Fantastic experience: Easy five stars and probably best dental office I've been to! At first appointment after a few years of not going to the dentist, Selena (hygienist) put me quickly at ease. There was no judgement, she explained everything, helped calm my nerves, answered all my questions, was encouraging through the xrays, and just overall amazing! When I came back for my filling, Tina was great as well and quickly eased my nerves. Both visits Dr. Sobieh was friendly and provided expert and efficient care!
Fantastic experience: I had a crown done and was prepared for pain. But there was none at all. Dr. Sobieh and staff are fantastic. On the second visit for the final crown I showed up at the wrong time they took it in stride. Everyone there is nice. Thank you again!

Negative experience: I will never take my family here again. They have made my older teenage daughter cry twice, they don’t speak TO you but AT you, & I didn’t care for the doctor at all. She came off as rude & pushy & don’t seem to care what I had to say. I refuse to ever go back. *Update: Instead of speaking on concerns that I had, they instead sent me a letter to discontinue treatment at all (not like I was going back anyway) & dismissed my daughter as a patient all together. Great service!!

Fantastic experience: I had the best first time visit today. I had an exam and cleaning as well as an oral cancer screening. Extremely pleased with this practice. From setting up appointment, my cleaning and exams (with Courtney) and my new Dentist (Radwa Sobieh DDS MS) I was able to successfully schedule my next 2 follow ups and my 6 month cleaning at the front desk. Beautifully designed office space made the appointment aesthetically pleasing. Five out of 5 stars!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!! I came in here in a desperate attempt to have a crown re-cemented after having a crown for 15 years from another dentist which fell out. I unfortunately started a new job without coverage until a month later. It was an emergency to have it put back.This has been one of the worst dental experiences I have ever had!! It started when I told them I was not going through insurance. The upmost disrespect I felt when the dental assistant looked at my teeth and automatically assumed I had a an infection and proceeded to say in her next sentence “but i’m not a doctor” she called the real dentist and they confirmed it was not an infection and not even the slightest of an apology. This I found to be SUPER unprofessional! As a client, I felt more of a inconvenience to them. Go to a place where you feel treated and worth. The dentist put my tooth back in, shaved the tooth more to where I felt shavings stuck in the back of my tooth, I was given no water to rinse my mouth. Just told to bite down. They told me to come back when I had insurance for a cleaning etc. Needless to say I’m not coming back, I could’ve put my tooth back myself with store brought repair kit if I knew I was gonna be treated this way.
Mr. Martinez, Our records show that you were accommodated for an emergency appointment as soon as your crown came loose, even though you were not an established patient at the time. The treatment provided was limited to re-cementing your existing crown, and we extended a courtesy discount to help reduce your out-of-pocket cost.
Regarding your comments about the clinical process, the assistant’s observation was not a diagnosis but rather a precautionary comment prior to the doctor’s examination. Once the doctor confirmed there was no infection, the appropriate procedure was completed. Water or rinsing is typically avoided immediately after re-cementation to allow the dental cement to fully set and ensure the best possible bond.
We’re sorry you left feeling dissatisfied, as our team strives to provide professional care to every patient, including those seen on short notice. Should you wish to discuss your visit further, please contact our office directly so we can address any remaining concerns appropriately.

As a person who was petrified as a full grown adult to have Dental work done my mind was set at ease with my very first visit to this office. The front office was very friendly and kind. The dental assistants were kind and listened to my concerns and were very comforting.i also want to give a shout out to Courtney my hygienist she really was kind and educated me in my oral hygiene. Doctor Sobieh was the best! She is very professional and compassionate. She composed a treatment plan for all my dental needs and educated me on my oral health. Fantastic experience: I've been coming here since I first moved to Winchester in 2019 and I will never leave! They've helped my gums out so much. I inherited my dad's periodontal genes and after going in for my routine cleaning regimen, I can confidently say that my gums feel better and do not bleed every time I brush my teeth or floss anymore! The add ons are totally worth it and a huge game changer, and the toothpaste they sell you is worth every bit of $20.00 as a little goes a long way. If you're looking for a dentist this place is the best and they're team is super friendly and very knowledgeable!

Fantastic experience: I just have to say Dr. Sobieh and her entire team are amazing at what they do. It had been a while since I had been to a dentist and they were so kind and not judge mental at all. I had to have two caps put on and unfortunately had to have a back bottom tooth extracted. They worked with my schedule and had it all done in two different appointments. I was most nervous about the extraction and I kid you not, Dr. Sobieh had it out so fast I couldn’t even believe it! She is fantastic at what she does! Her and her assistant Tina made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout every process, Tina even likes to sing softly to the music that is playing, which always made me feel at ease and smile. I’m so glad I found a dentist that I can go to have my 6 month cleaning and if anything else has to be done I don’t have to be referred to go to someone else. I highly recommend them, much thanks to all of them!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend WDS. Everyone in there is so comforting. I have never found an office with the bedside manner that they have. Dental work can be scary and painful. They went above and beyond to ease my worry and do what they could for the pain. Due to preexisting conditions I was unable to be as numbed up to everyone's liking...but we all got through it. Everyone was amazing...I have now found a place that my teeth can call home. I only went to the dentist to get teeth remived...now I have a place I can actually get them cared for properly. The staff here is amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental needs. Thank you guys for helping me with my dental issues. It means the world to me how wonderful everyone was yesterday and ya even got me in the very next day when I called for an appt. Truly an amazing experience and can't wait to come back to start my healthy teeth journey.

Negative experience: By far the worst Dentist in the Winchester area. I paid good money there and my crown just fell out. I was in excruciating pain and they said they couldn’t see me for another 2 weeks. I couldn’t believe it! There’s just no possible way I could wait that long, and they’re the ones responsible for my pain. I paid good money and then ended up in pain because of them, and then they wouldn’t even take care of me. They also messed up my sister‘s root canal. They may do some good work here and there, but they proved to me they don’t care about their customers.

We want to clarify that your crown was placed in 2020, and while we strive to ensure the longevity of our dental work, multiple factors—such as grinding, eating sticky foods, or natural wear—can contribute to a crown becoming loose or falling off over time.
When you reached out to us, we did our best to accommodate your urgent needs by offering to place you on a waitlist, which could have allowed for an earlier appointment. Unfortunately, our schedule was fully booked at the time, and we always strive to prioritize emergencies as best as we can.
Additionally, we hold our staff to the highest standards of professionalism and respect, and we expect the same in return. It was highly inappropriate and unkind to curse at our receptionist, who was only trying to assist you.

Fantastic experience: I visited the office for the first time today because I had a filling fall out over the weekend. I called Monday and they were able to get me in on Wednesday and the Dr was able to do a new filling when I came for the first visit! The staff is friendly and polite and the dentists are top notch. Will continue to use their services into the future. Highly recommend!
