Negative experience: Came to get my wisdom teeth out. Only got the consult. (Which what ever) but the consult they barely even looked. Said one tooth. I requested to get more done so I didn’t have to come back. Doc came back and only peaked in the room. I had to get up and out of the chair to even see her. Saying with a sassy voice that she wasn’t even considering my opinion immediately suggesting another dentist. Sarcastically calling me “bud” like “okay buddy”

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Haas and getting my teeth cleaned at Oak Park Dental for years, and even though I’ve always felt a little nervous about dental visits, they’re fantastic! Gretchen and Dr. Haas are so easygoing and put me at ease, which really helps. Thanks!

Positive experience: This was my stx month follow up visit. Everything was on time - from my arrival to the time spent with the hygienist and the dentist. I needed another appointment for additional work. I will get that done tomorrow. They are very efficient and professional. Very little pressure and work is very good quality. I was in and out in a little over an hour. I recommend them.

I must say everyone from the tech that did the X-rays, the dentist and the dental tech that cleaned my teeth, were very professional, very polite and accommodating for me and my needs. Fantastic experience: Kylie was a rock star and made some great recommendations on what tooth brush bristle stiffness I should use. Go with soft to reduce the potential for gumline recession (and just don’t tell her if you’re going to go with a medium or higher instead). In and out in under an hour.

Offers coffee, hot chocolate, cold, and hot water. My young kids enjoy going to the treasure chest after their appointment. Conveniently located by common shopping warehouse stores and fast food. Starbucks is nearby too. We enjoy our experience!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to alot of dental clients and maybe its because I was younger or the fact that most of them had my mother working there, but I have never had a clinic that goes so in depth in explaining why, how and what they’re doing. I don't have dental anxiety, but it was still so nice to have all of the information and reassure me whats normal. Additionally, I have mental health disorders and struggle with sensory issues that all play a role in scheduling appointments, and archieving basic hygiene at points. Im pretty high funciton but things get hard-Especially in the winter-whomp whomp. Howver this is the FIRST clinic where EVERYONE was so kind and welcoming, and they didnt even know about my issues. They were just not shameful in anyway. It was SO refreshing. Additionally money is another big factor as to why it took me like 2 years to see a dentist. And i expressed that and they were so kind to write down what i could be expecting cost wise in the future which was so so so so nice so i can start saving now Also BIG SHOUT OUT TO MARIAH! She was literally so kind. So helpful and made my smile so pretty.

Less than two days after receiving not-so-good news from a specialist, I was in the chair at OakPark heading toward resolution to my urgent need for treatment.
