Fantastic experience: I had a very delightful visit. Hygienist did a great job cleaning teeth. Best I’ve had. Also did a great job on X-rays. Dentist Dr Rudolf was also very polite. And knew a lot about my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists in my life and never had such geat care! I had a procedure in December that was on the day before Christmas Eve and was right over lunchtime. Dr Rudolph and the staff were holding a staff luncheon for the holiday. They were 100% attentive to my care and needs even though they could have been focusing on fun, they stayed right in with me the whole time! That evening at 8 pm my phone rang and it was Dr Rudolph himself checking up on how I was getting along! I have never had a medical professional call me themselves before, let alone on the night before a holiday! I had my regular cleaning today and was given the same a-plus attention. They provide excellent care which is just what I love about going to East Center Dental for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rudolph is by far my favorite dentist! If you have any dental anxiety I highly recommend this practice. All staff was kind, compassionate and attentive. I had an on going issue and Dr Rudolph went above and beyond to get to the root of the problem and offer reasonable solutions. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with a level of care and compassion that instantly put me at ease—something I’ve never experienced in a dental office before. I’m at the start of a pretty big dental journey, including multiple extractions, bone grafting, and dental implants, and after just my first major procedure, I feel confident I’m in the best hands possible. The front office staff is professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. They clearly explained every step of my treatment plan and helped me understand the financial side of things without any pressure or confusion. They’ve truly gone above and beyond to make sure I’m able to receive the care I need—and that kind of support is everything when you’re navigating something this big. The dental assistants were patient, calming, and so in tune with what I needed in the moment. I usually deal with severe dental anxiety and can’t even sit in a chair without spiraling into panic. But not here. They made me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. And Dr. Rudolph himself? An absolute gem. Not only is he extremely skilled, but he personally called me at 7 PM the evening after my procedure to check in. That kind of follow-up is rare, and it says so much about how much he truly cares for his patients. The office is spotless and modern, equipped with advanced technology that made everything—from imaging to post-op care—a seamless process. Forms and instructions were sent via text for convenience, but they were always happy to print anything I needed as well. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rudolph and his incredible staff! I called around asking for a second opinion from someone after being seen for a tooth issue somewhere else. I was told my tooth wasnt salvagable and a root canal was my only option. Dr Rudolph got me in the same day, assessed my situation and was able to correct it with a filling. I'm grateful he was able to save my tooth after being told it wasn't possible elsewhere. And for a fraction of what i was told by another dentist. From the first time they answered my call to the final treatment they were absolutely wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Was booked immediately for an emergency by a polite and helpful lady. First visit. No wait time. Very thorough. They set up appointment for me with referral for possible root canal for NEXT DAY. Very polite and professional. Definitely my new dentist office. Several visits later he found 2 teeth that were cracked. The day after the temporaries were put in an old filling fell out. Called office, it was closed; Left a message and Dr Rudolf called me back immediately and offered to meet me at office. Another temporary on the third tooth. Two weeks later all three permanent crowns are in, my bite is reset and feels great. Highly recommend this office. The care, attention to details and kindness is not something one finds often.

Fantastic experience: One week ago, Dr. Rudolph placed an implant for me. The overall experience was top-notch. Initially, the injections were almost painless.
