley ended with a shocking departure costing me $1350. That was 5 yrs ago. Crown or cap? Have not needed a dentist or have cared since. Negative experience: Waited 6 weeks for appointment then told that they had NO appointments available till March of 2022 and this was in November of 2021. I guess they just wanted to use my insurance and now I have to find another dentist to work on my teeth. Not sure you would want to go there as a new patient they are too busy to make an appointments unless they can put you on list that they can you if someone cancels. I work Monday thru Friday so not able to take off in a short notice. Fortunately I have new insurance since 2022 and have been seen and got proper dental work elsewhere.

I do believe that my hygienist (her name is Sandra, if I'm not mistaken) is the best I've been treated by in any dental office anywhere. This is an outstanding dental office, and I am proud to recommend DeAtley Dental Care to everyone.

Negative experience: Being new to area and looking for a dentist, read reviews and picked DeAtley. Made call and got no answer, left message explaining my situation and asked for return call if accepting new patients and wanted to make appointment. Must be super busy as I never got a call, guess they arenot accepting new patients. So found another that at least returned call.

Fantastic experience: I came here for a dry socket after having a broken tooth removed at another dentist office and a week later was in soooo much pain, the nurses there were so understanding of the pain I was in and all of them are super nice and sweet, they even helped me look after my goofy toddler and kept him occupied while I was being looked at, the doctor and assistant that took care of me were amazing and helped me get rid of the discomfort I was in quickly. I will definitely be recommending DeAtley Dental Care in the future :) Thank you all for your help and patience with my son.
