From the moment we met him, it was clear that he is an exceptional dentist who truly cares about his patients. Dr. Saeed took the time to listen carefully to our concerns and explained every detail of the treatment in a clear and professional manner. His patience, calm approach, and thorough explanations made us feel very comfortable and confident in his care. What stood out the most was his kindness, respect, and genuine understanding toward his patients. It is not easy to find a doctor who combines such strong professional knowledge with compassion and excellent communication. Positive experience: I was looking to change providers for a family member who'd been seeing a periodontist for many years, but didn't accept her new insurance. I thought she could switch to a regular dentist since she's been stable with regular cleaning. After reading dentist reviews, I thought I was making an appt with a specific person at the location. Nope. The following are my impressions from our first visit only: Front desk gal was very friendly/ helpful. XRay tech was patient and kind. Hygienist was all--business, not a bad thing. The actual dentist came in for, maybe 2 minutes...tops. He was NOT the dentist I'd chosen. Things shifted when we were told no cleaning would be done that day because the Hygienist was booked, so the focus became a future "treatment plan", insurance, and costs. This required an in-room consult with a "coordinator", and then a further office consult with that same person. All this after being told "Your teeth look great." This was such a different experience from our regular periodintist experience, that it's left me questioning. When I asked why this office was recommending things our previous specialist had not, it was suggested that I " take it up with him." I didn't care for her tone. We'll go back to complete "the plan" and give Associated Dental a chance, but I suspect we might need to keep looking for an office we feel more comfortable with.

I am terrified of the dentist and they calmed my nerves very quickly. They got me in next day for my cleaning and explained the whole process including cost so I could make an informed decision. Negative experience: The hygenist and dentist are good, to bad I can't come back to receive their services. The front desk and billing department could use some accountability. They don't know how to bill the insurance or how to listen to the patient, they can't verify if the insurance is active or how bill it. Every time I came they would say " You owe $700" I payed, then next appointment "you have a credit of $400", next appointment, "you owe $300". The last time I went, they said: "call in a month because you have a credit of $400 so we can reimburse you". The month past, I called, they didnt know about the credit, and that I owed $250. They sent me to collections, and they refuse to send my Xrays to a new practice, I called them 3 times, signed concent and still nothing, very bad customer service

Positive experience: Things went smoothly when I arrived and I did not have to wait to be seen. The assistant doing the xrays was pleasant and quick, the hygienist explained things well and the dentist was attentive and prompt. My plan,and expected costs,was clearly laid out. A good first visit! My second visit, for the crown, was a bit lengthy, but not painful. Again, the dentist (Dr No) was pleasant and the assistant was efficient. All things considered, a satisfactory experience.

Fantastic experience: The biggest thing that sets this dental office apart from the others that I’ve been to is that the hygienists here explain the why and how I should be doing things for my oral hygiene, instead of just saying “floss more.” Granted I’ve only been here twice, but the amount of support and knowledge they’ve given me in just these two cleanings has taught me more than I’ve ever known when it comes to taking care of my teeth.

Negative experience: I had to appointments with this dentistry, and im never coming back. I should have never came back after the 1st appointment. 1st appointment was for 2 trouble teeth, I need them taken out. Which isn't the issue at all. The issue is that I filled out the comprehensive gender form for the appointment so they would call me by my real name and pronouns because my insurance still has my old name (i legally changed it but havent changed my insurance). While I was there I saw no notes on my chart for my real name and pronouns. The dental assistant even changed my gender on my chart, not sex, gender. While doing my x-rays she said that I was "careless with that God gave me" which was such a gross thing to say to someone. Then the doctor came in, he said that women need to be more carefully with their teeth and that loosing molars makes the cheeks sink in which is "very unattractive". Absolutely unprofessional and mean thing to say to someone. 2nd appointment i went in and they got everything set up, im really scared because I hate needles and dentists scare me. They start nitrous so I can calm down. It hasn't kicked in yet and the dentist says how deep it'll go and says he won't show the needle when he uses it. This makes me feel a little better and I say ok and just to let me relax before he does it. He then starts trying to use the needle and I say to stop, that I need a minute. He continues anyway and I say say im not ready and to stop. He gets really close and says "you'll never be ready" and i say if you let the nitrous kick in I will be please stop. At this point he's STILL TRYING to get the needle closer to my mouth. Any medical doctor would know when someone is scared and feeling unsafe they will protect themselves. And I know I was irrational because I was terrified, I tried to pull his hand away, which was dumb. And instead of backing off he just got really pissed and refused to help. They gave me a referral to somewhere that will sedate me. But this place is just a different location. And if that different location is anything like this one, they will never see me. Also just a side thing, instead of looking at x-rays to find issues they use an a.i. program. Gross. This dentistry needs to learn how to interact with anxious patients and get a grip on basic consent and bedside manner. This was absolutely disappointing and entirely preventable. Edit: I went to a totally different dentistry and they can save my teeth with one in-depth root canal and one regular. This one just doesn't seem to care to try hard for the patient.

