Fantastic experience: I started utilizing Bain several years ago due to a dental emergency that was overlooked by my previous hygienist and dentist. After investing a significant amount of money at my former dental practice over the years, I finally discovered a clinic that genuinely cares. Following my postpartum period, I required numerous old fillings to be replaced with root canals and crowns. They made the process affordable and devised a suitable plan for my needs. Although I felt embarrassed and ashamed, they greeted me with support and confidence. Their kindness and consideration for my health and dental requirements (I also have type 1 diabetes) are truly remarkable. I sincerely believe that these are the most compassionate doctors, nurses, and staff I have encountered. They also do very thorough cleanings which is a must, I am grateful to have them! I will never seek another dentist again! Thank you, Dr. Hanley and his dental hygienist(s), for all that you do for everyone. I also dearly appreciate the office secretaries who are consistently kind and greet me with smiles. I continue to rely on Bain for cleanings and emergency care, and I am thankful for their 24-hour appointment scheduling and assistance as needed.

The phone service was super friendly and accommodating. Heather the tech who did my x-rays was very polite and patient. Dr. Hanley took time to explain my options and was incredibly knowledgeable. I honestly had to ask him if he was done pulling my tooth. It was TOTALLY pain free!! As a patient who is anxious and hate going to a dentist, They have changed my entire outlook !!!

I hadn't been to the dentist for longer than I care to admit and was extremely nervous. Jenny was so kind, walked me through everything, and just eased my nerves tremendously!

Fantastic experience: They took me in without even having an appointment and pulled out a broken and rotting wisdom tooth. The same tooth that a different dental office refused and referred me to a facial surgeon, who then proceeded to ghost any and all calls. Truly, Bain Dental Group did an amazing job, roughly 6 days after extraction and it hasn't hurt even once. I wish I remembered the guy's name who pulled the tooth, it started with an H and he was young but he did an amazing job! I've got a good bit of dental work that still needs doing and I will definitely be going here to get it done. I highly recommend this place!

Negative experience: I had a cavity filled in 2021. It fell out within 3 days. It was the white thin dude at bowden. He came in after the assist And said yes it fell out... he tried to charge me again for it. I just got up and walked out. No thanks.

Positive experience: The staff is very nice and knowledgeable but we continue to have delay after delay in getting my new upper denture made. I'm not very happy with that since what I thought would take six weeks has now reached four months and I'm told I have to wait another six weeks. I find this very inefficient and irritating.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend The Bain Dental Group in Villa Rica to anyone in need of dental work. I had a crown fall out and Dr. Bempah was my dentist. He was very nice and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I was going on vacation and he gave me his cell phone number in case I needed anything until my permanent crown came in. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Bain and his very experienced assistant, Ms.Tonya fit me for my second temporary. My permanent CROWN fit perfectly.
