Fantastic experience: Best place in Pensacola to receive dental work of any kind. I can’t praise this place and this staff enough. Not only was my first experience beautiful as posted previously, but my service today was incredible. Thank you Patriot Dental & Dr Lionsbee! Update:5th visit and a lot of dental work later with more scheduled all @ patriot dental!! Won’t ever go anywhere else unless my now dentist (Dr Lionsbee) goes somewhere else. Lol So my 5th visit now=exceeded my expectations again. I’m less than desirable as a dental patient with a lot of work needed, yet terrified of needles and every tool at the dental office. I have panic attacks and I’m probably the worst patient they have. But. They still, on my 5th visit now, treat me like I’m their BEST patient which is simply incredible. Because I KNOW I’m hard to deal with. Yet Dr. Lionsbee somehow knows how to deal with me/talk to me in the most kind, professional, & efficient manner possible (I want to also include the excellent staff in this compliment) Dr Lionsbee, Bree the assistant, & office admin & billing young lady, all deserve an award for the miracles and the kind professional treatment they have done for me and I’m sure for all of their clients. Excellent visit, service, experience, bedside manner, etc. can’t think of a single negative thing about the entire visit from my initial online inquiry to the end of my visit, walking out. The staff is warm/kind , helpful & go the extra mile. The dentist himself is just as great. He’s professional. Polite. Engaged. I could understand his explanations-which is important. I believed his explanations-another important piece. They all were very genuine and easy to talk to and work with. They were concerned with my comfort level the whole time which I loved. Everybody I encountered there was friendly, focused, & transparent about billing & services, explaining absolutely everything. No surprises. They seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me. I think this practice has a great group of people working there. I will go back and hoping they will be my new place for a long time.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, reasonable, competitive prices, great , patient staff, Dr. Lisonbee is skillful, patient, uses good materials, gentle touch, seeks to do a good job for the patient, gives honest advice, almost no pain on the shot, takes time to explain and answer questions, teeth are looking good, thank you .

Fantastic experience: They were able to see me ASAP for a broken tooth! Not only that, but they were able to fit in a teeth cleaning that was the most relaxing teeth cleaning Ive ever had in my life. My doctor described everything that needed done to repair my tooth and was very polite, friendly and professional. The receptionist explained how the payments would work for my treatment plan since I was out of network with my insurance. But even so, their pricing structure made my out of pocket the same as if they were in network! I’m getting a much higher quality treatment for no extra out of pocket. Ive finally found MY dentist’s office!

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I have major anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I had been looking for a new dentist for some time and I can’t tell you how thankful I am that I discovered Patriot Dental. The entire experience was amazing. From check in to check out. The dentist took his time with me explaining the treatment plan and just made me feel so at ease. They even sent me a thank you card in the mail after the appointment which I thought was just so nice and personable. I’m so happy I found Patriot Dental! Fantastic experience: I was very anxious for my appointment but that quickly melted away when I stepped into the office. Reception was wonderful-thorough and clear and kind. Mercedes was my hygienist and she was the star of my visit. She was so kind and gentle and we had a blast together. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, she answered all of my questions and helped me understand so much about my teeth. I was truly amazed at her care. She is the real deal. I hope to get her every time for my cleaning. The owner was just so wonderful as well. They are an extremely caring team and I am so grateful for the experience I had. When I first called Patriot Dental after my daughter highly recommended them, I was honestly very skeptical. But everything and everyone there seemed almost too good to be true! Fantastic experience: This is the first time in my life. I think I’ve had a true gentle cleaning. My hygienist Carrie (sp?) Was awesome, She was super nice. Had a very calming demeanor about her and made the whole experience relaxing. This was the first time I could’ve fallen asleep while someone was cleaning my teeth. Dr. Henry was also very cool he’s very thorough about any concerns and was super nice. I have also wanted some cosmetic dentistry done, but was nervous to ask any other dentist, and Dr. Henry seemed thrilled and excited about what I asked for. This is the first time I’ll be going back to have cavities filled, and I don’t feel terrified about it!!!! Thank you so much for such a great experience

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I was recommended this practice by my coworker. I hadn’t been to the dentist for about 8 years and have mild dental/medical anxiety, but everyone at Patriot Dental was so great about answering my questions and giving me the confidence to push through that anxiety and take care of what I need to do. I didn’t feel judged or pressured at all. Still a bit of a road ahead, but I feel like my teeth will be in good hands at Patriot Dental.