Positive experience: My hygienist appeared new. She did point out what issues existed with my teeth but never voiced anything positive about my apparent care of my teeth. Despite my need for some minor work. I pride myself in flossing and brushing. Other than that she was adequate

Negative experience: Booked an appointment with Dr Quan. They wait until less than 2 hours before my appointment to call and say we need the X-rays from your old dentist, whose info I already put on the online forms. Called my old dentist, and I confirmed they got the X-rays. Arrived 15 minutes early, and the front desk people asked me questions I had already filled out online AGAIN. Then they say they need to take more X-rays... Eventually, I came to find out this is because the ones they got sent wouldn't run through some "A.I." that they use. All of this would have been minor if it weren't for the fact that it was NOT Dr Quan that saw me. I was not told this prior, and the dentist who did see me is not in my network. So I don't care if you have the most skilled dentist on earth, I'll go somewhere else instead of getting ripped off and jerked around by the incompetent front-of-house staff. My wife, who is also on my plan, got the same bait and switch with getting billed by a provider she did not book and was not told is not in network. **Edit: Adding to this they are now charging more than what my insurance EOB states I am responsible for and of course they dont have an email so I need to spend more time dealing with them and my insurance on the phone getting their overcharge refunded. Incompetent organization that will upsell you on unneeded procedures. Stay far away from these people

Fantastic experience: Very clean and I never have to wait long to be seen for my appointment. They are flexible with emergencies and saw me quickly after an accident resulting in a painless root canal that they scheduled next-day. The dental hygienists are also great. Andrew explained every step of the process and even recommended products specific to my needs. Overall a great office and staff!

Negative experience: I wasn't going to share this. However, when I got a link to respond to a direct survey it failed to complete. But, then, I got another reminder to review, and then another email to review. So, don't blame me for sharing the truth. I went for an initial visit and had expressed that I had experienced trauma that directly would impact my treatment. The dental assistant was great. But, either the dental assistant didn't communicate the issue to the hygienist nor doctor OR worse it was ignored. I had two molars causing pain. When I made the appointment, I asked about sedation dentistry due to the trauma. When, I got there, the doctor said no, they'd use novocaine shots. I mentioned again my anxiety. It was shrugged off and not acknowledged. For their sake, I really hope that the dental assistant did not communicate what the trauma was. Because, if that is how they treat someone with trauma, that is awful. To end it all off, they said the two molars had to be removed. Okay, so, no biggie. I scheduled it for 2 weeks later. As I left the office, the doctor was talking with the front desk and hygienist. They ignored me until I said "thank you". Well, I went home and pulled the damn teeth myself. It was a better experience than I had there. Obviously, the idea of the pulling teeth pain wasn't a factor. You can imagine the trauma. Again, I was going to let this go, but, the office keeps asking for my feedback. You asked for it. Here it is.

Fantastic experience: 10/23/2025 Was my first-time meeting with a Dentist there, I appreciated the friendliness of all the staff Dental hygienist Kelley was wonderful, I met Dr. More fabulous outgoing personality, I appreciated his expertise of being a Dentist he knows his stuff! UPDATE: The hygienist that I liked left and I received a cleaning from someone who polished my teeth before they cleaned them and did not put a lead apron on me before taking x-rays. Decided on a different hygienist who poked and prodded my teeth so much that they were bleeding. She insisted that I needed a DEEP cleaning. I told her I only wanted a regular cleaning and she proceeded. When I went to make my six month check up and cleaning, I said I only wanted a regular cleaning. I was told that it would be up to the same hygienist to make that decision. I am a person who brushes and flosses twice a day. I think I should be the one that determines what type of cleaning that I want. This has happened to other people that I know as well. I believe this is being used to upsell people to spend over a thousand dollars to have their teeth cleaned. I really like the dentist that I have there and I think it is a shame that they insist what I do to my own teeth, but I am seriously thinking of going somewhere else. Someone else I know was told that they needed a deep cleaning without any explanation of what that entailed and what parts were necessary or optional. Their dental insurance hadn't been activated as they needed to wait 3 months before their coverage began and where left holding the entire bill. This is bad business practice in my opinion and you will end up losing patients.

Fantastic experience: My wonderful experience started from the moment I walked in the door! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Gracie and Dr Mo worked really well together and both went above and beyond to make me more comfortable and relaxed. I'm a very nervous dental patient and I wouldn't hesitate to schedule my next visit at this office and these amazing people ♥️

Negative experience: As a long time patient of Associated Dental, I have to say they are the WORST dental office in Tucson. You don’t have to take my word for this. Just look at how many other negative reviews they have received. They weren’t all by accident. I would like to give them a zero star review, but there is no option for that. They denied taking my insurance which they clearly did, which only took several phone calls to straighten out. Then they wanted to overcharge me by hundreds of dollars, and then demand that “I pay at time of service”.They also lied to me, and said they couldn’t send me a bill in the mail. Then when I received the bill in the mail that they said that they couldn’t send, they wanted to charge me for things my insurance says I didn’t owe. So I paid what my EOB statement said to. Now, over 6 months later, I get a random text message saying to call the office because they think I owe more money. Speaking of the deep cleaning procedure they offer, do not be surprised if they try and upsell you on this, whether you need it or not. They don’t have your best interests at heart. Also my dental hygienist, decided to give me Novacaine without even telling me first. Who does that ? I don’t even normally leave reviews, but people deserve to hear about how awful they really are.

Negative experience: Been coming here for over a decade, and recently scheduled a cleaning1.5 weeks in advanced, and when I got there they said they couldn’t do it and rescheduled for the next day. I never got a reason why- I was just told “the hygienist can’t see you today”. Having to rely on public transport AND call off of work in order to get my teeth cleaned is ridiculous. They offered zero compensation for the huge inconvenience. I will never be back. The reception lady who sits in the middle as you enter (middle/old aged, glasses, straight haired Latina lady) would not stop with the small talk or little negging jokes. Something about my generation and how we love IPads… read the room, lady! If you couldn’t tell I was annoyed by my facial expression and short answers, you should not be working reception, or dealing with people at all. Furthermore, when I voiced my complaints to the other reception lady who I was settling up with, the iPad lady had the nerve to turn around, interrupt my conversation with reception lady #2, and ask me “Didn’t you get your cleaning yesterday? What happened?” in the most saccharine tone you could imagine. What a joke! -Marcos Castillo

Fantastic experience: Outstanding job. Lisa was very thorough in my teeth cleaning and was done in 40 minutes. That never happened before. My teeth felt great.

Fantastic experience: I have had a lot of dental anxiety in the past and most recently moved to Associated Dental Care Tucson E. Carondelet after my previous dentist no longer took my insurance. They were able to get me onto the schedule in a timely manner and when they did the exam, provided a detailed treatment plan. Though it was extensive (and understandable for my situation), they executed with care and compassion. There was some pain associated with the treatment, but they did a great job of not only preparing me, but also giving me the guidance needed for post-care. So far, this has been a good experience.

She works with such skill and finesse, it makes a not so fun dental cleaning, a pleasant experience. Props to Pauline!! Negative experience: If you have dental insurance or Medicare with Medicaid please check with them first before you make the appointment with this dental office otherwise you’ll be responsible for some extra cost & you may not get it back they’re very pushy into getting you to get your teeth fixed like in the next week right away fixed so I’m glad I called my insurance first & so was my insurance company cuz they said they would pay for my crown but also the cleaning where this place told me I’d still have to be responsible for the cleaning around it or the prep work before the crown I think a lot of these times these dentists just don’t want to wait they want to try to get that copay asap & probably hate to wait for the insurance approval as well then the hygienist was a little rough when cleaning my teeth nothing at all like the other one who doesn’t work there anymore I really liked her the best she was awesome & one last thing the billing department said I had periodontal disease according to my chart & that was almost laughable bcuz being in my mid 60’s I’ve never ever been diagnosed with periodontal disease from any of my past dentists in all my yrs maybe with tartar or gingivitis but never periodontal disease & if I were I’d have to go to a special periodontal dentist for that not to a regular one again I think they were just trying to get some extra money from me if they couldn’t get it from my insurance so ofc they’re going to point out all this other bs out.

They’ll help you if you don’t have dental insurance. They are honest about the work you need and don’t need done. Just all around a great place and environment! I have recommended to everybody I know.

Positive experience: My hygienist yesterday was a little more heavy handed than I’m used to Wasn’t horrible but i definitely noticed the difference Overall it was a great cleaning and she was very helpful with information about flossing