Fantastic experience: Awesome team! Check-in with Maegan was breeze! I didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes before being called to the back. The hygienist Mercedes was top tier and very thorough with my cleaning, she’s definitely a perfectionist at her craft. Dr Keith was very down to earth, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. He gave great advice/recommendations for my future dental goals as well. Looking forward to becoming an established patient.

Negative experience: READ THE CONTRACT! Since when do you have to sign away your privacy just to get a couple of crowns? There’s a clause in their contract stating you give them permission to use your data and images on social media. When I said I’m not comfortable signing that part, the nice receptionist gave me new paperwork to sign but then stated they might not have time for my cleaning. Mind you they had texted me to come in hours before my original appointment for the cleaning. I took off work early to appease their schedule for nothing. They seem like nice people but unorganized. CAN WE ALL AGREE THIS DATA HARVESTING CRAP HAS GOTTEN OUT OF CONTROL?

Fantastic experience: This is by far the very best Dentist I've ever seen! The staff is absolutely AMAZING!!! I highly recommend everyone to make an appointment here if you can! It's hands down the most professional and most respectful 2 Dentists and staff I have ever encountered in 38 years. They're highly knowledgeable in their profession!

Fantastic experience: I've hated just about every dental practice I've been to, except Patriot Dental! Dr. Lisonbee does great work. He and his staff are always friendly and professional. Kari is my favorite dental hygienist. She's quick, confident, and does a great job. The office is always clean and bright. Their equipment newer, and they are always up front about any fees and what your insurance may or not pay.

Although I only had a cleaning today and did not see Dr. Keith my past two visits he made me feel like a valued patient and that he would take care of me just like Dr. Henry had for the past 30 years. I love Mercedes my dental hygienist too she is awesome. I will stay with Dr Keith and his staff until I can’t. So if you are looking for a new dentist I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Patriot Dental!

Fantastic experience: I went in for cleaning and an extraction. I was anxious as it had been a few years since I had been to a dentist. (My previous dentist didn't accept Medicare) The dentist and his staff set me at ease at once. They were friendly, courteous, gentle, and very professional! Fantastic experience: I had to leave my old dentist whom I really liked. I have sjogren's and I got really depressed over my teeth and lack of dentists who could help/listen. I neglected them for 2 years. Not wise at my age (sjogren's since 26, currently in my 40s). Forced to search again, I had a broken and infected tooth, my husband found Patriot Dental. I saw Dr. Lisonbee and I am sooo glad we found a dentist who makes me feel heard and compassionate. He even referred me out for some work he could have done (at a higher cost to me, because he is not in network with our insurance) but since I had to have certain work done elsewhere he advised me to do both procedures with the other practice to save me money. That means A LOT to me. The extra expense with him being out of network is STILL worth visiting him regurlarly for checkups because I know his advice isn't concerned about his bottom line. His concern is the patient. He is a really nice guy! Thank you to all the staff for not making me feel embarassed while looking at what's left of my teeth. AND ty for helping me get my teeth/mouth healthier! I'm now encouraged to keep trying!

Fantastic experience: I’m extremely pleased with everyone at Patriot Dental and the high quality care that they provided me in an urgent matter. They were able to fit me in two days after I called, and performed all the urgent work on that visit. Patriot Dental is one of the few dental offices that have done same day repairs/ replacements of missing fillings or broken teeth. Dr. Lisonbee did a marvelous job. His artistry is evident in the finished appearance. He is compassionate about the patient’s needs. I highly recommend Patriot Dental.
